I go to Costco all the time and love it. The only thing would be to keep to one floor layout. Oh well. But every one I have gone to the employees have been really pleasant.

Always have some great deals on multiple classifications of goods and services. Then theres the cheap gas on top of all that so its definitely always a stop on my route if Im around one of their many locations.

Everytime I go in to Costco, I find things I didn’t know I needed!!! For instance, I bought a 6 piece sheet set today on clearance for 15.00!!! Not to mention the unbeatable end of season items, such as the 2 parkas I got today for $4.00 each!! Makes the membership fee ($60.00 a year for a regular membership) worth it to find those kind of deals. My only complaint is that they no longer fill empty ink cartridges for under $10.00.

Lots of really cool stuff here. Last week i had some really good Mac n cheese dish. and a taco kit. They were amazing

If you have a large family, or shop once a month, or shipping boxes to your family members, Costco is place to shop. I love their Return policy (customer is always right) the friendly atmosphere, and the one stop shipping . I was going to buy this patio heater for $149 at another large box store than I saw it at Costco for $129.99 plus If you use the Costco Citi card you get another discount . Their guarantee is second to none. Their executive Costco membership is worth every penny, it comes all back in the form of rebates. If you don’t feel like cooking buy a $10 large pizza from their Food Court. Their eye glasses depart beat my insurance every time . I love the place . You will save when you shop at Costco

Love Costco! The Avon store employees are so much nicer than strongsville employees on average. Brian that used to work in the tire department and now works the front end always says hello and remembers my name. Every time I go I search him out. Best cheesecake and birthday cake deals.

Bought a Kirkland salmon package from Costco and found a hair inside the salmon, imagine opening the package and finding a hair inside your food I got so sick and disgusted from all kinds of fish and when I went to complain in Costco they said that they can’t help me or do anything for me except contacting the company, and when I got in touch with the company they did nothing and nobody took it serious at all, and I got an email from Kirkland saying “this doesn’t mean that nothing can go wrong, this case is proof of that, we would love to send you a gift card so you can buy a new pack of salmon at Costco.” That’s what they send me, it means that this is something that can happen anytime and they didn’t care at all that I got sick or tired from their negligence to the customer. Can you imagine the negligence that this company has for their products and their costumers.

Always a nice place to go for shopping, plenty of deals. Self check out is faster than the lines

Awful customer service …I bought a polo shirt and a pack of undershirts last week as a guest accompanying a friend who has a Costco membership. Discovered the polo shirt had a defect in stitching and I bought large instead of medium undershirts. Stopped in today with the receipt to do an equivalent exchange and given such a hard time…they refused to exchange the items because I wasn’t a member and something about store inventory being thrown off in system because the purchase is tied to a member number. They said a return could be done, but I would need the charge plate of the credit card on receipt (which was my friends charge plate). The member number was on the receipt and it was an equivalent exchange…don’t understand the problem. I find it hard to believe they couldn’t have at least exchanged the defective polo shirt. Beyond disappointed with Costco.

I really like this Costco. It is very clean and well kept. My only negative comment is about the prices. A little expensive. But some of the products are very much so worth the price!

This is another great Costco. Nice selection of different items you might not find at some of the other locations. The parking lot can be a little chaotic but overall a great store

I love our Costco in Avon Ohio! Everyone is so nice, the store is always so clean, the bathrooms are always clean, and if you ever have an issue they are so quick to fix it. I even had forgotten something as I was checking out and the guy that was standing there asked me if he could go back and get it for me I would have to finish my order because it would take him a few minutes to get what I needed but I could check out and then go over to this other desk and then when he brought the product to me that I had forgot to get I could check out at this other little desk. I couldnt believe how accommodating he was. I finished my transaction got a few boxes and waited maybe 5 minutes I mean in that stores huge. When he came back with a big smile and said I hope I got the right thing I said you did thank you so much.Ill be making my crab cakes soon thanks to this guy I wish I had his name.I love shopping at my Costcos and I shop with confidence knowing that if I had any issues at all they take care of them for me right away.

I was disappointed that Costco has chosen to others safety at risk by not complying with State of Ohio mask requirement. I have felt safe shopping at Costco because they were taking cleaning and requiring masks. They have stopped cleaning self check registers between customers, no longer require masks without even verifying if the individual has been vaccinated.I know I will think before visiting and spending money there again.

Would be nice if they had signs up at end of Isle so you knew what was down there. And they need change how they put things, it just seems that snacks are in different locations.

Bulk buying. Period. If you are having a big party or you can freeze it, buy it. Non-perishable items like foil and plastic wrap are items that we save big on. We love the meat from Costco as well. Prime steaks are amazing. Great prices on bulk meat and veggies as well. Beer prices? Also on point. Got 4 sixpacks of Lagunitas for $26 + tax. Theyre 9.99 + tax in the supermarket. Bulk toiletries? Saving mad money on TP & PT. Diapers? Basically huggies with the Kirkland name on them. Big savings there too. Overall....Costco is awesome. Well worth the membership. Watch what you but. Individually wrapped snacka for lunches are convenient but a little expensive. Cheers. #TremontAndCo

Gotta love buying things you dont need in bulk! The rotisserie chicken is such a great value, can get a couple meals out of it, as well as leftovers for our dog and cats. I think they like the rotisserie chicken more than the humans! Always a clean store with helpful and friendly employees!

Usually I dont buy my clothes at Costco but these khaki pants with the warm linen interior are seriously comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone who wears pants.I was pretty disappointed when they were out of the XL Kirkland Signature brand sweatshirts. I love the brand and planned on buying one for my best friend in celebration of his new baby girl! Bummer 😕I would of docked you a star for the whole Kirkland Signature brand sweatshirt fiasco but the taco seasoning saved the day! Best tacos Ive ever made. Seriously fresh and bursting with flavor.Thanks Costco!

Great quality product-High Standard

The merchandise quality here is generally above average but I learned the hard way not to order goods to be delivered. If they offered curbside pickup I prefer to do that but they dont. Returns of defective delivered tech is a nightmare. This is a good place to use cash over any other form of payment. The progressive lenses offered in their eyeglasses is high quality and reasonably priced.

It was busy. Now they have 3 self checkouts which is great. Gets people out quickly who dont have a ton of groceries.

I like Costcos Dont get me wrong but I dont know just doesnt seem like a huge saving going there versus going to Walmart. I got it for us so I could buy in bulk at Costco and not have to go to Walmart I mean it saves me money here and there but it I dont feel it was worth the the fee.

Costco has your stuff and big boxes of it.

Always a great place to shop. Been a member since the early 1990s and never had a single issue. Return policy is excellent and theres only been a few over nearly 30 years. Products are superb!

The Kopf family and their staff are wonderful.Joanna is meticulous in the preparations and the dinners.The golf course is well maintained.This is a must for golfers of all levels. The Legacy course is designed well and challenges your skills. Can you say Island green?Go play and stay for cocktails and dinner!

Costco is the best. Cant beat the price of gas!

What more do you really need to read other then its Costco they dont sugar coat what they do its all out there for you to see and this location has a fabulous crew if you need help just approach them there very friendly and helpful

So clean! So many food options! The food items are ACTUALLY bulk items unlike what sams club started doing. This is now my go to bulk food, household goods,fresh baked pizza place :)

Just got a membership for the first time in about 8 years. There food court is the main reason I go here. Everything they make is delicious. Hotdogs, pizza, chicken bakes all 5 star items prices are so cheap too. Only complaint is you have to pay 60 bucks every year just to shop here. Also its annoying that you have to show a card to enter then show a receipt to leave.

Costco is a favorite for my family. The staff here are never having a bad day- or if they are, they certainly dont show! Often youll see them joyfully carrying out their duties...nomatter how busy the store! It makes a customer feel very at home and safe when its a busy bustle (sometimes you have to jockey for position with those big Costco carts! Lots to get!) And the employees are roaming throughout the store on their various daily missions, looking relaxed and ready to help. Ive had many excellent experiences here from buying furniture and receiving mounting/loading advice from staff- even being walked to the automotive dept receiving a personal recommendation on the best straps to use- to going on a MISSION with s very determined young woman to discover where they put the precious HEAVENLY HUNKS (THE BEST oatmeal chocolate chip cookie-- gluten free and vegan!) The filet mignon is the only we will eat. We Love you, Costco. Thank you to all the employees for your joyful service!

Large, wide aisles. You can find anything here. Checkouts are quick even if lines are long. Amazing employees-always friendly and helpful.

I like Costco but not real fond of the way you shop their refrigerators. They have all kinds of refrigerators online but dont think youre going to be able to go into the store and see them. They had three refrigerators on the floor to actually look at but everything else you had to look at online and order. I could do that at home.

I mean this with the best intentions, but come join the cult of Costco! Kirkland signature products are extremely high quality, and the food court has a quality meal at a low price.Costco also stands by anything they sell. Had a malfunctioning carbon monoxide alarm, supposed to last 10 years, malfunctioned after 2. Got a full refund, and they were able to look up when I purchased it, so no receipt required.

Had to STAY IN MY TRUCK while they unloaded me well I WAS GOING TO GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE but now Ill stick to Sams club

I love Costco, such great quality at good prices. I have been shopping here for a few years now and I started just buying pantry staples. Then moved on to buy almost all my fresh produce here. Now I buy furniture and clothes too. I find every product to be such good quality. When I research prices I always see I got a great deal. Costco has sure earned my families trust.

Costco always has great service and amazing deals. Ive never had any issues in this location. The fruit sometimes gets mold within a day and that can be frustrating, but other than that. Love it here

It is ALWAYS crowded. Ive been a sams club member for years but tried Costco this year and just dont get the appeal. It is so crowded I just dont enjoy being here and have had a couple poor customer service issues.. The checkout process is archaic, much prefer the scan and go at sams and they take limited card payment options (i.e. not Discover which is the card I typically carry for day to day).

This location is so great. A couple months ago the warranty on my tv had expired, and he let me return it and get a new one— no questions asked— credit for the old tv and got a brand new better tv. I can’t thank him enough!

Its been better. Angry bagger named Joe was throwing our groceries on the belt and then same into the cart. He did not reply when spoken to. Never witnessed this before!

Has some items that are unique. Doesnt offer as much savings on food items as it does on big ticket items. Clean and friendly.
