I recently went to bath and body works & happy about my experience. Victoria was the person that assisted me and when I tell you every fragrance she selected was in my basket! We joked that we have a great taste in smell but surely I tell you I purchased all 7 of those fragrances. Thank you Victoria for all your help and making my shopping a breeze! Thank you bath and body works for this new seasons fragrances and designs!

They always start conversation on Spanish. I do not speak Spanish. Asked to see the car fragrance holder. They had 2 plain ones just different color, while other store had selection of 10. The salesperson showed it and opened shopping bag next to me. Did I say I was getting it? Did I say I liked it? Poor service

I never leave reviews but the floor sales associates were so friendly!!! A little overwhelming but It’s their job. One of the sales women was an older lady and she was so sweet and told me about all the sales going on.

So you ever been in car dealership and as soon as you walk in they swarm u like sharks... Well its the same in here. I was literally harassed 5 times if I needed help . Geez can I just shop in peace .Once is great twice is ok three times uh ..

This is one of the best chain stores you can always visit, by getting some of their candles, air fresheners and the rest of their products you home will always feel and smell amazing.Their staff is friendly and helpful ready to answer your questions, clean neat and very organized.We can’t stop coming back and are somehow hooked on their products.Now they even offer a “Men” section which I am happy about.

The lady was very helpful, I think she was the manager. I asked one of the employees for Into The Night lotion and they was out of stock and as he ended the conversation the manager corrected him and said ask her what she like about the scent and I told her and him and she introduced me to the new fragrance You’re the one lotion and perfume, it was such a great smell rather you like a strong scent or light. I have been a bath & body works customer for about 35 years and I have never had any problems with purchasing and returning their merchandise. My only complaint is once I smell a tester that I really like it is no longer in stock (in the store) and I do not shop online at all.My problem is I purchase items that smell good to me in the store, but once I try the products at home I no longer like the scent. So I simply return what I dont like and repurchase something else. The stores that I have gone to are extremely clean and organized. The sales associates and manager operates like an undercover special ops team. They were always professional and customer service friendly, providing assistance, guidance, and detailed information regarding the merchandise that I was interested in purchasing with a smile. I tried to write this review on the sweepstake site but it would not allow me to sign-in. Nevertheless, I am a die hard faithful bath and body works customer.

I appreciated the friendly, helpfulness of the staff at this location. It was refreshing to see, especially around this time in life. Plenty of items in stock and quick checkout. Great B&BW experience.

Perfect experience. They have little baskets to hold your items. There are many in store sales and coupons. Honestly the staff is perfect. They make small talk and are very nice. For example, when I went two people from the staff were standing by the door and greeted me when I entered and said to have a good day when I exited.

This Bath and Body Works was great because the high quality customer service. The employees greeted me when I came in, and informed me of the sales that were going on in the store. All the inventory was sorted and easy to find. I enjoyed my experience here.

This was an interesting Bath and Body Works. Its a toiletry shop mixed with a candle store. I remember when this brand used to only be toiletries! This is a nice store though and seems to have been recently remodeled.My visit was right before Mothers Day, so they had a lot of gifts geared towards mom.The candle portion of the store is called White Barn, I have smelled these candles before and I really do like the scent. I have a few at home, so I have yet to actually buy from this place. Prices here are better than Yankee Candle though.I mainly only buy from this franchise after Christmas when they have 75% off clearance, but they usually have some type of deal going on.My favorite product from this store is the hand soap, there are so many amazing scents. This B+BW even had a variety of sinks throughout the shop so you can really get a feel for their products before buying. I do really like this feature!Other than candles, the big seller here is scented lotion! The prices and sizes range quite a bit, so be sure to look through the whole store before buying if this is your first time visiting.

Wow Everytime I walk on that store, it puts a smile on my face. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to help you find what youre looking for. The smell in the atmosphere there is just dreamy, I felt like I was in wonderland.

I could live here😊😊😊 It smells so delicious. And the service is A1! I love the deals they always have too. My house smells like an enchanted Forest from so the recommendations from the employees. Definitely would go back, if not to just roam in there for their AMAZING scents.

I had just returned to this location after months of not being in the area. I surprised at how everybody here recognized me. Each staff member posts up in different sections of the store and were very generous offering promotions and sales. The experience was very delightful.

The girls are always so friendly and helpful. I wish they had more products in each grouping. Some have body butter, some have glitter spray, etc...but not all. If I buy a set, I want the whole set! But great products always at a good value!

Bath & body works has good body washs and lotions but the candles have to be my favorite thing from this store. If you havent yet tried the candles please do youll love them!

The store is big and offers a big selection however I was unable to exchange items I purchased without the receipt because the cashier stated that they were out of season and I had to get the lowest price for them. Store relations said otherwise.

Great place my family loves this spot and looks forward to going weekly! This week we had a problem with a online order as the system went down as we were ordering online. This is my first go-to store when I visit this mall and always a great experience, but I left yesterday with a bad experience from the manager Lena and one of the cashiers, who was supposedly not scheduled to work and the manager pointed out very abruptly and in front of me, plus the snarky comment from the employee saying Ive been wanting to leave anyway. No one told her to come in in the first place, and the manager needs to work on her attitude.
