Overall it was great! Super busy...but it is Homecoming season and Saturday, that I went. Its kind of like organized chaos but the people that worked there knew exactly where stuff was. Definitely more amazing since the last time I was there 20 years ago when my mom was getting stuff for my mum. They had only 4 aisles and now over half the store is mum related.

Went on a Saturday. I looked online before going and realized(afterward) I should’ve ordered some items online since they showed sale prices with free shipping. The items in store weren’t on sale. 🙄 I went on a Saturday so it was crazy packed. Could barely walk down the aisles. But they were staffed accordingly. No one offered to help. But, there were plenty of supermoms willing to help each other. I heard some moms asking others for opinions and ideas. Very sweet customers. I didn’t experience any vicious moms - so that’s a relief. I was a little nervous going in because other reviews said the staff was very rude. But I never saw any staff member even speak to a customer except at the registers. I was there getting mum trinkets because they sell them in bulk. The ribbon prices are somewhat reasonable. But if hobby lobby has a sale then plain ribbons are cheaper there. They do have ribbons you can cut and a much wider variety than hobby lobby. They also offer more backings and bulk flowers. Overall, they have a lot more things for mums. So, everything I was looking for they had. They also have the Texas shaped mum backer 🙌🏻🙌🏻 and btw it’s cheaper than the one on Amazon. 😂

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the products in the store. They go above and beyond to help you find what youre looking for. Thanks

Too much merch! I wanted to buy it all! My granddaughters homecoming mum will outshine all the order at school. I love being able to individualize and make it special for her just like I did for her mom.

Love this place been going here for 20 years. Most all your homecoming, wedding or party needs can be found here. Always shop here first then the other stores if you cannot find what your wanting.

Pretty great store,came by to shop for decorations for my high school graduation cap. Reasonable prices and they had much of everything school spirit related. Only came by for 10 mins but I was able to see many great things. Wish they did open on Sundays though as that’s really the only day I have more time to look at the store :(.

Used to be my favorite go to spot for all my diy needs but after being followed around the store heavily while I was with my baby trying to find the perfect engagement gift for my friend I’ll probably never spend another dime in this establishment and it sucks because I’ve been an avid shopper for years. Did my own wedding with them and was planning to do my friends wedding with them as well. But to go out of your way to follow the only black people in the store has just ruined any and all shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Instead of racially profiling people y’all should be excited I choose to spend my hard earn money with your over priced goods but that’s ok will be shopping at other craft stores from now on.

This store has everything for your party’s and more, but I don’t like to go because the staff is not kind . They don’t have good customer service. They are cold and no nice. I prefer to drive 30 minutes to go the Richardson another store.

Customer service is horrible.. The at the register was cold and rude. One gentleman there was super nice and helpful!

Today around 2ish we bought for a mum for high school homecoming. Not that many people like always lots of merchandise. There prices are a bit high, but most of there items are good quality.

Ive been coming here since 78. Ive always found everything I came for and more. Ive made some beautiful mums for daughters girl friends friends grand daughters. The ladies and owners are very nice and helpful. I just finished the last one for a grand daughter in Kansas. Best wishes and continued blessings for your successes.

Great place a lot of things but did not have what I was looking for.

I always enjoy going here!! Its always a different adventure. Its like a eutopia for the creative minded. Prices are decent. Some of the employees are not friendly or very welcoming.

Ive been shopping here for years and I have ALWAYS had a great experience. Customer service has never been an issue until today. As I was checking out the lady at the register told me to tap your card well with how many people were in the store plus a mask over her face and plexiglass in between us obviously it was difficult to hear. I proceeded to insert my card into the machine and the she snatched my card out of my hand and said NOOOO. TAP YOUR CARD! with the most attitude and disrespect I have ever encountered. I told her the tone of voice she used with me was very rude and she did not even try to apologize for how she spoke to a paying customer! I am in complete shock at how I was spoken to today after again, years of amazing shopping days. She may have been having a bad day but that does not excuse how she speaks to customers.

They have a great selection of crafts and all party related items. However staff is not so friendly to me as others have reviewed nor are the helpful. Ladies at the register didn’t even bother to look up at me when answering one of my questions.

I absolutely love this place. Been coming here for over 10 years. Their prices are unnn-beatable! With our new way of living-COVID-19- DIY this place is the place to go!

Awesome spot for all your homecoming & party/event needs! They had aisles & aisles of homecoming mums. Partially made ones with all the local school color combo . Pieces to buy in bulk if youre making a lot of mums or individual pieces to add to mums from anywhere to 35 cents to a dollar, ribbon by the yard, spools of ribbon, aisles of it. Bought stuff for a partially made garter & smaller partially made mum, all together spent 65$ & had lots left over for next year! Was definitely crowded on a weekday so I can imagine it is even more so on the weekends, but definitely worth it!

I always find my supplies for my Cake business. And they always come around and make sure you dont need help with anything. Lovely place.

This is a really cool place and perfect for making homecoming items! Its not my kind of place to normally visit, I usually man the buggy and play boom beach while the ollady brings loads of stuff to me. We usually get out for a reasonable price also.The floor employee Monica was very nice and tried to make sure everyone was taken care of and helped everyone she could. She also interacts with the kiddos to occupy their time and make it more enjoyable. Thank you Monica for going above and beyond to keep everyone happy!

EVERYTHING is great at this store but I just feel like theyre ABUSING the fact that no COMPETITION is around. When are you guys going to stop INCREASING your prices. ITS GETTING OUT OF CONTROL!!!! I understand that small business have to survive but so do we... please be CONSIDERATE!!!!

Good place for party and decorating needs.

Order a mum from this place the previous year online and had a great experience. Me and my daughter went to the store to take a look. They have a great selection of mums premade and all the supplies to make any kind your self. An associate named Sabrina was very friendly and helpful.

The sales associates are nice. They have a wide variety of items in craft, party, showers, weddings and everything in between. This is a creative persons play house! You wont be disappointed.

The store has a great selection of craft items but lately always seem to be out or very low quantity of items . This is the first place I go when need something and floor staff has always been very helpful. Am disappoint every time I go in the check out staff have been very unfriendly almost to the point of rudeness this last time I almost didn’t return dreading checkout need some smiling friendly people.

Started on my own and found what I was looking for, but too small. I continued looking around as the different items were giving me inspiration. After settling on only what I came for, I had to ask if they had the itm in a larger size and a couple of people helped as one was not sure where else to look and the other verified they were all the same size even though it was in another location. Saved me from wasting my time and theirs I suppose, however, all associates I came in contact with were willing to help.

Fabulous Prices, Incredible Staff and Totally Worth the Drive!!! We drove out from Weatherford and had a blast shopping! We found everything except the Kangaroo mascot we needed (Which is SUPER HARD to find), plus so much more than we expected... I would absolutely recommend checking it out!

Large variety of party/event supplies. I went in only looking for flowers and walked out $72.00 later.. But it was all things that I needed for my wedding. (thats what I say to make myself feel bettter) the prices are reasonable and they have ribbons for days. They have a no return and no exchange policy on event specific items i.e. homecoming, so be sure you want or need it before you purchase.
