We where very satisfied with our sales guy Neil. Very professional and knowledgeable on all your mattresses and platforms. He was the only salesperson in the store and was very efficient on waiting on all of us in a timely manner. Neil is an outstanding salesman and Manger. We have always bought inexpensive mattresses. Didn’t see the need to spend much money on one. Now we are 60 and 58. We don’t sleep well and wake up with our bodies hurting. We walked into the Mattress Firm in Augusta, ME and met Neil. Best shopping experience and he showed us how we could easily afford a better mattress and the adjustable frame my husband always wanted. I could have fallen asleep right there in the store. We eat right, we exercise and now we can sleep right. Thank you Neil!

I needed to buy a new bed, as he got ours in the separation. I did have a great buying experience and Lisa made it so easy! I did pay a little more than I wanted but not too bad. Thankfully, MattressFirm offered me 0% financing for 24 months and I can pay it off at any time, so that made the price much more feasible. The only disappointment is the fact that it will take 10 days for me to get the bed delivered. I literally do not have a bed right now and need one ASAP. Im planning to call them today to see if I can get the bed sooner if I pick it up myself, rather than have them deliver it 45 minutes away.If I get the bed sooner, Ill happily update and change rating to 5 stars. Lisa was fantastic and Id recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new bed! She is able to narrow down what you need by asking just a few questions and having you try a few beds. Rather than having me try dozens of beds, she was able to figure out the one I wanted after trying about 7 or 8 mattresses.My only other disappointment was that they didnt have a head and foot board available, even just a few basic options to choose from. They only offered just a basic frame. Its not a huge deal, but Id like it to be a nice setup.

Im SO glad I came here to find a mattress. The employee, Neil, was knowledgeable about all the products and made sure I understood why each mattress gave me a different result. I didnt feel rushed or pressured into making an overpriced quick purchase. I would recommend to others.

I was greeted as a valuable, returning customer, which surprised me because I had purchased a mattress two years ago.I only needed a twin sized box spring but was treated like I was purchasing an expensive mattress set.I was able to get a great deal on a pre-owned box spring, which made my day.I definitely will recommend this store to my friends and family!

I went with my brother to pick up a mattress for him, and would NEVER do business with this store based on what I saw. They sold my brother a mattress that was refused on delivery. What the salesman explained that meant was the bag was torn but tags were still on it so it meant it was delivered but not used when they install a mattress they remove the tags and because the tags were attached it was never used, but delivery refused and returned directly to the store. When we got it home and unpacked it we discovered the tags had been cut off, were mangled as if taken out of the trash, and reattached using plastic ties. We were sold a used mattress which had tags removed. Illegal.

Very helpful and informative to get us started, but then gave ample space for us to check out all options and find just the right one for us. No pressure and went out of their way to do everything they could to get us the mattress we wanted,.

I went in to test beds out, planning to order online later. Mr. Chad Dacus was incredibly helpful, he interacted enough to give some pointers and to point us in the right direction but also let us walk around autonomously enough that it wasnt intimidating or too much pressure. I intended to purchase online but I managed to get a much better bed with an unbeatable price to anything I had been looking at previously. I left extremely happy with our choice.

My boyfriend and I entered mattress firm in Augusta, and Neil greeted us immediately, asking if we needed assistance. We immediately felt comfortable and welcomed, so we explained we were looking for a mattress. He asked me a few questions (size, what comfort level, etc.). Neil was determined to find us a mattress that would fit our needs. Although, I was very indecisive and nervous about buying a mattress that I was unsure would be good for long term, he was very helpful and informative on the trials they offer, as well as helping us find the perfect fit. We will be getting our new mattress delivered right to home this Sunday!Will definitely recommend.

Went in last night looking for a king sized mattress. That was the quickest Ive been in and out of there especiallywith 2 kids in tow.
