I am a big-time Pro Desk customer and make large orders. I ordered online a few days ago and apparently this store was the one that was to fill the order and was supposed to have a schedule delivery. I haven’t heard from them in days? I decided to call when nobody at Pro Desk knew anything about my order. I immediately canceled my order and contacted my Monrovia store where I typically order supplies. Jasmine in Pro desk Monrovia was amazing and helped me resolve my issue in five minutes. Stay away from Baldwin Park store due to poor customer service.

Love home Depot but they really need to make it easy to tell which products are ONLINE ONLY. They mix in-store with online in their website, and I cant find what Im looking for half the time 🥺

Love coming here for all my home repair needs. I always find exactly what I need after asking an employee what Im looking for, even if I give a pretty vague description of my problem. Recently got some good advice on how to fix my drywall so that was neat.Workers are courteous, super friendly, smile, and know how to help in any way possible.

A few months ago I ordered a washer machine. They never sent it. I tried to talk to them and a lady answered me and tried to fixed the problem. Suddenly she said that she was going to connect me with someone in Spanish she didn’t say why. She put me on hold I was there waiting for about 30 minutes and nobody answered me. Fortunately I could cancel the order. I would never buy anything from Home Depot again.

Home Depot always find what we need. The employees are very helpful explain how to use things tools or whatever.always courteous so far. All these years shopping there. Wish I win the lotto so I can buy All the things we need. But little by little hope to get everything done Someday. This store is great. Try it you will like it.

The gentleman & lady working in the paint dept Sunday afternoon 07-25-21were knowledgeable and helpful both for products in their own department and for items I needed outside of their dept. Two big 👍👍& thank you.

Although they did not have what i needed the staff was helpful and informative, between me knowing what i needed and their knowledge i was able to find a fix to my problem.

Not sure why I dont go to that store more often but I stopped there on my way to the Baldwin Park Walmart.

They always have someone to help you find items, they dont walk away.

Given the COVID environment, it was comforting to see all the actions taken by Home Depot to take care of its customers. They have dedicated employees disinfecting the carts. Then there is the constant reminder of social distancing throughout the store. Additionally, they have self check out registers for cards only, this to limit the interactions. Their services continue to be satisfactory, again given the current environment. I was there for paint and the young guy that assisted me so helpful. I always enjoy visiting Home Depot.

Went to pick up fluorescent lights and some accessories I needed to complete a wood project. Everything there and did not have to go no place else to get it. All under 1 roof!

This location is one of the best I shop at. I normally visit & shop 4 HD stores, lookin for various indoor/ outdoor plants usu. They all have a lil bit of a different variety, due to their vendors. This store has a large variety of plants to choose from. I love buying the rare & exclusive types they have available. Since they often get stock, youll have to come in at least twice a wk. Even if I dont find what Im lookin for, Im happy to have seen the beautiful plants, trees, & other certain stock that newly arrived. Definitely shop this store. I highly recommend esp since spring season is bringing plenty of beautiful blooms.

Dont do curbside pickup.....they took forever, I had to go inside after checking in and waiting for 30 minutes.

Give 2 star people not willing to help and I buy expensive silicone dont work at all waist money and time to shop here

Tonight, I went to the store to purchase a washer. I waited for more than 25 minutes, waiting for the associate to come back. Mind you, he knew I was there, he told me he would get someone to come help me, but no one showed. Finally, an associate who worked in Paints, not even her department, ended up helping me out. Jessica, thank you so much for all of your help because I was really, really close to making a scene!! Anyways, I give my experience tonight a 1 star, but give Jessica 5 Stars!!

Miguel in plumbing is our go-to-guy. Knows his stuff and is always there to help ua with any project. My husband and I have been going to this HD for 7 years and Miguel was already working there. Hes informed and courteous. If Miguel doesnt know the answer, then youre probably asking the wrong questions.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♂️

I just update to five stars. Had an issues with Rheem Water heater. Manufacturer did not follow through on their end. Joshua the Manager heard my issue and got it resolved.

Staff are very friendly and helpful here, the complete opposite of the home depot in Alhambra. They everything neat and nice and a nice selection of power tools. They even had a very specific model recip saw i was searching for. Emphasis on staff friendliness. It makes all the difference when they are knowledgeable, friendly and polite.

Dont order online!!!!!Dont order site to store. It takes atleast 10 days. Just go with amazon and get it faster. Also their cancelation window is only 45 mins . Thats really anoying. 1 more thing you can notice is that the store will have the items yet they will wait 10 days to get you your order.

Had everything I needed. If you need to find someone to help you, head towards aisle 16 center. They seem to gravitate there while waiting to assist someone

Poor customer service.... virtually nonexistent.

Terrible customer service I had to wait an hour plus to get some item from the top shelves . Its very frustrating to watch as the guy with the forklift just sit and chat with his co-workers while people loose time waiting for people who can care less about their jobs.

I tried to place an order for a new refrigerator but no one was in the appliance area. I called for help three times and waited for almost 45 minutes before one employee finally showed up. She was not working in that area and her attitude showed that she was very reluctant to help. I finally gave up my order and switched to another Home Depot located on the intersection of Azusa St. and Badillo Ave. I was helped within minute over there and got my questions answered. My order was completed in 5 minutes. What a big difference between these two stores !!

Vinny greeted me with a smile. He helped me find the right accessories I needed to complete the job I was working on. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was a happy and satisfied customer. He made the experience at Home Depot extremely delightful. Outstanding service from an amazing employee. Should rewards be performed, Vinny is more than deserving. Thankk you Vinny!!!

Took about 45 minutes to get help in the construction/lumber department to get someone to cut some boards for me. The store didnt look too busy. I asked two employees and they said they would get someone, but no one ever came. I found the first employee that I asked in the appliance department and asked her if anyone was ever gonna come. 10 minutes later, someone finally comes. As dissatisfied as I was, I didnt express any of it at the employees. When the employee finally came to help, he seemed annoyed and quite rude.

I cannot believe that Home Depot would try to rent faulty equipment that is unsafe. They tried to rent us a tiller that had a faulty kill switch. They said when we were ready to rent it, oh yeah the kill switch on the handle doesnt work. You have to use the kill switch on the front of the tiller. How unsafe is that? While the engine is running go to the front of the machine to turn it off!

They have so much still for christmas!! Even have wipes!! Great visit today!#

Staff is very cool, they ran out of antibacterial wipes and I noticed a box at the top of the shelves . I asked this young lady at the returns counter for help before I knew it I had 2 associates getting the box down for me. Great job

Home depot is still my go to supplies store. Doing a Service Panel in the Baldwin Park area. Currently though they are out of 20amp circuit breakers. No Hone depots anywhere has them and supposedly they are on back order for 6weeks...wth.
