There two people work here. Woman cashier is very friendly irrespective of race. I didn’t had trouble in shopping when is available. The other one is man who is very creepy. Irritates all the time and more during the checkout. I assume he does it on purpose when he see when an Indian enters the store. Riata management needs to think whom they are renting their property.

If you want to be accused of stealing for not buying anything, this is the place. I walked in to buy regular white vinegar, to which the man behind the counter told me to look in front of me several times then pointed to the item TWO aisles away. It wasn’t the vinegar I was looking for so I proceeded to leave. The man stopped me before I could do so and made me open my purse and accused me of stealing, which of course I did not (I didn’t realize people stole white vinegar). Very creepy feeling to the establishment and heaven forbid they don’t carry what you’re looking for.

The cashier argued with me about checking id the entire length of my transaction, when I wasnt arguing or even trying to talk with him. My friend was there and we both will never return. Horrible customer service and it felt like the cashier was trying to hit me!

This place overcharges, and then when prompted for a receipt nothing is itemized. I was charged an extra $6.00 for “tax grocery” even though I already paid for tax. Most times, items seem higher than they should be, and it’s very difficult to get a receipt.

Have always had a good experience with them. Respectful and open late. Good for the Riata apartment complex.

The guy double charged me for the purchase after telling me he had a deal on the item I was purchasing. Said there was something wrong with my Apple Pay. Checked with the bank and he definitely double charged. only use cash and double check your change! Extremely unprofessional and ILLEGAL!

Tried to say there was something wrong with my debit card. Charged me $0.05 that they wouldnt return or give in store card for. Called my bank right in front of them, there was nothing wrong with my card. There card machine is broke. Sorry dude I know Visa isnt charging per transaction, its a set monthly fee dummy. Save yourself the trouble and go to 7-11, Shell, or Walgreens. Cant believe people have to cheat others to get ahead. Id give you a zero if I could. Customer service absolutely sucks.

The man at the cashier took my product, scratched off the sticker price and rang it up for a dollar extra right in front of me, as if I didnt see it. Beware of what this guy charges you, if you dont want to get ripped off like that.

Two workers harassed me in the store. Creepy experience and hope this place shuts down. It sounds like it is managed by criminals based on all the past reviews. Im disgusted that they can behave like that to customers.

They declined service and demanded a minimum purchase to process a visa debit transaction. This is in violation of their merchant Agreement with visa.
