This place is awesome! If youre passing through town be sure to stop and grab a drink here. Super friendly staff, good value, and excellent quality. We grabbed a coffee and Italian soda then hit the road. The drinks kept us refreshed a long way down the road. We were very happy with our choice to stop here.

Coffee isn’t hot and tastes more like water than coffee. Pastries are pre-packaged and not worth it. Quality just isn’t there.

Very friendly staff and seemed like they were wiling to do whatever it takes to create a happy customer. They also used quality products, I really like Harney and Sons tea so there were just putting out the cheapest option available. And with their selection, i was able to make a Paris Fog tea which tasted very nice. Y wife said that here cold brew was on of the best shes had in quite a while.

Yummy and affordable coffee! Sweet girls that work here :) GPS directed to starbucks but it was the one in Safeway so we went across the street and thank god we did!! Coffee was super cheap and good quality!! Definitely come, the drive thru moved super quickly!

Sorbenots is my favorite. I love that I can find them everywhere I go...Pendleton, Ontario, Hermiston, Baker, and La Grand. Thank you guys for making a great cup and selling killer beans. They always have a cozy spot to curl up and read a book or have a warm visit with a friend. Great spot!

They were pretty busy, but friendly. I ordered an iced mocha and my sister ordered a strawberry peach red bull. The coffee wasnt bad, but the red bull didnt have much flavor and tasted watered down. They might deliver better when theyre not in the peak of the morning rush.

Well, got someone to talk to for a while. The attendant was helpful and shared some information about that place. The French vanilla was really yummy and she helped me getting my pictures over that place.

I grew up in Baker and whether were stopping to visit family or just traveling through, sorbenots is our go-to coffee/chai pit stop.

Super friendly, outdoor salesperson ensured we received exactly what we ordered. Coffee was rich and authentic. Very popular - which is a great sign - but dont let the long line deter you. They are efficient.

Great friendly staff. Only issue I have had has been when I order blended drinks from there half the time there is a chunk of ice in the middle. Good flavor just not completely blended. Normally there are 3+ cars in line when i go so it might just be a rushed job.

Donna Stone was super friendly at the Sorbenots roasting facility when I drove in looking for a cup! Joel ground up a bag of Organic Sumatra which was very gracious and pointed me in the direction of their retail coffee house on Campbell. Amazing coffee and super friendly staff! I’ll definitely be back and seek out Sorbenots coffee in the PNW ;)

These people can not get a coffee order right.EVER.Not only will you have to wait for 20 min for your coffee but than find out its wrong.THIRD TIME

The employees here ARE THE SWEETEST, PEOPLE. They are kind and courteous plus professional. Even if the drive through has a line all the way out into the street and youre last; it never takes more than 15 minutes to get youre order.

Sorbenots is a locally owned business that is slowly expanding to surrounding areas. Their business provides jobs in a healthy environment for local teenagers. Their service and products are amazing, but so is their business as a whole.

Friendly but slightly inattentive service with bad coffee. I asked for a 6oz latte (clarifying a couple times because I like my coffee strong) and got an 8oz... Not even an apology when I pointed it out. And the coffee was burnt-- they dont adjust their machine or grind. I dumped my coffee out after a few sips. (We wound up at Mad Matildas which made a high quality latte-- Id recommend going there.)
