Excellent people to order from. I just replaced my almost 4 year old Hot Springs Hot Spot cover due to hail damage, with the one they made and everything is a perfect fit. I simply gave them the color needed, corner radius, strap length and distance from the outside edges and everything is a perfect fit. I dont even have to drill more holes for the straps / tie downs. This is the 3rd cover Ive ordered from them, will order again when needed.

Complete fraud. Do not contact.They came out to measure my tub, said they needed payment in full, I paid $360, said it would be 2 weeks. That came and past, said it would be delayed another week, then another week, now it’s going on two months and they won’t return my calls and messages at all.They straight up stole my money and won’t return a call now. Going to report them to the better business bureau for fraud.Their website is sketchy as well, 2 reviews and won’t post my review.Update. After numerous attempts to contact and left messages, I tried to call them from my wife’s phone, and they finally answered. Said sorry it was taking so long and finally delivered it 9 weeks after I paid. The spa cover looks nice, but is several inches too big.

I called them on Tuesday and they delivered the next day (Wednesday) at lunch time🤠. Great customer service as well.
