Very very happy with the service I received today!! There was a problem with delivering the arrangement (the recipients, not the store) and Matt was wonderful at working something out to make sure they got their gift. He was very patient and kind. And of course, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful!

We ordered an arrangement for my mothers birthday and I specified what color NOT to use as a vase. We got there and it was in a vase of the color we didnt want. They were very gracious and quickly changed the vase for us. One happy customer here.

Sent an arrangement to my college daughter, unfortunately there was an issue with he order, however, the store owner not only refunded me the value of my order, he sent a new arrangement at not extra cost. Placed an order on friday, delivery was supposed to be Monday to an office so the whole office could enjoy all week before Christmas break, got delivered Thursday!!!! No contact about delivery change or anything! That and the phone number you cant reach a person!!! So not impressed!!!!!

This is the 2nd time Ive recieved an ordered from this location and each time Ive found dyed hair in my fruit. One was in the chocolate. First time their was a blue hair in it, second time was now a purple hair. I would highly recommend anywhere but here even the Burger King thats near it.
