Such a great experience. My dad needed a new bed and since he is 83 with mobility issues we thought it would be good for him to try out an adjustable bed. Thomas Bagwell was so patient and accommodating for us to come in with dad and let him try out the bed and explain the controls. They offered a great product and warranty and I’m confident that dad will enjoy this new bed for a very long time. The price is unbeatable for a full service experience-delivery, setup and removal of old bed.

Came in today with my other half after having high hopes for a new bed this weekend and not being too sure after visiting a different mattress store earlier that day. We had done a lot of research online but still were unsure of what we wanted. Was getting a feel and didn’t want to feel pushed into anything. Pete Huckeberry is one of the BEST in the business. After working in a furniture store setting for years, I’ve never seen someone as genuine and dedicated as he was. We went in fairly late on a Friday night and he wasn’t the least bit concerned with their closing time, but he made sure we found the mattress that was perfect for me (and at an AMAZING price). I would highly recommend Pete to anyone looking for a new mattress because he certainly made my experience a breeze.

Edit from original one-star review: I had originally posted a one-star review because when I bought a pillow the salesperson said I could return it as long as it stayed sealed in the plastic wrap that it came in. The pillow was very expensive, but I bought it because I have very bad neck pain. However it was clear that it wouldn’t work for my pain. (I covered it with a pillowcase over the plastic.) When I later tried to return it the manager said I couldn’t return a pillow. I felt I was penalized due to an error in communication between employees. When I wrote my review here, customer service originally said they couldn’t help me, but a superior has offered to honor what I’d been told, so I can get a new pillow (thank goodness.) I’m very appreciative of the support. I really just want to fix the pain I wake up with and am grateful to try with a different pillow.
