Its a mess I mean I have visited a few G.O but this one is not the cleanest store only one check out line 🤷‍♂️ while they have 3 other check out line but the one they use is also the way to enter so you couldnt even walk in too shop in the store with out been on some bodys way 🤔 get it together this is a Grocery Outlet store not a LIQUOR STORE 🤦‍♂️. Best bet is to go to the Grocery OUTLET on foothill in Arcadia they got it together....

Felt very unsafe in your store today. Not one employee was masked. Putting everyone who is shopping in your store at risk for Covid. Asked cashier why no one was masked and was told that they did not have to be because masks were not being enforced in your store. The State of California is requiring ALL people to be masked regardless if they have received the vaccine or not. I love your store, but I will probably not be returning

Very clean as all of the other Grocery Outlets I’ve ever been to. This was the last Grocery Outlet at a reasonable distance from my house that I needed to visit. My top choice in locations is the Grocery Outlet in Altadena. This Azusa location was one of the smaller locations I have visited. For that reason, isles were combined such as soap and laundry and on the other side snacks, cereals, breakfast bars etc. There really wasn’t a good “flow” to this store. Staff was more than helpful and nice but overall it wasn’t worth my 16 mile drive. Which in reality makes it a 32 mile round trip drive. Even if this were my local Grocery Outlet, I could see myself shopping there.

I always like to go into this this place for 2 things; to window shop for innovative items(especially in the protein bar and icecream isle,) and to look for bargains on fresh items.

Usually pretty good but lately the stock has been low . The frozen section has been lacking too. This all may be due to covid-19 and not being able to get shipments. I will still shop here but I hope that they will increase the inventory.

This place is AWESOME! I had never been to one and decided to join my sister on her shopping trip. They had so much cool stuff, we just so happened to drop in when they were having a sale on corned beef and I got one for only $5!

I usually love this store its my go to because its so close to my house. In saying that this is the 4th time Ive bought something that was expired.Such a waste of time and money. I guess its my fault for not checking the dates just assumed that this was the grocery stores job Ill do better next time 😑.So its March 7th and again I shopped at this grocery outlet only to get home and find out that the queso and cheese spread both were expired ...its always in that section I am tired of having to go back and get a refund for expired products one item expired on the 1st and one on the 4th... I shouldnt have to check every single expiration date on every product i buy i thought thats what the people who work here are supposed to do cant believe i am making yet another trip back to the store to get my money back I think its time to shop somewhere else....

Dont let the title of outlet fool you, this is great quality food and merchandise at fantastic prices. This has become my first stop before heading out to the grocery stores. I usually find everything I need and then some.

This market has changed my eating habits for the better! I come in here weekly and buy groceries. I really like going in and seeing the new things they have to offer, as the selection can change a lot week to week. The prices here can be really amazing. Going here has allowed me to eat things like dried fruits, nuts, meal replacement bars, and even things like good cheese and yogurt for far cheaper then they would be at a regular supermarket.

Awesome selection of organic and non gmo groceries. Just bought my dogs treats. Great buy! Personally I love this store over Aldi store. Never really liked Aldi.

Love to shop their stores. They have quite a selection of merchandise. Great bargains and good produce, deli, and dairy & meat.Checkers are friendly and efficient. Bring your own bags unless you want to buy a bag. I recommend Grocery Outlet Bargain Markets.

They usually have what I need. Some items at almost half price compared to other stores. Employees are all very nice and courteous.

They have good helatht food that wd cost $5 or more for 50 to 75% less.

The manager-Elva-is THE BEST! She and the rest of the staff are always helpful and kind. They take the time to make sure I’ve found everything I need and they ALWAYS greet me when I enter the store. The selection at this location is fantastic and they always have new and interesting products.

I really enjoy going to Grocery Outlet in Azusa on Foothill Boulevard. The cashier very kind and helpful to seniors, and the people that go there seem to be very good people. I went to the checkout but for some reason my romaine lettuce did not get included in my order however, the lady behind me said dont worry about it and she paid for it and then handed it to me. I offered to give her the money back but she said no, pay it forward. Now thats my kind of people! Christians who believe in Paying it Forward and to encounter them in Grocery Outlet, what a wonderful experience. Thank you whoever you are as you have restored my faith in people again. There are good ones out there and youre one of the best.

I love this grocery outlet because it is clean and well-maintained. It is a smaller grocery outlet however I like the fact that I can get everything I need quickly due to the size. Just FYI they usually do not allow anyone to use the restroom.

In all honesty, Grocery Outlet is a great place to get deals, but like every where, know your prices and check expiration dates. TODAY 5/23/20 they had lunchables that go for $3 plus for $1.50......bacon, $2.50. The employees at Grocery Outlet on Citrus in Azusa are super sweet.

Went into Grocery Outlet for a quick grocery shop. It was busy but cashier was so nice. I dont know why they dont ever have cashiers, I had to let two customers go in front of me because they only had a item or two while I had half a cart full. All in all, it was nice, clean, inexpensive and Id go again.😊

There’s absolutely no way this store gets visits from weights and measures, every time something seems to be to good to be true it probably is, every time I go the price you see on the shelf is not the price at the register, the items never matches the tag, the price is never correct, sometimes even double the price, look at your receipt most likely you will be overcharged, it’s very frustrating, management doesn’t care and I was even told tonight “yea sorry our prices are always wrong” yea great customer service, not, this place and staff is a joke. This place needs to be visited by weights and measures to be held accountable for the amount of errors they want to overcharge you. It takes 6 people or more per line for them to even open up another register, I saw two people leave their items and walk out tonight just because the line was too long to wait and the staff didn’t seem to care. So basically wait in long lines, experience 0 customer service and have them put back items that you waited in line for because the price is completely wrong, there’s a big difference between $1.99 and $7.99, don’t bother get your close to expiration foods else where.

Absolutely love grocery outlet. I used to only ever go to winco until I discovered this place because its a lot closer to where I live. So now I frequent both of them quite often and if I could I would only buy my groceries from either one of these one of these stores.

Great place for inexpensive snacks. Also many grocery item. Prices are good on what they have. Many things are close outs so stock up if you like something.

I liked this outlet it had a lot of healthy weight management stuff like protein powders and bars, a good selection of vitamins, collagen, vit. Gummies. There was a lot of different products that you wouldnt see at a regular market it was nice to go and look I found a lot of items that I liked.

Mostly really good prices and employees are cheerful and helpful. The outside is rough looking, I lived here for a year before I even chanced stopping in. It needs more lighting and sprucing up and I might go 5 stars.

I love shopping at Grocery Outlet. You get better quality groceries for prices cheaper than any other store. The only con is you never know whether they have something in stock or not. Obviously theyll always have basics like milk and eggs but that box of mochi ice cream you bought 2 weeks ago? If theyve sold out their stock, youre out of luck. For something specific you absolutely must have you might need to look elsewhere. Also check expiration dates, as some of the items are at a discount store because theyre nearing them.

Go slowly down the aisles, or you will you miss a good deal. It is the best for wine, butter, and cheese. Frozen foods are also a good deal. The cashiers are friendly.The rest is not much of a difference to other supermarkets.

I love this place, they have so many Natural organic items and brand name groceries at super affordable prices. Some things are close in dates but when I buy groceries its to eat them soon not let them sit in my fridge. Unfortunately I got a job there and had high hopes and great expectations for myself as an employee. Instead I got bullied and threatened by a fellow colleague. Intimidated by another and put down for being TOO friendly. The end result was a Manager PUTTING HANDS on me and attempting to STEAL my cellphone on the ONLY day the owner Billy Q. was enjoying a day with his family at a local amusement park and was NOT present. I was pushed, pulled and bruised that day and without hearing my side or even checking to see if I was ok the OWNER of Grocery Outlet let me go. I was FIRED from his store. The manager who put hands on me as well as the other Manager who stood by and allowed this behavior as well are both still employed at this particular store. There are a HANDFUL of Customers that witnessed this particular ordeal and a handful of Customers that were there when I was spoken to so rudely in front of them by this particular manager who brought me to tears. So I know they know that I am not making any of this up. I am sorry that I didnt get to say goodbye and sorry for letting you down. I tried to stay positive and not let them bring me down because I didnt want to let them get the better of me. Mainly for the Customers that gave me the strength and the encouragement but after the tourment and humiliation of their actions my heart was crushed and I couldnt allow that abuse to continue. My apologies for not being strong enough to endure the abuse but my Blessings to the others in store who have to deal with it and even more Blessings to the ones who have been giving it. May you be forgiven ✝️

I always love to buy from here great prices and discounts with coupons its not a big SM but can buy everything you need. I feel there need to work on meat poultry and deli items like that where SM like Starters or Ralphs. Good prices and variety.

They have unique wine spirits and also different food items that are always on sale but stock up because when quantities are limited they may not have them again I used to buy Bear Creek pasta in macaroni for a dollar fifty when its almost $4 and other stores now they dont have them anymore

I have been to this place twice. The quality of food is inferior and most items are near their expiration date. The brands are off names. People are returning items. They lure you in with incentives that dont exist. They are buying in bulk what cant be sold at nation stores dropping the prices with the hope that customers wont notice!

Super disappointed! I went there when they first opened and wasn’t to crazy with the items I purchased. I decided today, that I would give them another shot. Well this is the LAST time that I shop there. I bought their preseasoned chicken, came home and cooked it. The chicken was SUPER SUPER SALTY. Everyone threw it away. I called the store to complain and all they said was which one was it and that they were sorry. Um well you sorry is not good giving me a solution. Watste of money!
