BUYER BEWAREDo not order furniture online, they will cancel your order on you and not even give you a call to tell you they cancelled it. I moved into a new house and ordered a whole living room set to have before my baby is born in December. I was told Monday that everything is fine and will be here on time then today i seen they had cancelled my order. I called and they apologized and said i would have to re order... Never again will i buy any furniture from this company.

Staff is not interested in aiding customers. The managers are tacky at best, rude at worst. Everytime I have been here they appear over staffed as the staff are just standing around talking to each other and refuse to help anyone who asks. I have been told it is not my job by more then one staff member here.

Not the best big lots they dont have a lot of stuff the other Big lots have even their furniture section is very small

Clean, but stock was a bit lower than Im used to seeing in the bathroom decor area. Good selection of furniture, and shampoo etc.

Finally they had something in stock, did not have to wait for weeks

Very empty cant compare to Ollies in same plaza nice furniture and fireplaces price was kinda high for limited income people.

I remember when I use to love going to Big Lots but now it is a cold environment and just not family friendly. Since they changed there pricing system and inventory management it is simply not affordable or does it have the same quality standards. They simply lost touch with there customer base. While I do go to the store a couple times a year I never feel the need to go back.

Buyer beware, bonded leather does not survive florida. We were sold very poor quality furniture that peeled apart within about a year.

Always greeted by an associate when you walk through the door. The store is well kept and neat. Was able to find tissues here and water. The prices are comparable to the larger chain stores without the crowds. They are open until 9pm every night which is a great convenience with most stores closed at this time or closing early. Thank you Big Lots and all the staff.

Didnt have what I was looking for. Which was some old fashion inner tube patches. But overall nice store to show at.

3-4 people in entire store. 1 cashier. I person in front of me. Best I can figure she was applying for a mortgage. Waited for about 10 minutes while the cashier collected every piece of private personal info on this young woman. Address, email, phone, discount card, etc ... it went on and on and on .... I think she was buying a candy bar. I finally walked out as they were continuing to collect data. Are there any stores left where you can just hand somebody the money and walk away with your items?

Always good to be in a store where your greeted at the door, and not for virus count. Associates were available for help and location of items. Limited selection on some things but a good experience for me.

We couldnt find it anywhere else. So we went to Big Lots. They had just what we were looking for, yeah BIG LOTS.

Good bargains but items are frequently out of stock at my store Staff are friendly and courteous. I like the drive up option for shopping.

I love the Big Lots in Sebring The staff and their manager Luis always go out of their way to make sure you are finding everything you came for or they attempt to find the next scheduled shipment another location. And the store is meticulous and organized. Very easy on your nerves.stress free shopping.

Eh.. Old building. Not overly impressed with the current available inventory. The inside of the building should be jazzed up a little more. However, in their defense... I did purchase an item. A good coat of bright paint would work wonders. Just saying..

I bought a love seat for my mom while she was at my house for 1 week after surgery. Less than a year it is torn, with very little use. Inhave tried calling, store is closed, store wont answer, store associates wont pick up.

I miss the old store. Since this store reopened Too Expensive on the stuff & not much of a selection. Very disappointed in the Christmas Selection this year. Did better at Bealls & Ollies.

I worked here and can tell you most people that work there are trash! Nothing but lies and drama non stop! Plus telling on each other like children! Then they make you confess to something you didnt do saying if you tell them what they want to hear then you can keep your job, then fire you anyway. Stay far away from Avon Park Biglots. They dont care about their staff, and they make fun of all their customers.
