Decrepit, ancient old hag who works the cashier is the most bitter and wannaberight person you could possibly have the displeasure of interacting with. closed and locked the store 10 minutes before closing to spite a customer. how professional. usual owner is great but that wench needs to be fired immediately. horrible representation for the on the fly

Little pricey on the store items...

They r very expensive, they will over charge for anything, watch out for them charging to much, and don’t cash your check here, they will charge you 20$ just to cash a small check. The people here r crooked and will do anything to put more money in their pocket..

Sam and Romeos BP food store is a great place to get gas as well as anything else you might be needed while stopping for gas. The store is well maintained, very clean and the owner and his son are just the best. Family run businesss like this is what all of America needs. Been going here for 14 years and counting.

5:28am on 11/15/2018I went in to pay 20.00 for gas. Sam, the cashier, proceeds to tell me to pay outside because he gets charged to use the CC machine inside. I do not like using the outside scanners because in never knows if there might be a skimmer. I insert my card he presses some buttons and the reader beeps and tells me to remove the card, Sam then tells me that it didnt work reinsert my card which, in hindsight sounded strange, I do. The reader beeps and tells me to remove my card. Sam tells me, ok buddy its ok. I go out pump my gas at which time Sam comes out and grabs the pump handle and shuts it off. I ask him what are you doing he States that because of the cold it is running slow. I take his word for it because Im not pump expert and it did seem it was running slow. My wife calls and asks why I got 2 separate transactions for $20.00 at the BP. I tell her what happened and that I would call the bank and get it taken care of.6:00am on 11/16/2018I get down to the BP Sam is there so I ask what happened and if he can take care of the charge like a refund or a charge back. He tells me to deal with BP and the bank he didnt do anything, he doesnt make mistakes. I ask for the number he gives me the number but not before telling me that I better have proof of only one transactions or Im not getting anything, I have my receipt. I tell him well I have my receipt so it shouldnt be a big deal he then get an attitude and tells me get outta my store buddy, I will call BP before you do. I walk out and leave.I think this guy is a crook and did this on purpose because I didnt use the scanner outside. I would not recommend that anyone go here for anything.

The over charge there items for example. Two 50 cent bag of Doritos which is ullasy $1.00. And then a 35 cent . When it only should been $1.35,total instead it was $1.98. And plus the cashier had a very bad attitude! I over heard him being rude to a yard worker when he asked for a free ice cup!

Not even going to bother getting gas after tenet tells me i cant use the bathroom because it is being remodeled... liar... others have let me use it...
