Item arrived damaged. US Appliance will not allow item to be returned unless I pay $270. shipping fee. They state their policy only allows 24 hrs for inspection. Had I been offered to choose a delivery day per the text I was sent, I could have done that. I wrote that the package was damaged on the delivery slip when it was delivered. When I unboxed the item it had damage. They were aware per the delivery slip and photos provided. I called and talked to Scott who would not provide his last name because. I am the only Scott here. Very poor customer service. I waited over 2 months for the item. US Appliance should take this item back and make a claim with R&L carriers who did the delivery. Item has not been taken off palet or moved. Action pending.
Washer and Dryer arrived March 22nd 2021. Noticed box was damaged and as shown in pic, US Appliances delivery truck is still at my home. Sure enough, the dryer was dented. (see 2nd pic). Its 9/9/2021 today, and were still not any closer to having the unit fixed. GE have attempted to send replacement parts to replace the front of the unit, but each piece arrives damaged. 9 replacement boxes received to date, 2 of the parts being completely the wrong part and the other 7 correct parts, all damaged. This situation is driving me nuts and solely blame US appliance for the freight company they used though GE should really consider improving their packing when shipping parts. Totally unacceptable though Scott at US Appliance has escalated the matter to get approval for a full refund.
Stellar! My experience with US Appliance on the handling of my order for an LP Duel Fuel Range could not have been better. I am a student of customer service and it is rare to interact with an organization that gets it more than US Appliance. Wendy in customer service resolved an issue that I had with courtesy, fairness and exceptional service. She was empowered to give me answers directly and she followed through promptly and in the time that she promised. I could not have asked for more.
Took very long time to deliver (more than one month) which was not mentioned before placing the order. Other sellers offer free shipping, but they mentioned in advance that the item is on back order. I selected US Appliance with a shipping fee because it was showing item was available. Any way, item has been delivered eventually.
I couldnt purchase this dishwasher on the west coast because of supply chain problems. I was able to find it in Michigan and shipped here at no extra cost. No problems, was delivered 12 days early and in great shape.
This company is amazing!! They are prompt and deliver beautiful appliances at a price you can afford! If there’s a problem, no problem, they take care of it in an expeditious manner! I love my new appliances! I’ve never done this before and I was skeptical but they did not disappoint! US Appliance is the way to shop!!
This was my second purchase from US Appliance. It was a great value both times but Wendys prompt, professional service dealing with a scratched appliance will make me customer for life. Within placing the order and receiving the grill it was two weeks. That was faster than quoted and in excellent condition. This was the only place I could find this grill and it was an excellent price.
I was very pleased with my appliances and every part of the process. While some of the order was only a little less than a local vendor, I got a great deal on the fridge, saving about $800! One item arrived damaged but US Appliance was very efficient in arranging to send it back and sent a replacement within a few days. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
I highly recommend US Appliance. Customer Service is outstanding!I ordered a microwave several weeks ago. The US appliance team performed as expected with email communications, confirmation of order, processing payment transaction, etc.I received an email from US Appliance that the appliance had shipped, and a local carrier would perform the final delivery. The scheduling the delivery was convenient and again the communication was as expected.The appliance was delivered as scheduled and the box integrity appeared fine. I signed the delivery receipt on a late Friday evening. A few hours later I opened the box to discover the appliance was damaged. I read all the fine print and became worried that my signature on the delivery receipt translated to me having a big problem. I emailed photographs of the damage – dent at the back of the unit and two scratches on the front face plate. I anticipated a confrontational response. Why did I order an appliance online?! I regretted that decision all weekend.I called Monday morning to enquire how this situation will be rectified. The first person that answered listened to my situation and immediately transferred to the Customer Service Department. Again, I was anticipating a confrontational response – why did I sign the delivery paperwork if there was damage from shipping? I was pleasantly surprised. Customer Service (Tammi and Beverley) were very understanding and sympathized my situation. They had already been working on my case from the email I had sent on Friday evening. They provided several options to rectify the problem. I chose one and the solution is being processed. There were no confrontations! This team performed in a manner consistent with what every business should do – they treated me with respect and understanding so that I will continue to be a customer. Many online businesses work on volume-based pricing and do not care about repeat business. I will be purchasing more appliances in the future and US Appliance has earned my future business. If you want to purchase your appliances from a quality company, you should purchase from US Appliance.
I recently made my first purchase with US Appliance and it will not be my last. The freight company could not locate my item on its receiving dock in my area and I was not getting any help from them. I contacted US Appliance directly, and Tammi the Nationwide Customer Service Rep, was able to confirm the loss and immediately found a replacement item and had it shipped through a different freight company. We received our order when Tammi said it would arrive . Tammi provided EXCELLENT customer service and she is the reason we would buy from US Appliance in the future. We would absolutely recommend purchasing from US Appliance. Thank you Tammi!!
Yes I did receive my order at the time I requested and it was in very good shape. The delivery guys would not give me time to unbox it while they were there but US appliance gave me 24 hours to file a complaint. I didnt need to because every thing was great!!!

Ordered a full appliance package from this company almost an entire year ago. To date have received a Fridge with a broken internal component and a microwave. No stove, no dishwasher. We went with this company, paying a premium, because they claimed to have the items in stock. That was clearly a lie. I cant state strongly enough that I will never purchase another item from this company. Terrible customer service. Their response has basically been if you dont like it get fuxed.
Ordered a LG washing machine online through their website. No issues, no problems. When order was completed it showed ETA of 4 -12 weeks. I didnt think much about it, we are in a Pandemic you know. I waited a week and emailed customer service to ask about time lines. They got right back to me. I was told it should be 2 weeks. In the middle of the second week I received a email stating it was shipped. Shipping itself took about 6 days. Received with no damage. Completely satisfied with US Appliance. Great job.
I was very happy with the service I received and the delivery. However. I did discover slight damage to the washer, but not until the report damage period was over. When we took the cardboard cover off the top control panel section there were strange line gouged marks under the cardboard on the machine itself. We are living with it. Only we know where the issues are but still we did pay full price expecting a perfect product. Otherwise I would order from them again being more careful to inspect product before delivery truck pulls away.
After receiving a damaged oven, I immediately called US Appliance and spoke with a REAL person with no waiting! US Appliance immediately began the steps to resolve my issue. I was told to keep all packing for my oven in the event that I may have to return the oven. A repair person was dispatched and confirmed that the oven had a factory defect as the oven door did not close correctly. Scott and Tammi, with US Appliance took charge and issued an order to pick up the damaged oven - I then received a replacement oven with no issues so far. I appreciate Tammi and Scotts prompt response to address my issues - its so rare to get personalized service today. Due to their exceptional service and professionalism, I will continue to do business with Us Appliance and just ordered another appliance.

Ordered Bosch dishwasher on 1/14/2021. Bosch is in high demand, so they said it would not be delivered until 4/1. It was $100 cheaper than Best Buy, so I went with US Appliance. I called for an update today (4/6). I got a sales person immediately. When I said I wanted an update on delivery I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and called again. Same thing - got sales person immediately and was put on hold for 30 minutes. I called a third time and said I wanted to cancel order and dont put me on hold. Carla cancelled my order and said I will see a refund in 24hrs - I expect I will. I then ordered from Best Buy and set up home delivery for 4/20. Net: ordering from US Appliance wasted of time (being on hold on phone) and delayed when I could get my appliance. Go somewhere besides US Appliance unless saving a few dollars is worth the hassle.
I placed and paid for an order 5 weeks ago and still have mot received the merchandise. The first call I made 2 weeks after my order, I was informed one of the items was in stock but they were waiting on my range. The gentleman was very nice and said if the range doesn’t arrive in the next week we can make an arrangement to ship the double oven separately. After 14 days I called back only to find my double oven was no longer in stock, they used it to fill another order. Now we are 8 days before Christmas and there is no chance of receiving my order before the holiday!For goodness sake communicate with your customers so they can make an informed decision about doing business with you. I certainly would not be have waited 7 weeks to be told it may be another 2-4 weeks before my order is in stock and there could be 200 people ahead of me. This is a terrible business plan. Why are you doing this to people? My decision to shop local has certainly backfired. What a disappointment. Really this could have been resolved by being forthcoming with the information.You are accepting our money with no intent to deliver in a timely manner. I am an unsatisfied customer!!
I would just like to thank Carla Farewel for all her great customer Service and support. I placed an order for a certain appliance and yes with everything that has been going on this year . Out of the hands of many unfortunately. I was waiting on my appliance to come in it was delayed put Carla kept in touch with me throughout the time. Unfortunately I could not wait anylonger and when I asked for a refund there was no long story or excuse but my credit was immediately given back.I will definitely being using them again.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a set of GE appliances back in November 2020. Microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. All the items were listed on their website as available in stock when I purchased them. The first thing that was off was that I never received a receipt for the purchase but was charged all of the money. I called to find out what was going on and was told all my items were backorder, and bc they were backordered I was not sent a receipt. After some arguing I was able to get them to send me a copy of the invoice. Because they told me this was a nationwide backorder I kept the order and decided to wait. 5 months later 2 of my items became available in stock, no one called to let me know, I know this only bc I called monthly to check the status of my order. They agreed to do a split shipment and sent the microwave and the refrigerator. But the stove and dishwasher were still backordered. Now it is July 2021, 8 months after I purchased and was charged for all of these appliances, my dishwasher has become available (and again I only know this bc I called, no one made any attempt to let me know), and they are refusing to ship it to me bc the range is still not available. They are not even sure when the range will arrive. Most recently they have estimated October but they previously gave me estates for March, April, and June none of which were accurate. So now they expect me to wait nearly an entire year from my purchased and paid in full date (possibly longer) to send me a dishwasher that is currently in stock unless I pay them MORE money!! Im livid. This company is terrible. To recap: they charged me in full for backordered appliances. They mislead me on their website by not showing the products as backordered. They never contacted me to let me know the items were backordered. I had to reach out to them. They never sent me a payment confirmation. I had to call to get them to send me an invoice. And finally, they are holding my dishwasher hostage unless I pay them a shipping fee. I repeat this company is terrible. Never buy from this company!
Google search displayed refrigerator model at $1399 but then linked to model product page at US Appliance at price $1699 - same SKU. Not cool to price bait, and goes to integrity of the company. Fix the listing!
Good price, however if you need your appliances in a reasonable amount of time dont order from these people. I ordered a appliance package October 6, 2020. As of 2/23/21 no appliances have been received. They charged my credit card for the full amount. They tell me now that my dishwasher will not be done until June, 2021.
I am very frustrated. We purchased all new kitchen appliances at the beginning of November. We were told it would be a month before we received them because of Covid. Fine, we understood. Every month since, we have had to call and get told again it will be next month. It’s now March and still no appliances. Our new kitchen has been done for a very long time. Unfortunate as we have ordered from them in the past.

I have been waiting over 2 months now for a Samsung refrigerator I paid for, in early November 2020, in full and up front. Every time I call, email or reach out for support regarding this issue, Im told We will contact you as soon as item arrives, should hopefully be this or next month. No real answers or responsibility taken by the individuals running this company. US Appliance will TAKE YOUR $$$ MONEY IMMEDIATELY but fails in supplying the product in any reasonable time... I wish we would have read reviews before we ordered. The service seemed great at first but after months without any signs of getting appliances that were promised and re-promised and then re-promised 2 more times! We have a brand new kitchen waiting for appliances we are living out of a beer fridge in the garage and an instapot. Im sick of pizza. Im sick of the unkept promises. I will never do business with these liars again.
I ordered a refrigerator, stove top, and microwave from them in September. There was nowhere listed how long it would take for the items to be delivered. I assumed they were in stock. I had to keep calling every few weeks to see where my items were. They never reached out to me once with estimated delivery! When delivery was finally scheduled in December the items came delivered by one man who couldn’t get the items up the driveway into the garage. I had to help push! The packaging for the refrigerator was damaged and I noted that with the delivery guy. He said that was all I had to do. He said nothing else to me and left. We had to then move the fridge to the basement so left it in the original packaging to protect it. After opening the package we discovered the fridge was damaged. Because I didn’t call within 24 hours after receiving the items they won’t do anything; a policy that was only included in the email I received back in September. There lack of communication is beyond frustrating! Will never use them again! And would never recommend them!
They cancelled my order for a range BY MISTAKE which I ordered in February 2021 and has been on back order since then. When I called them about solutions to fix the issue, I was told that there is nothing they can do to put me back to the original queue that I was, and if I put in an updated order now, it would be delivered in late July. I am moving into a new home in late May and because their careless mistake, I’m not going to have a range for months and I’m still scrambling to place a new order somewhere else. During the whole process, they offered no remorse or solution to fix their mistake, they even claim that “they’ve been in the business for a long time” and “there’s absolutely nothing they can do.” Horrible customer service, unprofessional work ethics and somehow thinks it’s okay to dump the consequence of their mistake on the customers. Avoid this vendor at all costs.

I ordered a Series 800 Bosch dishwasher, which are difficult to find right now. Their web site doesnt show if they are currently in stock but I assumed after I ordered it I would receive information. I received an invoice within a few hours and there was nothing that showed it was back ordered or that it was a special order. After 2 days I called and found out that it was a special order and that my credit card had been charged already, because it was a special order. I canceled immediately.At least let me know when I order that the item is a special order and my credit card will be charged.
I’ll never go to the big box stores again! This company is the best place to buy appliances! The sales team is friendly and they gave me good customer service. I was approved for credit and took advantage of the 15 month 0% through Synchrony Bank. Once shipped, delivery was fast. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! We purchased numerous appliances from US Appliance for a rental condo. When we tried to use the range for the first time, it was defective out of the box. US Appliance response, Once you plug it in, you cant return it, even if doesnt work. How do you know if it works without plugging it in????? VERY BAD POLICY!!!!
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - called to learn about equipment and was told that the gentleman would call me back to verify an item we were discussing. He never returned my call. I called back, no answer; left a message. No return call. called to figure out where my order was after purchasing on line and no order placed - says my card is declined on first order and never processed my second card. I asked to speak with processing and was told to call back in the afternoon. WT...? Thats not how to run a business - for few dollars I would have saved ordering from your store I wasted in time. Paid $21k for new kitchen appliance package from US Appliance on January 8th. The price and promised delivery of 1-4 weeks was very desirable. As soon as they cashed my check, I got and email stating it will be 4-6 weeks. I understood, then. March 8th I called to inquire and was told 4-6 weeks more. My wife decides to call Franco the Sales Manager on March 23rd, she is told 4-6 weeks. I follow up with ol Honest Franco as well and he tells me today 5-8 weeks. This is how they string you along with continued promises. They attempt zero effort to help with the manufacturer, which tells me that they have zero intentions to actually deliver the product you paid for. I was scammed by them, dont let it happen to you.
Dryer is defective. Will not start unless I hold down the door switch with my knee while simultaneously pushing the start button and spinning the barrel to get it going, then slamming the door before the clothes fall out. Its garbage.
We ordered a stove in August of 2020 and as of March 2021 were still waiting. Today I contacted them via email for a refund and have been sent an invoice that says the refund has gone through. And 3 days later the money is in my account, so I did get a refund. As for the customer service, Ive been able to talk to someone about 60% of the times Ive called, and they have returned calls to me. Theyve said its Samsung holding up the process, who is behind because of covid, and maybe it is. Up until about 8 months ago or less all their reviews were good ones. But if it is manufacturers then they really need to cut ties with some of them because its hurting their company when they cant deliver.
We ordered a wall oven over 2 months ago. It still hasn’t shipped (latest estimate is that it will ship in 4 weeks). I understand supply chains are messed up due to COVID, so my complaints are:1) no mention at the time of order that the item we were ordering was out of stock. We called as we were ordering and we’re told it would ship in 1-3 weeks. Come to find out, they’ve been told by the manufacturer they won’t even receive any inventory for “2-4 weeks” and have been told that every month since April. So why are you still selling it? And why wouldn’t you make it clear there’s delays upfront? You’ve obviously known there would be problems2) my card was charged at the time of order. I think it’s unreasonable to charge the entire amount of a $2k purchase when you don’t have the item and have no idea when you will have it (and hid that knowledge from the consumer) It’s 2020 and common practice to not charge until an item ships. Or for these types of transactions half upfront and half when the work is done3) US appliance makes no acknowledgment or apology for this. Every time I call, they interrupt me and state It’s the manufacturers fault. If they would bother to listen to me they would know my issue isn’t with the delay so much, it’s with the fact that they weren’t transparent upfront about supply issues and are still charging countless people for a product they know they can’t offer. Most retailers have disclosures about delays upfront and aren’t charging anything until it ships.4) if it really is the “manufacturer’s fault” they don’t have any, why are these now available at several other retailers to ship right away (albeit at a higher price)? And have been for over a month? Do they not have proper purchasing relationships?
The first time I used this company I received great customer service and a great deal on a 4 piece kitchen package. Then hurricane Dorian hit and I needed to replace everything, by the time I ordered Corona delays were in effect and it took 6 months before I had to get aggressive with (Lame Duck Larry) at customer service.Then the appliances I received were scratched, the stove was set up for natural gas (is that a thing?) so I had to either pay hundreds of dollars for a specialist to convert it to propane or figure it out myself. The dish washer never came and although they have offered to refund me for it they say they will not deliver it....Take my advice and do not order from them until the supply chain is flowing again!!!
Paid. Waited 2-1/2 months. No appliance.Ordered and paid for a dishwasher on Nov 19. Emailed them a month later and didnt get a reply. Called on Feb 1 and was told that the dishwasher was discontinued. Seems they were just going to keep my money until I called them.
I made the silly mistake of buying a home during height of the COVID19 pandemic and have now been struggling with furnishing it in the midst of an understandably huge manufacturing backlog. I had trying to find a washer/dryer combo large enough for my needs and after a good deal of shopping around, placed my order through US Appliance. As expected, the machine was on backorder until early March. I was not super concerned, however, as US Appliance had given me a very reasonable price and made the buying process a breeze (even taking time to personally reach out to me to confirm order details, product spec, measurements and the like). Today, I stumbled across a floor model of the same machine available for immediate delivery from Lowes, so, desperately needing to do laundry, I went for it and cancelled my order with US Appliance. US Appliance cancelled the order and refunded the charge to my card with just a single, easy email. They handled the cancellation quickly, professionally, and without any sales talk or trying to convince me otherwise. I am extremely impressed with their customer service, and despite not getting this machine from them, will certainly be making them my first choice for other appliances (including the stove, fridge, and dishwasher I intend to replace soon) once were back into more normal times.

I understand deliveries can be delayed, especially depending on time of year, and covid stalls. I ordered a dishwasher and junction box the end of October. The email confirmation said 1-4 weeks with a Covid19 caveat that said it may take an additional 30 days. I had not heard anything by end of November so called, and was told I should have it by December 31. I finally got a shipping notification the beginning of January. The shipping company then sent a delivery date, that date came and went, I called and set up another appointment, again with no show for my appliance. Several more phone calls and on the 4th delivery date I got the appliance but no junction box -- so this does NO good. I called and got disconnected three times before I could talk to someone in customer service. I am told they will look into it and hopefully get back to me NEXT week and then re-ship it. I requested they just ship one overnight as I have waited just shy of three months! Seriously, great prices but i would not do this again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Terrible customer service. I ordered in August and was told 4 weeks for delivery. I would’ve shopped elsewhere if I would’ve known how awful this would end up. I still don’t have my dryer or pedestal and they’re now telling me January or February. I understand Covid issues, but they shouldn’t have lied from the start. They’ve had my money for months and if I don’t continue to call, I know nothing. This is ridiculous. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
Not happy with shipping info and how long it took they didnt let me know my billing address was wrong until I contacted them first also two weeks after I fixed that I had to contact them again to get any shipping information so about a month or more from originally ordering the part. I dont like to leave bad reviews but if you need it fast dont count on it being there on time
Bought the appliance like 3 months ago and still they have no idea when will be shipped. When you order says 3 weeks and then they say because COVID can be another 30 days. In this case is way more. Called to cancel and the customer service extremely rude. Yelled and hung up. Refused to provide info about the cancelation and refund.

Products arrived damaged; US Appliance unwilling to do anything to fix the situation. The washer and dryer were delivered by R+L Carriers, who required signature of the receipt paperwork before inspection. I was unable to unbox the appliances within their 24-hour window, after which discovering both appliances have significant dents, either from US Appliances warehouse or transit. Do not recommend doing business with this company.
We ordered our appliances 3 months ago, and have called multiple times to get a delivery date of some sort so we could make sure our kitchen install was on the right timeline. We ended up having to cancel as they could not provide any dates after calling several different times over a 3 month span! Horrible customer service, would not recommend unless you are willing to wait for your appliances on a random day or month for that matter.
Worst customer service ever. Stan our representative lied to us, failed to return emails or calls. He never updated credit card address which delayed our order for months despite me calling weekly. Last week he said the order would be shipped as a partial. Nothing has been received nor have we been notified of a shipment. Stan should be fired. Take your business elsewhere especially if Stan answers.
I have used them in the past, we got a fridge and couldnt install it right away because of a delay in closing. It was damaged but they refunded us partially.We used them again because of the great customer service. We ordered a fridge and a stove. They both came damaged, the fridge was dented and the stove was severely damaged and dented on one side. When the guy dropped them off he told me he doesnt open them or look the mover. Again, our closing was delayed so we couldnt open them within the 24 hours they state.They told me they couldnt help me and I had to contact GE. GE told me they couldnt help me and I had to contact the store. I tried again and they said they would escalate it and then never responded again. They are NOT a damaged appliance store so Im not sure why they feel okay sending damaged appliances every time and then not doing anything to help.
They agreed to price match via email, for an electric range purchase online. They did not price-match but charged full price. Sales person (Franco) sent reply saying he wrote me that I should to call-in (which he never did) to avail price match. After complaining they finally honored the price-match. Awaiting delivery now, they should focus on customer experience if they want to improve their brand.
We placed an order in September for a new fridge and to date on November 17th have STILL not received any order confirmation or notice of why there is an extreme delay. COVID delays are understandable but a near three month delay is not. Use caution before ordering!
Stove/Range works great. Only problem is that we had to pull it away from the wall or else the quick bake convection fan will start grinding against something. However, not a big deal.
Their customer service rep was nice. The rest was a total disaster. Ordered a full set of appliances Memorial Day weekend ... it’s the middle of July and am now being told the only thing they will be able to deliver is the microwave. My biggest issue is that I passed up other sellers who were offering Memorial Day sales. I could have gone to the local big box store at the time and only paid a couple hundred more dollars, but actually received my appliances. Now I don’t have appliances and I’ll have to spend hundreds more for the same stuff I ordered from US Appliance in good faith.Read the reviews people ... they aren’t very good and I would definitely not take a chance with this shady seller. It sure seems like are selling stuff they don’t already own or even have reliable access to obtain.Buyer beware.
Ordered Miele dishwasher. After a week I finally got thru to US and they said it was out of stock until Feb2021. Customer service guy was a bit belligerent saying they didnt say it was in stock on the web site. Well, they sure took my money. Just stupid not to tell me when I ordered.
Ordered $3500 in new kitchen appliances. Got one email saying it would ship in one to four weeks.Two months later i call to see what’s going on. Customer service was unacceptably rude!I canceled the order. I can’t imagine dealing with these people if an appliance was damaged or not working.
I ordered from US Appliance years ago and had problems with the order but it was made right by a manager. I made my second order May 4, 2020 and specified that I would be at the delivery address for a three week period and needed the refrigerator to be shipped so that it arrived during that time. They dropped the ball and it did not arrive. We then set up another date for delivery and they missed that one two. Over ten weeks after I made payment and ordered my appliance, I finally had to cancel the order. Ron, the manager was not able to offer any help and this has really caused me a lot of time and grief!

I received my appliance on time The box was left in the garage but all was good.
I ordered a washer and dryer set on 8SEP20. The set was in-stock when i got it. The order say that shipping for big appliances would take over 4 weeks due to COVID, i was ok with waiting. I called today (21OCT20, 6 weeks after) for an update and i was told that my order would take about 3 more weeks to ship cause they never had it in stock to begin with. If i wouldnt have called, i would have never got an update at all. Terrible company to do bussines with.
The customer service and sales teams have been very helpful with assisting on delivery time inquiries. Order arrived timely, however two plastic parts inside the refrigerator were damaged. I have called for a replacement and currently Im waiting to hear back. I would give it a five stars but just because of the damaged parts I have to rate four .
Ordered a complete Kitchen appliance package in the beginning of May and its now mid-August. Even with the Covid delays that I understand, they have been stringing me along since then saying 2-4 weeks. I finally canceled today and got the package from ABT electronics with immediate shipping. Poor sales support, dont use them.
BEWERE! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Bought a microwave months ago! Couldnt get a hold of anyone, turns out theyre still waiting for shipment and no one told me. Spoke on the phone with awful guy named Ron. HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Highly recommend US Appliances for price and delivery.My LG refrigerator was significantly lower in price, available quickly with free shipping and no tax as extra benefits, delivered to my door.Be aware you have to unpack and bring the unit into your house and hook it up yourself, no big deal.I have bought from US Appliances before and each time been very satisfied with the service.
I ordered a new Weber Summit Grill Center the model number they advertised was a 291101 the model they shipped was a 281101. The later model number is a two year old leftover that someone wrote in the new model. I paid for the newer version not one that sat on the shelf for two years. I contacted them and was pretty much told oh well its the same grill . I agreed it was but it sat on a shelf for two years. They were uncaring and ended the conversation. save yourself the trouble and do business elsewhere.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order Sept 4th, called today on Sept 16th to find out when washer and dryer would ship and they informed me product not available. Not sure I would ever found out unless i called. Horrible service!
After seeing the great price for a kitchen package I knew it would be hard to beat! But I checked out my local Lowes and Menards to see if they would price match and had an earlier arrival time than what I was expecting from Us Appliance. The other stores had most things out of stock and said it would take even longer than 3 weeks and they didnt seem to want to work with us on the price match aspect. If I had to wait, I decided to go with the great deal from Us Appliance. We ordered Monday and got our appliances Thursday!!! I was SO surprised at how quickly everything was shipped. The stove range did have a small dent in the back left corner and the fridge had a small scratch that you can only see when the light hits it just right. But that is to be expected sometimes and overall I am very happy!

Great product and great service. The delivery was very good, appliances came in without damage. The only negative point, and its my fault, I read the rebate information wrong. I thought this LG came with a $300 rebate, so I bought them, but they didnt. But overall Im satisfied because my wife is happy, and that is what all that matters.
The range and fridge were about a week later than expected, but they are here and they are beautiful. Cant wait to put them to use. Id recommend US Appliance, as long as you dont need the item right away. It was worth the wait for me. Saved $$$$!
Great pricing and good service. I recommend this company to purchase fairly priced appliances. Delivery is by 18 wheeler so access may be limited to rural areas, however, our pickup truck came in handy.
The delivery service called ahead of time and delivered right into my garage. Perfect. The carrier was also very polite. My ne stove works perfectly!
I was happy to find the wall oven I wanted on this site after my local appliance dealers did not have it in stock, and the price was great. But buyer beware. While the shipping was free, it turned out to be “curbside”delivery, a fact I only found out the day before from the shipper. Ever the optimist, I assumed that if I offered a large enough tip, I could get the delivery people to bring the oven into my house. However, it turned out that the delivery staff was one guy with an electric dolly. He literally dumped my $2100 oven into the snow in the middle of my driveway, said he could not do any better, and drove off. It weighs over 300 pounds, so my husband and I have had to leave an expensive item unsecured outside overnight until our appliance installer arrives tomorrow. When I called US Appliance to complain, the first person I talked to told me multiple lies (that I had been informed about the delivery process on my order confirmation, and that they had also informed me in a phone call). Not true, I reread my order confirmation twice, the info was not there, nor was the info in their phone message to me. The second person I talked to was incredibly condescending, and then hung up on me. I am bracing myself for this item to be damaged to boot. Do not use this company, order from a brick and mortar store, I should have!
Overall a great experience. I purchased the LG front load washer and dyer, replacing a 15 year old LG set. Great price and reasonable shipping time.

It would have been helpful if the delivery service would have had a dolly to move the appliances. This is strictly a curbside service so be ready to take them from a pallet and move them to where you need them to go. We tried to change the delivery address when we realized this so that we could move them with ease since we had just removed 11 trees at the address we originally requested. We were however told this could not be done so our appliances were left on the corner of our driveway in the grass for us to move.The appliances came without any physical issues as they were packed very well. We are working on our house remodel currently and have not completed our kitchen in order to make the installation as of yet. All in all a great company to use for a discounted rate on appliances just be aware of the curbside delivery and have help with transport and installation.

The worst experience, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered four package appliances the stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge. The fridge and stove came with major damage on side of panel. Funny thing is box was never ruined but when opened it was damaged, had me thinking this is how they packaged it and sent it to me knowing it was damaged. Then they offered me 200$ for the damaged fridge and said I cld keep it. I said no the damage was too severe for only 200$ and it would be noticeable. Well to return it was even a worst nightmare there cheap pick up service they use R.L. carriers they are the worst and rudest people to deal with. I had to put the fridge on pallet and have it in driveway waiting for them. Who just has a pallet in there Backyard,. Then when they dropped fridge back off they left it on sidewalk. Also the stove came with no power plug, now I have to go and search for a plug and have electrician set it up, the dishwasher had no covering for bottom.In the long run Im not saving money and its a big inconvenience. I was better off ordering from home depot probably wouldve spent the same amount of money for what I have to go through now, with better service. The bottom line is it was a really bad experience that Im still dealing wit . Please do not order from this company. I really dont know how they have 4 star rating they suck
I am remodeling my kitchen and have not yet installed these appliances. But, the delivery and service I received was excellent. The service center and truck driver were courteous, professional, and pleasant. The appliances were packed and safeguarded and appear to be in perfect condition.
US Appliance was the WORST company I have ever ordered from! They left my washer and dryer on my front porch attached to the pallet and when I contacted Beverly - the customer service representative - she couldnt have been less helpful or more rude. I will NEVER do business with them again - very bad experience.
Before you buy, do two things: 1) take a look at the number of reviews that cite damaged merchandise and slow delivery 2) take a look at the number of 5 star reviews that have no comments at all. I am doing a kitchen renovation and decided to give them a try with an early install of a beverage fridge. Prices were competitive and the product selection was good. In the time it took to get the appliance, I decided I needed to order the other appliances from someone else if I actually wanted to have them in place in a reasonable time frame. Took 8 weeks and two calls (they had my $...they charge on purchase date, not ship date) for delivery. The shipping experience was horrible...time from shipping notification to delivery was two weeks. After the shipping company missed two appointments with lame excuses (and lies), I finally received the appliance...which had damage to one side. I realize that US is not the shipping company, but they do control who they contract for shipping.If you purchase, be sure to read their strict on delivery inspection and notification guidelines. I have followed all of the guidelines to the letter (noted damage on shipping bill which was retained by truck driver...took pictures; notified within 24 hrs). US did offer (and I accepted) reasonable compensation for the damaged merchandise.In short, if youve got the time and want to take a chance that youll get undamaged merchandise, go ahead...I have no problem with the product they shipped (other than the damage). Be sure to follow their procedures to the letter once you receive shipment...definitely open all cartons and inspect carefully...preferably with ship driver present. This may be inconvenient, but you may be sorry if you dont.
Order Status communication early on wasnt great but all my questions were answered whenever i reached out to them. Some updates to their order management system to provide self-service customer updates would easily resolve this. Product was delivered to the expectation they set, but the one item arrived dented. Post sales support of that issue was excellent. Received credit for the damage.
W/D arrived early, all was in order. Everything working well. Suggest that you offer hose sets especially for those items that have dual washer or steam dryer. Had to run to store to acquire the needed hoses beyond the two I had already

Prompt delivery of all 4 Whirlpool appliances & great customer service. My questions regarding warranty information were answered immediately, the appliances look great! One issue - my new electric range’s oven seems to be “hotter” than my old one. I’m going to purchase a thermostat to test it ASAP.
I ordered a range, wall oven, and a microwave from them. Needless to say a month later, after still not receiving my order, and after the runaround, I decided to cancel the order. I told them that it was unacceptable, that I had not received my order after that long. I dont think they keep most of the stuff they advertise in stock. They have to order from the manufacturer after you place you order. I definitely dont recommend dealing with them.
My delivery took 4 weeks. I had to call twice to get an idea of what was taking so long and when to expect delivery.When the item was delivered the driver would not bring it in the house. I had to open it outside and inspect the item. Difficult to unboxed an 80 pound item and thoroughly inspected it in your driveway. However the delivery driver was very nice and polite.
I had a great experience with US Appliance. I bought a Samsung black stainless kitchen pckge. The process was simple and clear.The delivery sub contractor got my items here without a scratch. Im totally thrilled with the entire experience. Ill be buying from them again no question.
The order took exactly as long as US Appliance told me. I received the emails when the item shipped as well. It does take 3-4 weeks but Zito knew that going into it. Would definitely order from them again.

Worst place to come and deliver. No one in the warehouse seemed to care that we’re outside waiting to get into a dock. They’re too busy on facebook. Yes, I saw one of them actually on his phone on Facebook. Seriously, we have to go pick up other loads and these guys are just sitting around. No consideration that we as truck drivers don’t get paid hourly for waiting. They’re just milking the clock. Now the other warehouse moves fast. Those guys don’t mess around. They get you in and out quick. Guess the send the reject employees of here.
