Please be advised price gouge believe me. I made the mistake on ordering a belt for my washer and promised next day. Well did come in 2 days and found our Amazon carries exact item oem part for $13.99. I paid $42. I called the owner and I just got excuses. These people are dishonest

YouTube has a lot of videos that show you how to repair a leaky dishwasher. I would suggest you try that first, at least you will not be out a wasted repair charge and have to fix it yourself anyway. You will find out what I mean if you decide to use this company.

This company is a great asset for the citizens of the city of Azle. Ive called upon their services a few times. Each time the technician diagnosed the problem and on one occasion had the part in stock which had my dryer working within the hour. The knowledgeable technician explained to me the importance of once a year get your dryer vent cleaned.They charge a diagnostic fee, however if they repair the appliance the fee goes toward the bill. I highly recommend this great company located on Main St in Azle.

The gentleman I spoke with was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I order the part I needed and had a very enjoyable conversation as he was putting the order threw. He was very personable and took care of me very quickly .I hated that my dishwasher had broken down but all and all they made it as painless as possible, I would highly recommend the service I received.

Fast and polite service. I ordered a Kenmore dishwasher part from them and it actally came in quicker than they said! I really liked that they had a very knowledgeable military veteran working the parts counter. I have used Azle appliance many times in the past and they have always been so helpful and prompt. Azle appliance is always my go to place for all my appliance issues. Top Notch!

Our refrigerator stopped cooling on Friday evening. We called Azle Appliance Saturday morning and by noon they had it up and running. We were impressed by their professionalism and neatness. They will have all of our future appliance repair.

Our 6 year old Samsung dryer started making a loud screeching mechanical sound. I suspected a worn idler pulley, but had never worked on a Samsung and knew it was best to get it serviced professionally. I called Azle Appliance Repair, and they scheduled us in the very next afternoon. They said they would call us that day between 3PM and 5 PM to give us an estimated time of arrival, and they called us right at 4PM. The service technician came right on time the next day, and quickly disassembled the dryer, vacuumed the inside thoroughly, replaced the idler pulley, closed it back up and presented a very reasonable bill. I give them 5 solid stars for performance! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had my sears Kenmore repaired at the shop. It worked a few times but then stopped, with the same issue as the first time we took it in. They wanted to charge their full service fee of $40.00 to come look at it. Which I would have paid after the fact if it was a second issue, but I would have thought they could at least check on the repair first.

Unless you purchased your appliance from these folks, do not call them for repairs. Very unprofessional and rude. They strung us out for weeks, never provided the needed part and then rudely told us to call another appliance repair company. Poor customer service.
