Web site is bad you cant change stores to see stock in that store. If youre traveling to a different town or state. I hate waisting my Data trying, unsuccessfully, shopping a specific store. Fix your web site. Sale could be hurting because of this. Who made your web site took you for a ride, ha ha ha loosing out on sales. HaHaH.

Stoped by to pick up a few things for the trip through Maine, how clean and well organized this store is and also friendly, one of the Best DT’s we have been in plus many choices not found in smaller stores!! Do Stop in!!

You can run in to get a couple things in 5 minutes and wait 20 minutes to pay. More than once I put my would-be purchases- down and left because it wasn’t worth the wait.If you need any sort of help, don’t bother asking because they’ll act like they can’t hear you, or they’re just so busy that they don’t know you’re there. It’s a good place for cheap party stuff and balloons.

Dollar Tree store, Augusta, Maine. A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I were standing in line at the cash register when all of a sudden cashier Yvonne started throwing her hands up in the air, screaming extremely loud at a (polite!) customer who preferred not to touch the button on the device for the receipt. She kept going on and on about how tired she was about people wearing gloves, not wanting to touch things, being scared to get sick,... Just awful! I felt sorry for the customer. We went to another cash register where the line was a lot longer but it was worth the wait. I will never go back to this store. If an employee throws a tantrum like that, I dont know what else she is capable of doing. At some stores, employees who treat customers like that would be fired on the spot. I have seen it happen. But I guess that only happens in stores where customers are appreciated and treated with respect.

Great store with lots to choose from. I always buy my holiday decorations here. They have some good quality stuff too.

Everything is a dollar! They have better deals here than at the goodwill. Great for party supplies. Definitely worth checking out. Staff is friendly and it is a clean store. Since everything is a dollar, when it comes to food, make sure you to check out the sizes. For example, you can buy Pringles for a dollar here but the container is about 1/4 smaller.

Ive been to the store and the cashiers have always been wonderful and friendly. I went today and the 2 cashiers were not wearing their masks properly. They were wearing them only covering their mouth. When I spoke to them, they started being very rude and telling me that I havent read all the studies about carbon monoxide. I feel that if I have to wear a mask as their door sign tells me, than they should have to also, or at least wear them properly. I dont usually speak up in these instances, or write bad reviews, but they were extremely rude and I feel like others may encounter them and have a bad experience also.

I feel bad for the cashiers that work here. Theres always lines backed up, sometimes 11 people long. The store manager will not open a lane, no matter how backed up it gets. If you go here, plan on standing in the check out line for AT LEAST 30 minutes! The store manager lacks customer service skills. When I asked what days product gets delivered, he said just go to another store, theres all kinds of dollar trees in MaineYouve got a real peach running this store.

Always the great $1 deals l whom can pass them up. Cheap Chinese products made with products known to cause cancer and made in sweat shops but I greatly encourage the cashiers to leave there problems at home. We dont need to be stuck in line listening to you talk about your man problems and God. Extremely unprofessional.

Dollar Tree is way better than it used to be. You can actually get decent stuff for a dollar. Its always very clean and organized as well.

One of the nicest Dollar Trees Ive been too. The store is always clean and tidy and plenty of stock on the shelves. No freezer section though could really add to the place if they did.

The Dollar Tree in Augusta, Maine is one of the largest I have ever been to. They have a great selection of stuff. I havent been here very many times but the few times I have been here it was nice.

Its a dollar store with all the things that suggests, but they have the cheapest coconut milk Ive seen in years and guava paste thats hard to find even at the appropriate ethnic groceries so Im a repeat customer sure.

I have enjoyed shopping at this $ store for years and drive 45 min to an hour to get there. With that said it will be the last time I shop at this store . The cashier refused to take my money stating they could not take large bills at the store mind you my purchase was just about $50! She was rude and acted like I just insulted her becauae I was going to pay with a$100 bill.. Seriously is that how treat your customers? The manager was bothered cause he had to open up a register and help customers because they were getting busy.. Since when is it ok to act so unprofessional in your work place?!!

Its a nice and big store with a big parking lot I normally find parking within 5 minutes even when I have 5 other cars go before me in the lot.
