When in this shop about one week after it opened and was very interested in an electric bike I was told that it was the only one available in all the state of Florida Therefore, they would only sell it to me for $2,795. Only later in the day checking online that I could buy direct from manufacturer immediately for $1,000 less and shipped to me for free. Stay away, this place cant be trusted.

Tim is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with scooters! I have a Kymco & it broke down. He gave me all the upfront possible options of cost & was able to fix it within a day. He has great customer service characteristics & has earned a scooter customer 😁

Tim was great! He helped me get my new (used) scooter up and running. He was very through and explained everything he was doing to the scooter and it runs great! Definitely will we be going there for any service I might need.
