Someone should tell the ppl that work at the call center that they arent the parts COUNTER. I hate speaking to them because they just read n tell you whats on the computer. Thats why I dont speak to them. Call center guy cant check if something is in the shelf or not. Call center guys if a customer asks for the parts counter, transfer them.
This Ferguson store is by far the best plumbing retail shop for the contractor. Paul and Shamus are what customer service is all about. If I could give them 6 stars I would.
