Cant believe how service has deteriorated lately. Whoever is picking groceries for pick up isnt taking the time to actually look for items or simply its just easier/faster to say were out . There literally dozens of cans of tuna fish or boxes of rice, or cans of fruit. But not this week. They had 2-3 days to fill my order. I have to wait and see what I DONT get to now have to go someplace else to finish. Trying to stay out of the store, but end up going twice.

Cashiers, Clicklist, and all other workers are wonderful, but I had a horrible experience with the store manager Denise who accused me of fraud and refused to honor legal coupons via the Kroger app in a Clicklist pick up order. She has refused to honor items on the app in the past and accused me of scamming the store. She had no intention helping me and spoke over me the entire time. Her customer service was non-existent and I did not deserve to be treated the way she treated me - I am an honest customer, not a scammer or a person trying to fraud the store. I have not been back to pick up since this incident.

Good choices on most products. Helpful employees. But only 2 registers & 2 self check-outs were open and the lines were long.

Never enough lanes open during the evenings with what feels like a million people waiting in line with baskets full. Might be better to go during the day if you have time.

We usually LOVE Kroger produce, it is more fresh than Wal-Mart or our local store. But recently ALL the strawberries were either rotten or not ripe, green. Whenever I do a pickup order I am given rotten produce, very mushy and wet. I understand Covid and farms have been an issue but it is disheartening when it happens often, and all your child wants is a strawberry and theyre inedible.

We asked the deli worker to slice meat for us. We asked for Boars Head, but when we got home, we found out that we got Kroger brand on some of the meat. They are also bad about having workers stocking and wondering the isles when there are only two check out lanes open and lines to the back of the store.

I got everything that I went to get. Checkout was quick. I had no problems.

First off I would like to thank their customer care for taking care of this issue for me but it shouldn’t have been able to happen in the first place. We placed an online order for delivery because we were quarantined and somehow another customers order was also added to our order and we were charged an additional $85 for what was supposed to be a $30 order including the $10 delivery charge. All of these items were added as “substitutions” to our order even though they weren’t substituted for anything. The shopper should not be able to add substitutions to an order without marking them as a replacement for an item. I understand that things happen but especially in these times of financial uncertainty having an additional $85 missing from my bank account for 7-10 business days isn’t okay. Customer care was polite and did everything they could after getting a person on the phone from the automated system.

Great prices the Kroger near my house is doesnt have the Krogers feelings. Half of the products sold there cant be found at my location. I never ran into a problem here.

The girl Terry at the customer service counter is so rude, do ur job and get off your phone. I saw 👀 the childish scene take place today, and all I can say is “Wow! So unprofessional.” I’m sure if you followed your company policies that would not have happened.

We moved recently to the area and Julie was a great employee guiding us in the store and explaining all the great things Kroger has. She was very friendly and gave us amazing customer service.

Nice clean store. Nice variety. Not dependable for my special gluten free dietary needs. If that were consistent, Id give 5 stars.

Clicklist is supposed to be convenient and easy when you dont have time to shop for yourself but this Kroger is ridiculous. They take forever & dont have your order ready in your hour timeslot then they leave things off the order saying theyre out but you can go right in and find it. Wouldve been easier to have done it myself it turns out.

It has excellent prices and very good service; the workers there show an extra effort to give a better experience.

I was waited on by Josh (the pharmacist), Jessica, and Madison and they were incredibly helpful. They resolved my concern immediately and did so in a positive manner. Pharmacy staff is truly an asset to the organization and I look forward to shopping at Kroger’s pharmacy in the near future!

I enjoy shopping there. I rarely have an issue with something being out of stock.The deli staff are exceptionally helpful and remember how I like deli meat sliced.

Covington store has closed its doors after 32 years . Bought by a local grocery. The store in Atoka is a nightmare. All ways crowded and the aisles are too small. If someone is looking at something on the shelf, you have to wait for them to move out of the way just to get by.

This Kroger is a good one to do your shopping at. They are always clean and organized. There meat and fresh vegetables ate always in tip top conditions.

For many years I have shopped at this store for groceries but the stuff in the produce section are on the last leg. It is ready to rot on the shelves. Most of what I try to pick as fresh as possible is old, rotting and within a day or so of spoiling. I now buy my produce from nearby Neifehs. Even though it is a small store, their produce is fresh and lasts. I have taken photos of onions from both places and it was very clear which ones were from Kroger. All my friends agreed. We live in the country, which one would think, would have the freshest produce. I would like to stop once for our needs and not twice! Thanks for that. I am not shy about my beliefs and I share them with anyone.

I cant say enough good things about the Click List staff at the Atoka location!! They are extremely helpful and so polite, and do a phenomenal job! Ive also noticed and appreciated that they actually hustle, and they work together to make the customer happy! On the rare occasion that something is not right, they work to correct it immediately and always double check to see if Im good with my order! Thank you for making getting groceries an absolute breeze!

The Kroger store in Millington is a small store but the cashiers are always very helpful and friendly. I enjoy shopping there because its not so big that I feel lost. I can get fresh vegetables and meat and most anything I need in staples. I can also get my prescriptions filled at the pharmacy, while I shop. Its convenient and fast.

It was nice. I found what I needed, the lines was short and people friendly. Store was clean and tidy. Parking lot clean, handicap parking is great. Love it.

The employees are always extra nice & helpful at this location. With Kroger promoting use of coupons its great to actually be able to use them & not be given a hard time like my local store in Millington. Ill drive the extra miles every time to go to this location where you are treated like someone they care about instead of someone they wish would just go away. This store should be a model for others on how things should be. Great job!!!!

I used the customer service desk to purchase a few money orders and to load money on a debit card. The lady who waited on me, Marcia, was courteous and quick. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is I never give 5 stars

Really nice went to pharmacy they got my meds filled on 15 minutes ask if I had any questions. I enjoy shopping for groceries there too someone always speaks to you. If you dont see the item they will help you

Everything is easy to find, thanks to the labelled aisles. Theres also a list of where to find certain items on the cart. The staff is so kind and you can even make friends with some!

No clerks to check your groceries until 7am... I had to use the self check for my cart full of groceries... Also I understand stocking occurs throughout the day... But must they block aisle after aisle.... Otherwise its a clean store with a decent selection of items

Getting has bad as wal mart with no lines opened, self check out is just lazy and cheap on Kroger part. If I have to check myself I should get a discount. But I can over look the lines. But one I can’t over look is if I can’t carry my gun on me to protect myself, family and my fellow Neighbors. I sure won’t be shopping at Kroger.Open your eyes !!!!!

Love this Kroger! Always excellent customer service at the front and throughout the store. Ive never had a bad experience at any department and I have come to know several of the employees by name.

I am handicap both knees need surgery and so does my right rotator cuff, a long w/many other health issues. Therefore I have to use the riding baskets, well today I just so happened to get a dud it showed that the power was fully charged but just when I was getting my frozen food it died. Well another customer went upfront & told them that I needed help, the worker beat the lady back w/another cart, and he transferred almost all my items. VERY NICE PEOPLE

I love this store. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. My kids get a free kroger balloon every time we visit. That keeps them so happy. Great family place to grocery shop.

This store is getting worse and worse. Between the price gouging and the EXPIRED food, it’s ridiculous. Be careful when you shop here and be sure to check your dates carefully. The cheese I picked up (didn’t buy) today expires in Jan 19, the Tyson frozen chicken Feb 19 luckily for myself I have learned from past BAD experiences here to check carefully.Also a lot of the staff is rude and they have the “not my job” attitude when you ask for help.

Bagger need training in bagging. I had smash bread and chips when got home. Most people like cold items together, not spread among all bags. Can good should be together and double bagged.

Thought we could get done before the rush, but it was packed. Stock pallets and people in a hurry are not a good mixture. Few empty places on shelves but employees willing to help by checking in back. We have great employees at our store in Atoka, TN.

The employees are super friendly and helpful. I do a lot of shopping at the Atoka Kroger. I shop for my family and our church pantry. There are a lot of employees who go above and beyond to be helpful and kind. I appreciate them all so much... It makes shopping much easier. Ron, Karen, Autumn, Jennifer, Kathy, Katie, Brad and Jeff are exceptional. There are others but I dont know their names. I do a tremendous amount of shopping and I can tell you it makes a world of difference when the employees are kind and helpful. Thank you Atoka Kroger and your Amazing Staff!!👏👏👏👏👏

Used there click pick up service. I paid 4.95 for the privilege to be hassled. First I couldnt get the app to work properly. It wouldnt finalize the order and I had to call customer service. That wasted at least 15 minutes. Then, I arrived on time at 5pm and it took them over 20 minutes to load up my purchases. Not good Kroger, not good

Normally I like this Kroger, but since the weather has turned cold, it’s colder INSIDE than OUTDIDE the store. I guess they can not afford to HEAT the store. I bought what I absolutely needed then left.

Typical small-town grocery store. Friendly and courteous employees. Not a great selection, but its the only grocery store around. The only negative experience was a time I wanted to rent a carpet cleaner. There were at least half dozen machines that I was told were out of service, though I suspected the person I asked didnt want to bother helping me. This was confirmed the next day when I observed someone returning a machine to the store. The community needs an alternative to Kroger.

4 star there great prety organized but there app dosent work and no one there knew how to work it

Pleasantly surprised. It did take a loooong time in the pharmacy drive thru with a long line of cars in front of me but the girl actually saved me money because they had been overcharging me by using the wrong card. Id been asking and they would say the price went up. Im always mad when I leave there but Im glad they finally have two employees who know how to do their job.

This is my regular Kroger store and I absolutely love it its always very clean and neat and easy to find things

Just went to the Kroger in Atoka. I found everything I needed and was able to check out quickly. It was a pleasant experience.

Nothing special, just the nearly outdated items and fish looking old. Kroger needs higher. Standards and could copy whole foods as the prices are close.watch dates as in Covington one frequently finds nearly or outdated items.

Always a great place to shop for simple quick items rather than going to the commissary or battling WalMart crowds. Click List is a great way to shop also
