Always willing to help when I come in this store. Very knowledgeable and friendly, not stuffy at all. Would recommend the outlet more so than the main store at Somerset Mall. It would be even better if they had the ability to personalize purchases here as well.

That lj reviewer must be having a pretty rough day i guess. im pretty sure hassam doesnt do that anything that discriminatory. he was very professional and fast with everyone of color when i was there. and the place was very booked at the time too. i think ya just cant get to everyone right away, but accusing someone of race discrimination is a bit too far of an assumption. you cant read peoples minds lj. come now.

I had a very poor experience. The sales associate Hassan did not greet us or ask to help us. I had too ask him if we were going to be greeted... He was very rude and unprofessional and discriminated. He assisted other customers of different races but refused to acknowledge us. Hassan is a very poor representation of tumi... and the message he sends is, we only welcome certain customers... we did not feel welcomed. Please train your employees on how to properly greet and assist your customers of ALL races.

If you want to support a store where the manager “John” is rude and yells at customers that are “blocking the store entrance”, you should shop here. Otherwise, steer clear. It doesn’t hurt to ask someone nicely to move, but he came out ready to be a jerk to people.
