I cant say enough wonderful things about this boutique. I went with my mom, future mother and sister in law, and my best friend. They made the experience fun and exciting. They listened to what I wanted, but also pushed me into some things I never would have tried on. And that was when I found my perfect dress! I came out and we all knew, this was the one!Sadly, I have to postpone my wedding due to Covid. But, the owner of the boutique went above and beyond to make me feel better and offered her assistance in planning something else with connections she had in the Augusta area. To say their customer service is 5 star, is an understatement!The dresses are beautiful, reasonably priced, and you wont leave there unhappy!

Renee was extremely patient with my teenage daughter while she tried on several prom dresses. She made sure my daughter got her undivided attention and shared in our excitement as she tried on each dress. It was a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend visiting Dreams for your formal wear.

I will start off by saying that my shopping experience was absolutely incredible. When I walked into the store, I was the only one scheduled and had the owner Renee all to myself. I felt like the most important person that day. All of the dresses were out of bags and I was able to look at all of them up close in personal. Renee immediately made me feel at home and welcome. The dress I chose was absolutely breath taking. It was on the manikin and when we asked if it could be taken down for me to try there was no hesitation. That was my dress. Before we left the store I paid IN FULL for my dress and accessories. Heres where it gets absolutely frustrating. I paid for the dress back in January and was told it would be in no later than June 12. Well, June 12th came and I didnt call because I figured she would call as soon as it arrived. A week went by and still no call. When I called in she told me she would check on the shipping status and get back to me. Fine. Another week went by and I decided to go in to the store myself and see what was going on. When I went in on June 23 I was told by the owner that they were moving locations the next week and all shipments were put on hold! My dress was due in on June 12th, if it was ordered and in on time how would that effect them moving on June 26th?!!! I was beyond frustrated at that point. I was then told it would arrive by July 5th. My wedding was AUGUST 12th!!! Making the dress due arrive just barely over a month away. I felt like I was going to be sick. This is every brides nightmare and I was living it. So, the week of July 5th arrived and I was so sick to my stomach about this that my sister called to check on my dress. She was then told that there were no shipments that week due to the holiday. We were being straight lied to at this point. She was told it would ship and arrive within the next 4-5 days. So again we waited. On July 11th my sister called again demanding a tracking number for my dress. The owner said she would send it but never did. My sister then stopped in and was told by an employee that they dont have tracking numbers. She looked at the computer to see the status of the order and told my sister that it looked like the dress was being over nighted. SO AGAIN WE WERE LIED TO! If the dress was being overnighted why were we told a week before that it was on a truck headed to the store?! It appears that the dress we paid for BACK IN JANUARY, IN FULL, was never ordered on time!!! Finally on July 13th we got the call saying the dress was there and ready to be picked up. I went in the following day. The owner was not there to greet me or to check in on me knowing all the pain and stress she had caused but instead just an employee who I had previously never met before. The dress was laid out and steamed even though the whole bottom was wrinkled. No big deal seeing how it was shipped. I was so nerved up to try it on after all that had happened. It fit and I was ready to take it. When we went to leave I asked for a garment bag to place it in and was told by the employee that they had run out. REALLY?!! They ran out! Come on! So what did they do, they put my brand new wedding dress in a white bag that was pretty much a high end TRASH Bag. I had all I could do not to cry right then in there but I waited until I got out to my vehicle and I completely lost it. This was a complete and utter nightmare. I was told that they would order more and when they were in that I could come get one. I couldnt believe that through all this the owner not once apologized for what she put me through. Not only did the dress come extremely late but she lied to us through it all. I unfortunately DO NOT recommend getting your dress through this place. I am not the only one who had trouble when it came to their dress arriving on time. I have two acquaintances (one whom was getting married on the same day as me) who also got their dresses extremely late. Brides have enough stress and worries and their dress should not be one of them.
Me and my friends went looking at dresses the lady working was rude and not very friendly to us saying we couldn’t try on bridesmaids dresses because their for bridesmaids and the need to stay in stock for them. Also my friend was trying to zip me up and couldn’t and the lady said “we need to make sure that they actually fit so we’re not ripping them” I immediately stopped trying dresses after that my poor friend couldn’t find a dress in her size also my other friend loved but it was over 375+ The whole time me and my friends were sitting their the lady didn’t associate with us at all
Was amazing I wasnt sure of what dress I wanted towards the end but they helped me look at dresses in my price range and asked the right questions to help me realize what I loved about the dress. Extremely helpful and extremely nice! Will be going back for dresses in the future hopefully!!!
Would definitely reccomend! The atmosphere was really welcoming and the ladies there were super friendly and helpful. They had a big selection of dresses. They also found dresses that I really liked, by a picture I showed them.
I have to say, I have never felt more beautiful than I did at my two visits so far to dreams bridal. They have been patient, so sweet, and helped me really pull together what I want to look like as a bride. Renee has been so accommodating to the short amount of time we have to plan everything and get my gown ordered. She listened to what I liked, knew what styles I wouldn’t and helped me find the PERFECT dress. She never once made me feel pressured to order any accessories or anything but made it known that she would be glad to go over anything I wanted to see or compare. She was so good at making us feel welcomed, and my family loved her just as much as I did! It felt like she really knew who we were after just our first visit. I would highly recommend her for your bridal needs! I can’t wait for my gown to come in!!!
I do not recommend shopping at Dreams Bridal.I ordered my dress, veil and belt on December 31, 2016. I was told my items would come in within 15-20 weeks. The dress came in the week of the 4th if July when Dreams was relocating to its new location. I went up the following weekend to see my dress and pay the remaining 50% for my dress and accessories. All items were 100% paid for in July. At this time I was told my veil and belt were not in but there was a large shipment coming in the next week and they would be part of that. My wedding was 3 months away at that point so I didn’t worry.Fast forward to August 24 when I went to Dreams for my first fitting. My veil and belt still were not in. This started to stress me out as the belt was to be sewn to the dress.From this point on there were far too many communication issues including telling me my veil was in and having me drive up from Portland to get it only to arrive and find out it wasn’t in/came in backwards.My new veil finally arrived 15 days before my wedding. I didn’t have it in time for my hair trial that was only a couple weeks earlier.For all of this stress the owner told me and separately my mother that I would be issued a refund for the veil. She also told my mom she was sending a gift card and dress preservation kit to my house. The refund was never issued and the preservation kit and gift card were never sent.All in all I had a wonderful wedding day but the added stress from this bridal salon wasn’t worth buying local.
They were very clean and very helpful. The dresses are well cared for. If there is anything missing or loos on the dress they will fix it.They did not put pressure on me and make it feel like I was stupid for waiting so long even though I hadnt. My first dress was lost and I had to get a new one.
What an unique shop. Something for everyone. You will need to visit more than once to see everything!

This bridal salon made trying to buy a wedding dress the worst experience of my life. Dreams was the 1st bridal salon that I visited. It was so discouraging. The dresses I liked they didnt have in a size I could try on and the ones I could try on were discontinued or could not be ordered. My appt was supposed to be an hour but the clerk who was helping me decided that after 45 minutes I had tried on enough dresses and that I, should go home and think about my options. I went out to my car and cried the whole way home. I even tried to convince my fiance to elope so I wouldnt have to buy a wedding dress. If you want your experience of buying a wedding dress to be enjoyable and magical stay as far away from this place as possible!!!
