If I could post negative stats I would definitely.I showed up for a live unloading appointment and nobody came into work because of the snow. I waited 30 hours to get unloaded because they rescheduled for the next day...Horrible customer service and terrible mannered drivers, acted like I was in their way after they all called out for snow...I showed up on time, why not them?Honestly the snow wasnt all that bad, you live in the north east ( I however live in South Carolina).
