They were extremely easy to work with. Described what I wanted and they gave me the specs on it. They didnt try and upsale me. There were no hidden costs. Sales person was great to work with. The team that came out to put our sign up were great and professional as well. I am using them again to get the lettering done on our windows.

They stay fast and efficient and are fun and easy to work with because they cover the design and manufacturing of the design. The installs are sometimes contracted out and the general manager, Lee Williams, does not like to pay his installers. He will let a contractors invoice lapse 60 days over the 30 days due period and not return calls or emails. Bad business catches up with you Lee.

Sign Builders of America is a company that not only provides quality work and great customer service for its clients, but they also like to give back locally. For the past two years Sign Builders of America has donated a LED Sign for our teams Cancer Fundraiser Event Fiesta Mexicana. Team Familia Avila & Amigos, has been a team for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society since 2009. In 2011 & 2012 Sign Builders of America donated a sign that was placed on the entrance where the event would take place in order to bring awareness to the community and a marketing strategy. From far away the light of the sign worked its magic, as a light tower does, saying I am here you are closer to your destination.The sign really helped promote and inform with a short notice of time in marketing, since this year 2012 the event was canceled at the last minute and rescheduled due to the bad weather. For 2012 out team raised $14,391. Thank Sign Builders of America for being part on the fight against cancer.
