I purchased a model home in July of 2019 which was built in 2006 and chose Artistic Windows and Doors to replace my entry way and windows. First - their quality and skillful craftsmanship is second to none. I was very impressed with their designs which I was not able to find elsewhere. The process was handled flawlessly from design to installation. I worked with Rick the owner who I was very impressed with throughout the process. Rick ensured I was happy with all of my choices and came across as someone who was both honest and caring. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Artistic and their product! Im enjoying my new home now more than I could have imagined thanks to Artistic! Highly recommend!

We have a loyal following throughout the country and are known for our service and support.Artistic cannot refinish in the field (staining and painting) every door and window we have ever sold, so we recommend very high quality re-finishers in your area that we have worked with in the past. They have the expertise to provide a top product and use the recommended products that were originally provided with the product.

Love the Food...I have NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED

Several years ago we purchased beautiful custom front doors from Artistic. I couldnt have been happier with them. They were worth every penny we paid. After years of weathering and two hurricanes, they need to be refinished and readjusted. I called them to ask for sevice and they refused to help me. Aparently, they dont repair or service their own products. With these kind of doors, I wouldnt want to let anybody touch them other than the people who made them. I wanted to pay artistic to come out and refinish them so I knew the job would be done the right way. Rick would not even get on the phone to give me a referral of someone to do the work. As if the $24K we paid for the doors wasnt worth his time. Bottom line is...yes, they make beautiful doors but dont count on them to service their products or treat you with respcet.
