Great customer service. Ryan is the best. They were under staffed & couldnt provide service in the time we were quoted. On top of that it was the wrong size tire. Ryan not only apologized but he searched for the tire we needed & ordered it. Then he discounted the price. He really came through for us. Ill definitely bring my business here again.

On a last minute whim I decided I wanted to get a new motorcycle jacket. I had 30 minutes to shop, and the manager knew exactly what I was looking for, was patient so I didnt feel rushed, nearing closing time. He helped my bf and I make smart decisions with our purchases. I stopped by this Saturday for the first time to see what this place had to offer. I just bought a cruiser and an enduro so I was in need for some gear. I picked up two helmets, gloves and a jacket. Great to see they had a wide variety so I can also by gear for ridding my dual sport and dirt bike. From wife to kids they have you covered. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They said hi as we walked in and explained all sales and promotions to us. They clearly liked what they did and it wasnt just a job to them. I am a business owner and know how hard it is to find good help and these guy rocked. I will definitely be back for more gear. Thank you for making this a great experience.

The staff has always been super helpful and no sales pressure EVER. They are very knowledgeable about gear and parts and what they dont know they will research. They are willing to check inventory of other stores when they are out. Maya was especially helpful.

The service is always top notch at the Cyclegear in Azusa. My only complaint is that their inventory is a little lacking for overseas brands like Merlin leather jackets. The nice thing is you can order online and pick it up at store. However, I like to try stuff on before ordering. Still, a very nice place to shop for motorcycle gear.

He helped me find everything I needed in under a minute or so, was also very polite and informed me about a discount that’s available for riders who’ve taken a Motorcycle Safety Course recently. Great knowledgeable staff! Had exactly what I needed and I had already shopped at the big giant motorcycle dealers in and out of the area.

The electronic cruise control quit on my ADV motorcycle so I needed a manual throttle lock for the remainder of the extended PCH trip. I looked for the nearest Cycle Gear in Azusa California and they had what I needed on the shelf. The main point here is on the shelf.

The girl there was so helpful. I have very small hands and needed something smaller than a small in women’s gloves. She kept looking in the back (3 x’s) to find me a pair and she actually did. She also made a suggestion for my first bike and was over all very knowledgeable and friendly. The young gentleman there that day was very helpful too. I visited the store on Friday, the 27th.

Cycle Gear is the only place that could change my 300 back tire every shop I took it too turned me away. Cycle told me to drop it off and on a half hour I picked it up and the employee said it was no problem. Also only $25 great service. Thank you will be back.

Came in last Thursday to renew my whole gear wardrobe. I got a helmet, balaclava, gloves, jacket, back protector, boots, leather conditioner & cleaner.I was in the store for almost a few hours trying all kinds of sizes for my whole gear & Alma she was very patience in helping me out.Alma is very friendly, & communicative.Checkout was a breeze and the store was setup all nice and neat.Thank you Alma!

First time going in and was welcomed by Steven. Went in to get a dirt bike helmet for my electric skateboard. And I was able to find my size fairly fast. Steven was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He also recommended some googles that were on discount but good quality. Looking forward to make another visit in the future.

Thanks to Ryan, Steven, Anita, great people here, needed something extra to protect myself during these times and this store was open for ordering online to store/home and with limited accessibility of products at the front door. I feel bad due to the situation changing retail operations and I feel as if it would change over the time, no way around it, but kudos to these guys keeping gear quarantined and staying available. Hope yall stay vigiliget and add more safe practices, hopefully coming up with new and better ways to keep the business safe as our world evolves.

My son turned me on to this place, didnt know it was here and Ive lived in the area for a long time i used to go to cycle rider in mountclair but i guess ill be going here from now on, had them swap and mount and balance my new tires, like most places you have to take the tires off the bike 30 bucks per tire 4 dollar disposal fee its cheaper if you buy the tires there, most work i do on my own just because its too expensive to have these places do the work but Im gonna see what they charge for oil changes Ill let you know when i find out
