I never back this store. They told you in store good after that they doing not the same. Even the manager too bad. They do not recepict people. Also they did not keep their promise. After the delivery they do not care about material and they ask pay you to install or assemble. I never see just like this store very very very bad.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! After being assured that the furniture I wanted was in stock, i was told it would be delivered the next day. Well next day comes and nobody contacted me until about 7pm just to tell me that the warehouse somehow forgot my order. After assuring me again for the 2nd time that my furniture would be delivered the NEXT day before 3pm, nobody contacted me. I had to call them just to find out if they were even going to be here before 3pm. Ruben was the sales person I dealt with and he assured me again that they would be there. Well guess what??!! 3pm comes and goes and yet again I had to call them just to find out what was going on. This time the supposedly manager answers and she tells me that the furniture I had selected was not in stock and that is the reason why they hadn’t delivered. Not only was I given the run around but also I was lied to!! Never in my life will I ever do business with this company!!! Horrible experience due to lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service. If I could rate 0 stars I would! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Would never be back here, when I enter I see people eating right by the entrance the other gurl doing her make up with no shoes on and when I asked who could help me they all looked at each other not wanting to help! So unprofessiona!!!
