I like this store always have some different and good prices

Rating the auto supper center . Prices okay tires not bad got a good price on a full set of tires for my fiance car..might try them on mine only down side my tire brand I use is not used here besides that not bad experience. Just expect a 1hr wait do to it being packed 90% of the time due to it being Walmart

I like to eat different food when I order my food great prices as well.

The slowest cashiers ever exspecally since at 8:26 pm they only have 3 cashiers working the rest are standingaround while the check out is backed up from both ends and the self checkout is the only was to get out of here. Ive been in line for 35 minutes and still standing this place is so under managed.ad dirty and unorganized.its just uncalled for GET A MANAGER

Over 30 minutes waiting for 2 yards of fabric to be cut. Theyve call someone to come to cut it but after 5 calls no one has shown up. Tons of employees walking around but none work in the fabric department apparently.

Better bring a shopping cart with you when you go in cause you probably wont find one of your going through the grocery section. Their prices on their milk and eggs are so much more than where I usually go. Why is that?

I went into this location for the first time while traveling, Crystal was there to help me with every step of my shopping experience. Crystals wonderful smile, positive attitude, and desire to help in any way was welcoming and comforting, as someone who is new to the area. Crystal seems like a valuable part of the team and I am so very thankful she was there to help meet my shopping needs. I hope corperate realizes how lucky they are to have an addition to the team such as her.

Worst Walmart! Super unorganized, only have about 2 lines open. Smh

I went early so it was okay when crowded I didnt have to wait in line too long two people ahead of me thats all the cashier was good she was nice

This store is absolutely ridiculous. No baskets, trash all over the parking lot, 2000 people shopping and 3 registers open. Im visiting from out of town and needed a few things. I highly recommend never going here unless youre prepared to carry your own around and stand in line an hour.

If your looking for toys go to this Walmart they are fully stocked an have lots of bigger toys on clearance. Such as power wheels, an tents.

I was not satisfied with the fresh foods that I received from store (1118) 12300 Lake June Rd, Balch Springs, TX 75180. I started the return process for a few of the items and received a barcode to be scanned at customer service in an email stating I could return the items to any Walmart before Nov, 1 2021. The cashier was rude, unprofessional and did not do her due diligence in completing the return. The same was true for the manager Lori. The manager was more concerned about how it would look on her store that they sold poor quality fresh foods than providing great customer service. Clearly professionalism, competency, nor people skills is a requirement to become a manager at Walmart as long as you look the part with fair skin.. They made what should have been an easy-return-process which was also stated in the email a long, taxing, stressful, and upsetting one. I did EVERYTHING that was required of me based on the email I received but did not receive Walmarts guarantee and promise made to me. I had to call the Help Center line for them to tell both the cashier and manager that the item did indeed come from their store. Because they refused to scan my barcode that was provided in the email which should have been verification that the items were purchased there. I showed the the order # and everything. I Thought the issue was resolved but the cashier stated that most of the items wasnt under the order number. This was false. I showed her my return items that were listed on my online order as well as the pictures of the items which was indeed the items I was returning. Because of this I had to call customer service again to resolve the issue over the phone and have my money put back on my card. I am canceling any membership and or subscription I have with Walmart for delivery service and no longer will be doing business with this company in any manner. The customer service was HORRIBLE!!!

This location has the worst customer service. I have visited over the years and always dread coming here. The door greeters are always the same RUDE ladies that think they make the Walmart rules. I never feel welcomed and sadly never feel safe either. I go out of my way to go to another one.

This Walmart is very nice I believe it was built not even 4 years ago...So its always clean and stocked!! I really enjoyed listening to this talented father play the 🎻. He is freaking awesome I loveddddd it🥰😍😍

There is always something going wrong at that store. Not enough cashiers, lines close because cash only or card only. Something wrong with machines while y oh are checking out. Need more help

This store is something else, almost anytime you go in there it’s packed and there’s no one working at the cash registers. I waited in line with 4 items for 20 mins because I was paying cash, what a mistake that was. People behind me were being directed to the front for formula instead of staff collecting it from the back for them too. The line next to me shut down and the cashier came out a few times and was rude to the customers in line stating “my line is closed, she is my last customer that’s why my light is off..” with this kind of worker I’m not sure how this location stays open. As I’m checking out I see 3 other people behind customer service just standing there chatting-why didn’t they wait on people? Then you’re held hostage until you show them a receipt when you’re trying to leave, I can clearly see that customers are not this store’s priority even tho we’re paying their checks so I will be shopping at my normal store or ordering it online.

Quick trip for ice cream. Plenty of self checkout registers available. Also noticed they had 2 greeters/ cross check receipt staff. Very busy location

Great customer service found what I needed

I am truly done with Walmarts, yesterday on tax free weekend, they had 1 person slicing meat at the deli! Cash registers had lines of 5 to 10 people waiting. Even customer service. Their staff is rude,all the time! I think Ill just shop elsewhere.👎👎👎👎👎😶

Since pandemic hit, it has become an awesome place to shop. No long waiting time for cashiers, everything is pretty clean, I love their scan and go and their pick up. However, they are running pretty low on items, which Im sure its not their fault.

This is a trashy Walmart. The workers are trash. Lazy workers, poor management, and ghetto people everywhere. They won’t ever answer the phone and hardly order things that are popular! They just don’t stock the shelves. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

What is wrong with Management at this location? I have asked numerous times why there are not enough electric buggies for the elderly and handicap. Also where do you sit down and rest of you need to? I am in my 50s and unable to stand for periods of time much less walk far. They sure do have enough handicap parking and half of the customers that part there dont have permits..HI am just going to he Ave to go to Kroger,I guess. I thought Walmart takes care of their own n. Even the workers complain.

Very ghetto, terrible customer service !! every associate with hostile attitude. excep for one named April . she was not hostile, nor antagonistic or rude!! as ALL of her store colleagues were. and that includes mgmt. toooverall, there is too many reasons to never shop at this Wal-Mart Supercenter. this store couldnt be worse. and all of the employees at this location save (one) are completely rude/arrogant/ mean/cruel/ combative/malevolent/standoffish/dismissive/antagonistic . whomever is responsible for hiring these people should be demoted/discharged.

Crowded. This one is by the freeway. And always crowded with some off people. In Groups. Very odd. But prices the same. Food same. But always crowded...

First of all, this Walmart is lacking staff, and needs some better management cause it feels more like a Circus rather than a Walmart. Always bring your cart 🛒 with you to this Walmart cause you’d never find any!!! Second of all, pay attention to the spills on the floor while shopping there, there’s always a spill somewhere. If you never been to the Jungles before, you should definitely give this Walmart a try!!

Everything we needed was quickly available at the front of the store - clearly they know what the tourist hot items are.

Tonight was not a 5-star night for Walmart. They had exactly what I was looking for but unfortunately I was not able to purchase an item due to the lengthy lines at every register that was open. However I can say that this is the first time Ive ever seen the store this busy. Im sure they have hiring now signs somewhere because they definitely need help!

I was pleasantly surprised this Walmart was well stocked at this time. Hopefully the manager continues to be diligent and has each department manager stay focused and on task. It really makes me want to return to this store even though it is out of my way!

It was food to see shoppers out early on a Saturday morning. My first time at this location and enjoyed it.

Today I was looking for the Vacuum section. I was at the back of the store looking lost when I see a female employee walking my way and she was going to pass me by until I asked where the section of the store I needed to be. How rude. The good part is that they had what I was looking for.

Its more often than never that there are carts scattered throughout the parking lot and never any at the entrance 🤦

The door ladies are cool, the pharmacy- Xavier is DELIGHTFUL! but everyone else is just there. No one is ever by the make up but theyre usually pretty stocked up

Just never need a manager. In the store. Or on the telephone. They will not answer if you call them or the employee calls them Walmart has no time zone. You can stand in line thats just fine. They stand in a click as a customer you dont fit. You can complain it will stay the same. Tune in tomorrow

The staff was excellent! My oil change took no time. I was texted when my car was ready allowing me to kill two birds with one stone! Still not a fan of the Waltons but Ive decided not to take it out on the incredible people that make WalMart an acceptable experience.

Its Walmart. One note actually, it didnt have the oil filter size chart when I went in to purchase an oil filter (along with oil) for an at home oil change. Also my phone doesnt load anywhere in that store, so I had to go outside in 25°F weather for my phone to load to check the correct oil filter for my car. Was able to get correct oil filter for my car. Great prices!

I went in for a few items and spent $150.00. The store was staffed sufficiently. The prices are economically low for sale items and reasonably priced otherwise. Outside could be cleaner. Checkout in self serve was a breeze. 👍🏾👍🏾 and the location is right off the highway.

I love my Walmart the managers and team leads work so hard to make the customers happy.

I really liked this walmart. I havent been here in a while, but it was very nice. Calm, not crowded. Thats what I liked vest. Also Ive been to three walmarts today and this was the one that had what I needed.

I placed an order on walmart.com to pick up at the balch spring location. got a conformation email it was read and checked in with parking location number once i was there. i waited 25 mins before calling the number on the sign. after the 3rd call somebody finally answered and told me my order was canceled since they dont sell it at all. after explaining on my account it is showing up ready to pick up and i had been out there for 25 mins i was told its canceled and .hung up on

Selection and pricing definitely wins out here. Although the store is very busy WM has stepped up their game on many things including clothing and household items such as lamps, side tables and home furnishings in general. It may take longer to shop here but can be worth it in savings. On top of that, the Associates are pleasant and helpful.

We showed up to get my cousins order after they said it was ready. We checked in with 3 people, and after an hour they finally got our........5 small bags of groceries to us!! Even though 4 cars pulled up and got their groceries before us!!

Wal-Mart is a great place to find a lot of different things. Games, camping stuff, and electronics are my main places I get things at. Always has a wide selection.

Walmart didnt have any meat due to temperature problems

I went to Walmart in Mesquite on range st. I asked an employee for help in mens socks she tells me she didnt work in that dept but someone was paged there but no one came. Also looking for shoes didnt have the size I needed a very helpful employee looked up on her phone found that WalMart in lake June had some in stock so abid later I called lake June employee tells me they dont have any really needed them for a funeral. So I decided to go to lake June Wal Mart well I found what I needed the shoes I was looking for. So I left my son tells me mom an employee found your wallet and your phone I had left in the basket so I went to customer service to see if they had it she kept saying we dont have it finally she tells me check with security which they couldve check cameras so we go to front of store the employee standing by front door I guess he was security I didnt bother to check my wallet till I got hm My credit card and check book were in there except for cash I had, I had two twenty dollar bills and some ones which was about seven dollars. And I know what I had because I had just paid before I went hm its terriable some one stealing Im thinking it was one of the guys who pulls baskets together who turned it in. I really needed that money as much of person who stole it. I was really upset to start with because I couldnt find a handy cap car to use so I walked to the shoe dept. its so pitbull that WalMart does have handy cap car we disability people need them The employee are always saying we dont have enough or broke As much money WalMart makes they should accommodate enough cars for handicap people

Worst Walmart a have ever shopped at. There are hardly ever shopping cars inside, I literally have to go outside and find one. The lack of products on the shelves is annoying. And the worst of all, everyone has an attitude, you cant ask anyone anything because for sure youll get an attitude like if it was my fault they work there.

They seem to run out of things I need....I know that this pandemic causing some of the problems...but the shelves are bare.🙂is ok...for a while but months. 🤔

These guys never have cash in the self-checkout lanes....NEVER... There will be 8 registers or more open and 1 or 2 may take cash. We just waited while 8 people skipped because they were using a card. When it was finally out turn it didnt have enough cash to give is 8 dollars so we had to go stand in the customer service line to get out change... Spent 34 minutes buying 1 item...
