Had a great experience buying a new Seadoo through J&M. Sales staff was very knowledgeable, responsive, and got me the unit I wanted even in a market with availability issues due to the pandemic. When I picked it up they gave me a great walkthrough of all the features and I was on my way. We love it and would highly recommend J&M!

My wife and I bought a brand new Starcraft camper at J&M. We dealt with Brandon who was awesome! There was no pressure. He was real informative. We were actually looking at pop up campers when he showed us the much better value you get from the travel trailers. We have already gone on multiple trips with our camper and couldn’t be more happier with the choice we made thanks to Brandon. I would definitely buy another camper from J&M again.

Brought a jetski in, was told the IBR went on it and that it would be 1800$ to replace, spent 1800, IBR went after not even a month tried to get them to replace it and fix it because it broke, they finally Agreed to do so, or so I thought, week later the jetski went into limp mode wouldn’t move, took to another seadoo dealer, comes to find out the IBR was never replaced, the computer was reset and never had the problem fixed, take your seadoo else wear for service

This place is a disaster. Staff is rude, service is terrible. Bought a $40k pontoon boat from them a couple years back, had to replace a ladder. Were now going on two years without a ladder which they keep saying is ordered. Four weeks to winterize a 4 stroke engine. The list goes on. Stay as far away from this place as you can. Just called to ask if my boat is ready to be picked up (now on week 5, simple servicing) and LORI hung up on me.

Great place to purchase your jetski. Our first one and the buying experience was nothing but great. Called by phone, spoke to Brandon and did everything over the phone. A few days later I stopped by early on the pick up date and was greeted by the service tech to go over all the important stuff, then in to sit with Brandon to finalize. Was in and out in less than an hour. Ski was exactly as anticipated. I would HIGHLY recommend J & M Camper for your SeaDoo purchase. Thank you!

Company is a fraudulent bunch of scum that are terrible to do business with. Warning run far far away. They will lie cheat and steal any way they can.

Asked them to replace cooling fluid in two jet skis then replace one on off switch then look them over for anything they might notice like an inspection. They removed my batteries and left them out of their cases which makes it very difficult in the spring, I’ll need to install them. I had solar panel chargers by battery tender ready to plug in while the were parked fir the winter, to prevent the agm batteries from needing to be removed. Grrr. I wish they would do what is asked. The repairs they did was excellent. I did not want the batteries removed.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I dropped my seadoo off for repairs with a staff who didnt even offer to assist me with unhooking the machine. They just pointed ina closed room and said wherever you can find room just put it. Then to not even offer a smile from the ride lady at the desk. To me t bk is is no way to run a business. They are 4 weeks behind so if you want your machin worked on I would suggest you take it elsewhere. The more I thought about the rudeness the more I said you know what they are not getting my business so I went back and picked it up.

I need parts for an old Magic Chef RV range and after spending hours on the phone, mostly on hold, to the manufacturer, I decided to try calling an RV dealer. Bingo! First call was to J&M Campers parts department I not only found what I needed, now the parts are in the mail. Great service!

Close by for camper parts. I have been asked by this site to review this place. I have been pleased with everything I have purchased here, but have not asked questions about anything specific because I dont expect reviewers to have the same knowledge as the business. That is not what this site is for. Anyone who has a question of that nature should contact the business directly. I was able to pick up a spare tire on short notice for our weekend camping trip last year which helped ease our minds for the trip.

We brought our older camper in for repair. Laurie made sure everything was fixed in the time frame we had available. She ordered parts to repair our other issues when we returned from our vacation.When we returned our parts we ready to repair our camper. Everyone at J&M was great. So great.........We decided to trade our old camper for a new Salem Cruise Lite. Jeff helped us pick out the best camper for us since we did not really need the bunk beds.When we took delivery of our new camper the service tech walked us through all of the operations, adjusted our ball and hitch for a level ride.We would highly recommend J&M. They made us happy campers. :)

I will NEVER buy anything at J&M Camper & Marine again ever. When I bought my jet ski, I had problems with it twice and was very thankful at how great and accommodating the mechanic Dan was about it. He does a great job but I pity him entirely for the place he works. Those at the counter have been incredibly rude and dont stand behind their product whatsoever. They didnt care that I spent 6 hours driving the machine back and fourth and for the time it sat in their lot for things wrong that werent my fault. Last week some rocks got sucked up into the impeller so I took the machine in and dropped it over the weekend as I was asked to do in the past. When I picked it up today my chart plotter had been stolen out of the machine. The owner told me it wasnt his problem while another employee looked at me and laughed. What a great place! Oh and did I mention....the camera footage wasnt available! Not to mention being sworn at and treated terribly by their employees. Never go there ever!

Great experience with everyone at J & M! We bought our sea doo last year and we LOVE it! They have been incredibly helpful, even today when I returned to purchase some accessories, I was approached as soon as I walked in and he helped me find everything I needed!

I just want to say that we were pleasantly surprised by J and M camper and marine, of Augusta. We had been looking at a lot of RV sales lots and were very frustrated to say the least. Then we decided on a fluke search on our phones to try J and M Camper and Marine and boy are we glad we did. We met Brandon the sales manager, who was very cordial, fun and an absolute pleasure to work with! He knew his inventory inside and out, answering any questions we had and took his time to take us through the lot and find just the right camper that for us. They had a great selection and compared to some of the other places that we visited, this was by far our best experience looking for a camper. What a great place for Supplies. I stopped for propane and they helped me.right away. I tried a few other places for propane but this one was the bestEasiest in and out customer service was fast. It is also close to Walmart and other stores n augusta. There seems to be quite a selection of travel trailers too. Will return many times!! Thank You!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Thought they were going to be great. NOT SO - the vent cover is WRONG type and they INSISTED it was correct... well NOT SO. will not fit the flange on the original. so OUT $20.Had them attach a 7 round to a flat 4 pin....ANOTHER $21.95 ---- the fellow said its good to go, properly attached and all. NOT SO it disconnected and i have a 2 pin that was shaved down by abrasion from the road. Contacted them, BUT still WAITING for a reply.As a disabled Vet -- no discount either. Wife is PRETTY PISSED OFF, too. OUT over $40 for their assistance and WORTHLESS .... cant use either item.

Amazing!!! Walked in at 10am. The Seadoo I wanted was in a crate and not together. I came back at 1:00pm and hooked up to the jet ski and drove off! Talk about customer service! They went above any beyond to put a smile on my face. Good job!!!

We visited on Saturday and they we very busy. Wanted to buy a hybrid snowmobile trailer with cash in hand. Didnt have the color I wanted. Mr. Clark took my name & phone number and said - I have more coming in next week Ill order that color and call you. Well 2 weeks later no phone call. Already found & bought what I wanted, dont bother calling Mr. Clark. Go back to Massachusetts with your attitude!

We recently bought a new Rockwood and everything was great until the third weekend when our refrigerator stopped working. They spent over an hour on the phone walking us through the possible problems. We found the fuse was blown. We replaced the fuse and in a few hours it was cold again. Thanks to the service guys at J&M we did not have to haul our camper 90 miles and it saved our weekend. Great place to do business.

Very excellent quality of trailers offered. Service seems to be very slow and often incomplete. I have purchased 2 units from them and will consider it again in the future. Service is spotty, and I switched to another shop when the warranty is over.

Bought a new Wake 155 here. Didnt get the wakeboard holder with it. Emailed them, but no response. They also told us the jetski has no trim, but it does in fact have power trim. The last straw was driving 45 minutes to get an oil change kit and finding a typed note on the door saying they were on vacation for a week. Went to Reggies in Leeds instead. They have our business from now on. Just be very careful if you decide to do business with J&M.

Took our jetski here last fall to get winterize and have the engine looked at. Picked it up in May and it wouldnt start. Brought it back and they said all the fuses had to be replaced. Waited two weeks to get it back. Put it in the water Thursday evening after work. By Ftiday afternoon it was half sunk. Thank goodness some friends on the lake saw it and alerted us. Its obvious their technicians forgot to replace the plugs but the answer we got today was that sucks. Never again.

I bought my camper in September, the salesman was fabulous! However, since my purchase with them I have called a couple of different times with questions and inquiries and they have been nothing but RUDE! They are very unhelpful, snarky, and treated me like a moron BOTH times I have called with questions! I would never again give them my business for the pure fact that the customer service SUCKS!

Bought a rockwood 4 years ago. Was assured the salesman would go over it thoroughly. Didnt find the filter until two years later when I noticed a panel on the street side handt been fastened correctly after they winterized the 5th wheel. 4 years later found out the Reese Revolution hitch hadnt been prepped properly. Took it back and was told it was prepped for a regular hitch. Was never given the choice to have it any other way. Had to pay to have it done correctly. Stay away

This is a Forest River dealer. I bought a type of Forest River trailer not sold by J&M out of state. Although Forest River referred me to them, they refused to repair a tire that blew because I had not bought the trailer from them. We only do warranty work on units we sell. Made me glad they didnt have the trailer I wanted, because who would want to do business with somebody who wont honor the warranties of the manufacturers they sell?
