Employees here are always super nice and helpful! Got the game of thrones palette today!! Just wish they would get more stock of the special products and free samples they advertise! They always seem to be out of the specials that are advertised!

The people that work here are absolutely amazing they are so willing to help you out in every way and the makeup itself just gives great coverage does not break your face out does not leave an oily look or feel it is really nice specially the mascara

Veronique is the lovely young lady who helped me with my spur of the moment purchase last night. What a sparkling personality she has. I was impressed by her.She not only showed me a miriad of products, but was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.I will be going back soon to get a makeover which is free with a $50.00 purchase on Saturdays and Sundays.

Honestly first time having an issue, I had some returns but originally purchased at a Sephora store. She started the process then she swipes a jc penny merchant card... and I even asked before handing her the items if it would be a problem since this wasn’t purchased at a Sephora inside jc penny. She clearly told me it wasn’t an issue. It was a little under 100$ of returns, so yes I expected to Receive the same payment back. I know they can do it the correct way or even just give me a damn Sephora merchant card, the jc penny Sephora employees should all be on the same page!

“Salespersons” completely inattentive. Danielle talked to other employees the entire time she rang me out. You don’t get help in this Sephora unless you ask. No one is making product suggestions or selling anything. Show new products...put together a spring bundle including the coupon price. Make an effort.

I have now had makeup appointments here cancelled twice. Both times they called a couple of hours before the appointment to say the makeup artist called off. Not cool when you have an event and are stuck at the last minute doing your own makeup.

The worker here was amazing she matched my skin tone and gave me sample foundations all while putting sparkles on my daughters cheeks to make them feel just as included and special as any other customer.

The staff are incredibly rude. They do not seem to be the same caliber youd expect at a stand alone Sephora. One of them actually argued with me to the point my husband got involved, and the JC Penny manager came over and removed her. Turned out she was wrong and didnt know how to do her job. Thankfully the manager did. Ive had good experiences with one employee at this Sephora, unfortunately I have not seen her in a long time.

First let me say My mom and I love sephora s make up and the concept of the store. But this specific location has the rudest employees. We visited here in Feb 2017 amd were so disappointed. They never greeted us or offered us any help, they just stood around an stared at us. When we went to pay and were standing in line they offered to ring up someone else who wasnt even in line. RIDICULOUS!! I guess they dont want our business!!!

I had a makeup appointment for Prom and I wasnt impressed at all. Ended up taking all the makeup off in the car and doing a much better job myself.

Its Sephora so pricey but worth it

I was looking for a foundation of a particular brand there. the staff was was helpful. even though eventually it turns out Sephora as a chain company will not carry that product anymore. Staff are genuine and really did a lot, like calling other stores to look for the stuff i need. the only reason i take a star off is that this is a jc penny sephora store, which is different from a regular sephora store, they dont carry many international/ high-end brands. but they have a good collection of travel-sized products. Will stop by next time i go to jc
