Best place ive ever worked at until it closed down ill never forget the printshop

Great place to work full of open minded individuals.If you are interested in getting in to the technology industry, this is a great place to be! This is a fast paced place that will always keep you interested and money in your pocket

If you have any certifications or experience in tech support I suggest you dont work here. You are underpaid and undervalued like the previous guy said. If you are starting off in tech support and young and need experience, maybe this job is for you.I ended up leaving this position because my hours was cut after they obtained several new employees, I guess they came in and took everyone hours. Driving 40-50 minutes to work with $10/hr was not for me. This was the only job I ever quit. The supervisors for the most part on the tech side are clueless (not the customer service supervisors) and do not know what their doing. They shaddow you if you are new as if you do not know the job or at least me, when in reality you knew more or just as much as they did. Im glad I left this company and I am now working with good pay and benefits for $/18hour. The place I am at now I am very lucky to have access to free training courses a well, I will use this to my advantage and I will go into hands-on and Network Operations IT work later this year after I finish taking some college courses and third-party college job courses.If you value your skill and are a hard working motivating IT person with even a general basic certificate proving you know something, do not work here if you have any experience at least.

Its decent for entry level tech work. no room for growth at all. The management team is constantly coming up with new ways to improve on business while the employees receive no raises, or incentives. Basically its like theyre all SHEEP with no leadership skills. Happy I left the company when I had the opportunity.

Great people with a lot of drive. One downside is the corporate model. To get a good wage you have to be selected and favored. I put in a couple years of time and was underpaid the whole time. Very stingy about paying their workers what they deserve on the ground level. Company is built on appealing to the desires of the blind consumer looking for the next great packaged deal. Very weak strategy in that their target sales audience is the under educated groups who primarily purchase items on shopping networks. Most if not all of their products are made in China for a low cost and resold for quite a dramatic increase in price. Company would be awesome if they changed their business model to benefit people instead of scam them and they paid the people that work there what they deserve.

Pretty bad place. What do I start with?The job is super easy and simple but the leads choose to keep employees who do not know anything, aside from this there seems to be a lot of favoritism at this place. Chris Carry, the head hancho at the place doesnt even know what is going on. Clear example, I asked for my commission that I did not receive for almost a month and he had no idea where it was at. Instead he informed another employee to add $20 to my final check. When the check finally came, I had almost $128 extra, and about 18 hours overtime, keep in mind that I was laid off due to work funds. They really do not teach you a whole lot, their training is pretty bad. I gave almost 2 years to this place, offered many ideas that would keep the company strong and its employees happy. Aside from this, they start you at $10. Also keep in mind that this field of work usually starts off at $15 at a real company.

Never buy their bullshit. They claim to include products on the packages then wont give you the codes for them. I got one with Photoshop in it, yet it was missing an unlock code that they claimed they couldnt buy because they werent licensed with Adobe. Its a scam. Im considering reporting them to the better business bureau or something

Previous employee at the tech support, and this company is a joke. There was no paperwork signed by any new hire, they lied about the pay rate in the interview and the quality of service is non existent. Company policies change every week and there is little formal training. The only thing that is keeping this company afloat is the hard working, underpaid/undervalued technicians. But when you cut each techs hours/days how do you expect them to be loyal? I was promised 40/hrs a week and got about 30.

No one home. No one answers phone any site. Guess I will give it up as they would want. Do not buy from them.
