I stopped to pick up an oil change kit for my sons bike. The service personnel in the parts department was about as personable as a rock. Dude, smile a little...A pleasant experience for the customer will bring them back.

I just purchased a 2021 Indian Scout yesterday. This was my first new motorcycle I have ever purchased and I am grateful that Joe Ferris was the salesman I got to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the Indian brand and answered all my questions, and if he didnt have an answer he went out of his way to get one for me. He didnt make me feel pressured to buy anything, and was patient through the process of choosing accessories and financing options. For a purchase I pondered over for a while as to whether I should buy brand new, through the process of working with Joe and Paul Blouin Performance, I know I made the right decision.

Poor service from salesman. Might want to stand up from his desk? Could get a cold sale, my shirt was only dirty cuz I actually work at my job. Anyhow hard to walk around the bikes with the extension cords on the floor. Bike on the showroom floor had its horn hanging by the wires. I did give one star because maybe if I was looking at the Triumph instead of the less commission Royal Enfield someone might have gotten up. Did offer me a test ride but I declined

I bought a motorcycle from Paul in April 2017. It was a great experience. He answered plenty of questions and him and his sales guy walked me through everything. Shortly after I purchased the bike there was a check engine light that came on. I lived about 2-2.5 hours away and Paul let me take the bike to a local shop to have it looked at and repaired. When I got the bill for what the issue was and the cost to repair it Paul wasted no time in sending me a check to reimburse me for the expense. Him and his staff seem top notch and trustworthy. He truly went above and beyond I think. I would recommend dealing with him anytime. My next bike I will gladly go back to see what he has.

I was from out of state and broke down on the highway, they got me in touch with Indian Roadside assistance, then set me up with a loaner car for the night and had a mechanic come in early on a Saturday morning to fix my bike. They had it all fixed before I even got there in the morning. Excellent dealer, extremely helpful & professional. Paul Blouin and his staff went way more than the extra mile for me. Cant say enough good things about my brief experience. I Highly recommend them.

We shipped our bikes here from WA State to ride back across country. They accepted the delivery, did a safety check on both bikes, also had them install an air intake on my Indian. Very accommodating and friendly to all of our questions. While in the parking lot, after loading up the starter blew. They rolled it in the shop and had us on our way in literally 20 mins. Thank goodness, we never planned for bike failure, both of ours are less than 2 yrs old, warranty is a good thing BTW. Went in and bought a T-Shirt for their effort and cant recommend them enough, excellent transaction, especially when sending your property to strangers!

*STILL UNDER FACTORY WARRANTYMy Bonneville started leaking oil from the allen screw on the lower right side of the engine around 400 miles. After taking my bike to the only dealership in my state they repaired it by covering the leak in epoxy. Is this the normal way a dealership would repair a leak? To make things worse they told me that it was not covered by warranty and I was charged for parts and labor for this cheap fix. I am very disappointed with my service so far.

Had to have some extensive work done on my motorcycle at this dealership. Had a great experience with the staff. Id stop in and or call weekly just to see where things stood. Always got an update or tour of what was being done. Never made to feel like a pia. My only complaint is tough to get through sometimes on the phone as everyone is always busy. Employees seem happy there and that speaks volumes about the work environment.

We have been buying from Blouins since Paul was on State St selling Honda. Over the years we have purchased our vehicles including our Honda Pilot and Element, Suzuki cars, Suzuki bikes, and now Indian, Triumph and Mazda. Amongst ourselves and family it has been over 25 vehicles through the years. I was shopping for a new bike and stopped in to look at some Indians. I was greeted by several friendly low pressure salesmen who helped me navigate the lineup. I was allowed to take my selection out for a test ride. No pressure to buy upon my return, just gave me any info I asked for.

Buying my Mazda from Paul Blouin Mazda was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The price was more competivive than anyone else in the state and the purchase process was straightforward and respectful of my time and intelligence. I was amazed at how quick and efficient the process was. The sales rep took care of me from the start of the sale through the financing. As a result it was an extremely effiecent and clean car transaction. I did not feel the strong additional sells from slick finance staff. Just what I wanted and needed. When I was leaving the sales staff asked me to recommend people to them when they ask about my new car. I told him that they neednt ask I would just tell them how wonderful the my experience was.

Great for a quick inspection for my motorcycle but cant get my other motorcycle in for repair for at least 2weeks.

This place seriously rocks. Upstairs they have some of the best brands that you could ask for in my opinion.... Triumph, Indian, and Suzuki. But downstairs is where it really gets interesting. Almost any type of cool bike is represented down there. Very cool Hondas BMWs ducatis. All of them new or an excellent shape. There are Harley-Davidsons I mean you got to stop in if you like any kind of two-wheel Recreation. Staff seems to be excellent they were offering better incentives than the car dealership down the road and bikes are a lot less expensive than cars.. so the incentives were quite high percentage wise. These guys want your business. any Gearhead has to stop here and check it out
