Great conversation with management on buying a mattress while conducting the paperwork. The person who attended me was very professional and have a deep knowledge of the mattresses business. I went home decided to purchase one of the mattresses in the store, specially because his explanation of the features in the mattress and because they let me try them. Also they have this special policy about if you dont wake up comfortable in the morning, you can exchange your mattress. Incredible!!

Don’t buy here! They just want to sell any mattress no matter what your needs are! I bought a mattress to be delivered 10 days after I made the purchase. Kevin call me one day before saying they don’t have the mattress I bought until one month, instead of letting me know days in advance so I can figure out where to sleep during that time! He didn’t even apologize. Hi didn’t care that I won’t have mattress where to sleep as my currently mattress was set to be pick up the same day they told me my new one was gonna be delivered. What’s more, Rafael, the person who placed the order made a mistake and put a medium mattress when I asked for a firm one! What a mess of company!!! Worst service ever!!!

My experience was very good, but we had issues with delivery. Walter was a great salesman and great with my mom and I. There was an issue with delivery within the week, and so we called after we did not get our scheduled delivery. Walter gave us his personal cell phone and tried his best. We returned today to see if we could find a mattress that could be delivered this week, and we found a better mattress that had one still in stock. Jesse was very professional and we feel that we have a great product, had excellent service and a good price. Good job Mattress Firm. If we get this delivery on time then we will return for our next mattresses.
