They were very quick to reply. Very helpful with some technical issues we were having with our logo artwork. End result was beautiful.

I have never given a bad review ever...until NOW!! This has to be the worse company in Michigan! I have been waiting for my sign for over 9 months!! My called ignored and I was falsely told my sign was ready 4 months ago but was a lie and still no sign no return calls and my business still without a sign! Garbage company and owner!

Fastsigns was great to work with. We had them install large house numbers over our garage. We ordered them, then had to wait till our house was painted. They already had our order, but they were patient while we finished the exterior. James and Mark did not forget us as the weeks and months went on. On February 23, 2018, I contacted your company to fabricate a small inexpensive indoor sign for our Associate of the Month Program. I was contacted the next business day (Monday 2/26/18). I gave them my details and design criteria and on Friday that same week (3/2/18), I paid for the sign in full and gave them the go ahead to fabricate the design. On Monday, 3/5, I was sent a couple proofs and chose one. The next day, I was asked again for the associate of the Month’s name, which was given the week before.Because I was in Auburn Hills on Wednesday morning, 3/7, doing other errands, I called Fast Signs to see if I could pick up my sign. I started calling at 7- no answer, I called at 8 - no answer, I called at 9:15 and spoke with James at the front desk, whom I have been dealing with, and he said it would not be ready until this afternoon at the earliest. I replied, Fast Signs isn’t really fast is it? Then I asked what the hours were, he replied 9 to 5. My response was that the hours were not really business friendly. He took my responses personally and started telling me that they were fast and some other excuses. I told him our conversation was over and I hung up. He then called me back and started ranting on how employees were out sick, mothers having operations, etc. I told him, his employee problems were his and not mine. That my only concern was getting this sign in a timely manner. He went on to say I disrespected him and if I wasn’t so rude he would have helped me, but now he was not going to. I told him that in the customer service world, the client/guest is always right and never rude. He went on and on about something else. I finally said “James this conversation is over”.I just wanted you to know how your employees are treating your clientele. It really should not matter what I say to him. He should always be calm, listen and try to diffuse the situation, not to start yelling at the customer or tell them now how they are not going to help them.

After searching for the best vendor for my project, I decided to work with Fadi and his team at this FastSigns location. Not only did Fadi take the time to listen to the vision I had in mind, he spent time creating a design to make the vision a reality. He and his team are wonderful to work with. After multiple conversations with James (the person who answers the phone and schedules jobs), we hired this company to remove signage at a location of ours that had violated the terms of our licensing agreement and was continuing to use our name without authorization. We made a special trip to FastSigns to deliver blanks to place on both sides of the monument sign to protect the sign itself when the panels were removed. We explained how important it was to go after hours to accomplish this removal as the person running the location was very difficult to deal with and it would save a lot of aggravation if it was done after hours. James was totally agreeable that this would be accomplished. He further stated there would be no problem because if there was anyone who challenged them, they would just do the job they were paid to do and then refer the person to us. We felt very confident we had chosen the right company to get the job done.Well...we were wrong. They went in the middle of the day and ran into issues with the person at the location and although they had already removed the sins, they then so re-installed them!. After causing all this disruption by going during the day, James refused to complete the process (even though James had assured us they do this type of work ALL THE TIME). He became very beligerent on the phone and would only refund our money or go back for the job if we went with them! I said I would meet them there if that is what needed to happen to get the job done, but James said they were booked solid and did not know when he could get us scheduled. Although I requested numerous times, James repeatedly refused to allow me to speak to anyone else at the company. He told me the owners name was Fadi but would not allow me to speak with him. I contacted the franchise in Birmingham and they were going to help but decided they did not want to get involved. James is very pleasant and very helpful up front and exuded confidence to us that they do this kind of work all the time. When things went sour because of the way they handled the situation, he got nasty and dismissive. I am a business owner and have never written a bad referral for a company but I was left with no choice since I was not allowed to speak with a manager or anyone else who supervises this business. While this company has many good reviews, the experience we had was just the opposite. Your business is only as good as your worst employee and unfortunately, this business is being run by a rouge phone person. I hope this review is read by Fadi so he can follow-up with me and I can give him the complete picture of our encounter with his company. Amy Griffin
