I have small feet and the styles that I was looking for they didnt have in my size or in the back but I will be back thank you

Didnt have my size

Went to famous footwear today at the Great Lakes outlet mall. There were 2 staff members which were not much helpful. Before that I had went to New Balance where the lady was extremely helpful.I was trying some shoes and some of the boxes were on the floor. The guy walks up to me and tells me that since we have tried a lot of shoes, he asked me to put the boxes back in place. I said yes and did it.However, it was frustrating since it was 8:30 pm and there was hardly anyone there so it wasn’t like they were swamped with work. They were not much of help to begin with and then they expect the customer to put the boxes back.I think the guys at the store need to learn customer service.

My 2nd time in this store and absolutely no regrets. Last year bought shoes for my nephew and he loved them. On Sunday bought basketball shoes for my kiddo and he loved it as well. The reps were and are super nice and friendly and willing to help you immediately. I will for sure do more shoe shopping here in the future.

My partner & I came shopping with her little sister & had done some previous shopping before entering the store & had bags. The lady was super awkward, creating an experience I wouldn’t want others to experience. She’d be watching over us, blatantly & making us feel like we weren’t customers. Still bought the sandals since we were there, but the cashier was also unpleasant. I’d never go back or bring my family to shop here again.

I have a five year old so I had to try few pairs before actually buying them. Its very difficult to understand from a five year old if the shoe fits or not. So I have to make him walk a little and see if hes feeling alright.But this guy in the store was so intimidating that he did not let me try at all. Im not sure if hes the manager or a salesman. He kept lingering around me trying to close the opened shoeboxes and put it back in place. It was utterly frustrating. He did not let me shop at my pace. This was on a weekday evening with no crowd.I will not visit this store again.

Sometimes able to find or order what Im looking for. They offer a good variety of other options to browse. They carry big brand names.

Pretty unpleasant experience today, didn’t appreciate the store manager Jeff griping about my stroller.... didn’t love the scissors laying out, didn’t appreciate the dismissive and rude demeanor of Jeff towards my wife, esepecially didn’t appreciate watching him call her a f$$$ing b$$$$.... we will go ahead and take our business elsewhere.

Dont know why people go to Famous Footwear low quality items for a high price you can find better shoes at the Nike store for about the same price

I just moved here with my family and thought that it would be nice to go to a mall for a little tour. It was very cold outside but we came here anyway as a break from our work, seeing all the good reviews about this mall. The kids had wanted some new shoes and so I saw this store. Since we had about 25 minutes left, I thought it was convenient to go visit and maybe buy the kids new shoes. What I didnt expect is a rude employee who told us to get out of the store if you arent going to buy anything and frankly that upset me, especially with my kids there, who were very excited about their promised shoes. The employee had short blond hair and towered over me, as if trying to intimidate me. Needless to say, I will never come back here. And parents, if you bring your children here, be ready to hear complaints from the employees about how customers never clean up.-December 27 20178:35pm

Really nice company. Lots of different brands. Mens & womens shoes, boots, belts, socks. Prices are decent. I like the variety of choices.

Good selection of shoes,sandals and some misc. items. The store is clean and the employees are ready to help you with any questions you may have.

Terrible experience. I was there and asked the sales representative for a specific shoe size. He spent majority of the time complaining about how folks try shoes and leave them all over the place and he needs to put them back in the boxes. After 15 minutes, he cleaned up around my aisle and when I asked him again whether he has a specific shoe in my size, his response .. if its out there we have it.. Could have saved me 15mins.. duh!

Absolutely AWFUL!!!! Customer Service- don’t plan on it at this store. After shopping for 15-20 minutes & having over $100 in shoes 3 minutes before closing & trying to make my way to the cash register I had an employee yell at me “you gotta get out, we’re closed,” I said I have 3 minutes & I’m going to the front, he then replies “well it’s gonna take you longer than that to check out” I said “well that’s not my fault” to which he replied “it isn’t?!” Meanwhile the Manager watched/heard the whole thing & never said anything. So when I spoke with the manager about the incident he laughed/smiled & said sorry. When I asked why he wasn’t doing anything about his employee’s poor behavior he replied Corporate is tough on them & they had to get out on time. He laughed & rolled his eyes when asked for a corporate or district managers number. Needless to say Brandon & Tom, thank you for saving me $$$$ I’ll go elsewhere.

I am a woman and wear size 11-12 wideThis store has nothing, they dont sell wide at all in store and no bigger sizes in store. They can order but who knows how shoes fit when they come to the store?! I come to a store to try on and you are telling me a store that has rows upon rows of shoes doesnt even have a size 12 in the store?! Sad.

Very bad experience! There was about 30 minutes left and the guy straight up told us to leave if we were just looking around. It was very rude and unprofessional. Honestly I will never visit here again!
