My fiance and I got our Jeep stuck off roading and we were at our wits end after a day of dealing with other companies that couldnt help us out. Mark showed up with a kick butt suburban and a winch and a GREAT attitude and we knew we were in good hands! He and his wife run an awesome company.

Tried getting a vehicle towed... got told it would be an hour. 3 hours later still no pick up. Then i was told they could do it first thing in the morning, 1pm next day still no pick up. Even after calling to check on the status. Waited 2hrs for a call back. Ended up going threw a non local company that actually wanted to do their job, and did it for $100 cheaper. I WILL NEVER TRY TO USE THEM AGAIN.

Always available to help tow my broken fords. They even started my own acct. Very handy. Great service.

Saw a driver in a truck texting while driving, cutting lanes with no blinker, and all over the road. Would not trust with my car

They dont tow the cars away, they take their time and wait for the car owner to notice then offer to let their car go for a fee...at that rate why bother, just ask them to move.

AAA sent them to assist when our vehicle broke down. Their response time was extremely fast, the driver, Kevin, was very friendly and professional.

Super unprofessional. The woman who runs it is a crook and a liar.hung up on m3 4 times and charged me for storage when she hung up on me trying to get my vehicle. Then charged me 55$ extra with no explanation. $160 just to be able to take it.

Went in for a repair that didnt need to happen they let me stay in the yard for hours to see if it could br replicated but didnt try to do sn unnecessary repair. Good honest people

They forgot to pick my car up.When i called they apologized and picked it up first thing the next day.They messed up, but then fixed it

I receieved a tow on time yesterday and then a few hours later on Facebook my name was tagged in a hateful post by two of their employees, that stated the reason why I was being towed and other untrue facts about myself. I would not recommend using this company, they are not proffesional!

After traveling from California since 4am to Boston than driving home in a snow storm to pick up our car in Belgrade and drive the last 30 minutes to our house we blew a tire, it was 10:30pm when we called triple A they dispatched KDT towing and the service guy was prompt, super kind and helpful and when he put on the spare it had low air so another truck came and filled the tire! Thank you KDT!!

Very disappointed with this company today. Waited two hours for them to show up. Tried getting a ETA from them and couldn’t get an answer. Very cold today to be stranded. Finally called another company and was towed in 30 minutes. I definitely would not recommend !

My wife called on a Friday and made an appointment for Monday morning, I showed up Monday morning or my appointment to be told that he doesn’t have time, the secretary shouldn’t have made the appointment, and he couldn’t get to it until the next week. Never mind the fact that when my wife called, the secretary asked the mechanic if they could do it and was told yes. My car has a charging problem and for me to even get it there was a hassle in itself. So for me to go to my scheduled appointment to get told they can’t do it is not very professional at all! Place is a joke! I definitely WOULD NOT recommend going here for any mechanical needs!

Broke down today on the way to Augusta, my moms roadside assistance called KDT, We felt bad the poor guy had to drive so far to help us. He even ran out of gas and had to be helped. But he was so nice to us and so helpful. I wish I had gotten the young mans name, he was definitely our hero today.

First experience the girl tow driver didnt hook the vehicle up right, messed up the flat tire and rim because they didnt hook it up right to be towed then tried to back in with it and messed up the rear bumper.Then today 9.1.18 getting a big rig towed, within five minutes of being there they broke a piece under the airbag in the back of the truck... then I heard the two guys talking discussing that they were going to say the truck was like that when they arrived instead of telling the truth and trying to fix their mistake!Personal opinion Ill NEVER use them again they should not even be in business!

Got me out of a ditch with no damage. Were on time and only chuckled a little bit. Best towing service around for sure.

I ran out of fuel in my Peterbilt just before the toll plaza in West Gardiner. I was heading to the service plaza for fuel. It was about 11pm and I had no idea who to call. I used Google and found Statewide and these guys right nearby in Augusta. I gave these guys a call and explained the situation. The women on the phone was very nice and said she would have a driver contact me. I misunderstood and thought she meant a driver would call me, not that she dispatched a diver to me. I called back a few times asking about various things. She was nice the whole time. About an hour later a guy showed up with about 15 gallons of diesel fuel. He was nice and professional. So far so good right? Then comes the bill. When I asked about it, he said I wasnt going to be happy. It cost my company $278.75 for 15 gallons of fuel! I understand that it was a callout at night, but that seems a little high to me. My boss was not pleased. Overall I was happy with the service. Im just not crazy about the price.

Guy was super helpful, personable, and quick! Had locked my keys in the car and the tech guy had me ready to roll in no time.

Cant keep a truck on the road . Seems like they dont care to . Its too bad cause they could be a great company .

Really nice service ..came and helped me..I had switched the tow destination and they were wonderful about it ..really nice guy who came !!!

Overall a very satisfied customer. Honda security system locked down the vehicle. Tow truck driver overrode the system within 60 seconds, only charged for service call. We could’ve been really hosed were treated fairly and honestly. Will call again if we ever run into trouble

Five and a half hours for a service call, didnt even bring the equipment to put a tire on a rim, had to go to the shop and back. The worst service Ive ever seen!

On July 8th I had Girlfriends car towed by KDT towing after the engine had blown. After waiting 4 hours and being lied to that they are on their way. The car is inspected with an excellent body that was dent free. The incompetent driver did not put the car on the dollies properly and as a result the car came off them as he was backing up. ( the driver is the brother of the owner Stacy) The car came off the dollies and the driver backed straight into the car which damaged the rear bumper and pushed it in a bit. The driver blew me off with the accident like it was no big deal he just backed into the car. (likely because in his eyes the car was worthless due to the blown engine). I didnt call the police because he said he was going to let the owner know on Monday and they would call me and take care of the damage. I did not receive a call from anybody at KDT so after several days I called them and had to leave a message for Stacy. A week passed and still no return call so I went there and was again told that Stacy would call me. Eventually after several weeks of calling every other day I spoke with Stacy. I gave her several options which included fixing the car themselves, paying me 250 and I would have it reapired, or they could buy the vehicle for my asking price of 500, or we could settle it through insurance. Stacy wanted to avoid the insurance route and said she would talk to an employee about buying the vehicle. A week passed and I called again to be given the message that they would like to purchase the vehicle; yet they did not call me to make those arrangements. I called again on Sunday and spoke with Stacy who said she would talk to her employee on Monday about buying the car. I said, Stacy, do I have your word you will call me on Monday to let me know either way so we can make other arrangements. her response was, yes. Here it is Tuesday and still no call from Stacy!!! I am more than fed up with their games. This kind of business ethics is unspeakable. I even had a sargeant from the Augusta Police department speak with them. In the last month I have not received one call from KDT regarding this matter as of today 8/7/18
