Laziness!! Im so disappointed. I asked for 2 bagels toasted. They were cold and NOT toasted. Asked for a Hazelnut Americano with 75% powder. Instead of measuring they completely omitted the hazelnut. Im glad this is not my neighborhood Coffee Bean.

I ordered a large ice coffee and a cheese cake at the drive through. I placed a bandana over my face and nose as the male who took my order advised that I will need to have a mask on at the window. Upon my arrival at the window the young lady seek if I had a mask. I stated “this banana is my mask”. She then called the manager over and ask him a question. The manager then stated they will not serve me with out a mask. He then shrugged his shoulders in an apathetic manner, and slammed the drive through window in my face. This was very upsetting as my face was properly covered by the bandana. We will no long be spending our money at this establishment.

Perfect customer service. Staff was celebrating Saint Patricks Day with green attire. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Very clean inside and out. Very good selection of drinks and good selection of snack foods. Service was quick.Will go again

Never have the food you want,or it isnt fresh Taste a few days old Rubbery bread,wilted spinach.Come on,Why pay full price for a soggy,rubbery sandwich.Right,every company needs moolah,but come on,paying full price for a week old sandwich.

One of my favorite places for coffee. I usually enjoy a caramel iced coffee with almond milk and light ice, paired with the double chocolate muffin. Great tasting coffee and breakfast items.

Went to the drive through was asked to wear a mask at the window. So I put on what I had a bandana covering my nose and mouth and they refused me service because the manager felt it was not and “appropriate” Or “legal” mask ?? At no time did they explain to me that I needed a specific grade or type of “mask” they just said no we won’t serve you and closed the window. This has to be illegal besides all the controversy behind face coverings and businesses I was WEARING ONE ! I will never go back there. I’m actually putting feelers out to see if I have any legal recourse.

This place is 👌! They always have the orders ready on time and accurate. If they ever have any issues they take responsibility and make it right. By far my favorite coffee bean 😁

I have to leave a positive review. The drinks are are pretty good but the service is what makes me come back. Today I was a difficult guest and they never made me feel like I was wasting their time nor did they give me attitude. I really appreciate that that they are always friendly.

I like the tea here and the blended drinksHowever, I do not like being reminded in the drive thru window to wear my maskI respect ur health as I respect mine. Starbucks never needs to remind me to cover my face. Other than that the staff can sometimes be ok. Not always as friendly as I would like especially if I am paying 6 dollars for coffee. But good location and fast service.

Prices are at the high end there, you cant hear the attendant to place an order, its next to the freeway, keep repeating the order, because she cant hear, very frustrating. Coffee is alright, wished I had went to Duncan Donuts 🍩 instead, not worth the money!!

Went in for the first time after a workout right across the gym and it was amazing!! Customer service was good and was given samples of teas to know which one I liked. Girl at the cashier knew her low calorie /no sugar drinks and helped me make a selection :) will be returning again!! Left my keys and also reminded me about them! Customers seem happy because the atmosphere is welcoming! Thank you!!

Don’t come here. Never coming back. My sister ordered a vanilla latte and 90% of the cup WAS ICE!!! It was her first time coming here. THIS RECIPE IS DUMB. We went to go complain and all we got was “this is the recipe” y’all better fix your recipe. When we went to go ask a worker someone named Jade was speechless, me too when I saw the AMOUNT OF ICE. MY SISTER TOOK TWO SIPS AND IT WAS DONE WITH. SHE PAID $5 FOR TWO SIPS OF COFFEE. This is ridiculous and customer service will definitely hear from us. I’m completely disappointed because the coffee tasted amazing. We didn’t even get another coffee or a refund. I hope something gets fixed here.

The experience today at this spot was very disappointing, because the barista was unfocused in take my order, we had to place the order for 3 times, and after that we had to wait for a long time for our order. But we were happy after the long time waiting, tasting our delicious beverages.

Great customer service, the girls were very sweet and got my order just right along with fantastic suggestions. Definitely one of my favorite coffee shops. Miriam helps me today and she was fantastic, very very friendly, brightens my day up for sure. Its always a pleasure coming into this coffee bean

My favorite Coffee Bean because it has a drive thru! I have a toddler, so it is a life saver. In addition, the employees are very friendly. The only negative is that it is hard to hear the speaker in the drive thru when there is a lot of freeway traffic on the 10.

Staff really knew their coffee! Awesome service. Im the one who ordered a small caramel ice blended with no whipped cream, no sugar added vanilla and only one pump of caramel (to lessen cals). Thank you guys for helping me out and being so patient with me. I forgot to ask the name of person who helped me ... Definitely coming back!

Nice place by the LA fitness on Garvey and francisquito ave. Theirs waba grill,Jersey Mikes and chipotle also. And for those of you who use L A Fitness in Baldwin Park area there putting in a 7-11 across the street and theres going to be a gas station there also Looks like a 12 pump station.

Im so glad these folks are in town! Way better coffee and no politics or agendas like that green premadonna place! Cheaper, better, more choices, whats not to love? Throw that nasty Starbucks cup in the garbage and Stop on by for great coffee today! Youll be impressed!

Very clean. I was instantly greeted by at least 3 workers and they were all very polite and worked well together. My coffee and bagel are fantastic too. Seems to me the drive thru must be where the real business is because the lobby was fairly quiet. Its a Wednesday though, so maybe everyone is off to work

Better tasting coffee than Starbucks, great service and has been my favorite coffee place since my first visit decades ago. This location in a quiet spot and has friendly staff.

I love Coffee Bean, especially their iced blended drinks. My favorite is the Malibu Dream. This location is great for the cool patio furniture including sofas!

Danielle or Daniella the girl in the front register was very rude and looked extremely annoyed while taking my order. I asked for a cookies & creme ice blended drink and just flat out said, we dont have cookies not even an apology. I ordered a decaf iced soy latte, which tasted nasty but i did not go back for a remake because I didnt want to deal with the girl working at the register.

Big location. Very clean and organized. Received immediate and friendly service from the staff!

Decent chain coffee shop. My dry cappuccino came in a 12oz mug, which was concerning, but it ended up having enough foam to not be a latte. Tastes similar to Starbucks or Caribou Coffee.

Drive thru is Way too loud, freeway is too close. Bad location!

Recently opened a few months ago, service has improved since opening but could be better. I always have to wait at the register to get someone to serve me. I understand you have a drive thru but your inshop customers should be your too priority. Other than that their coffee is great and pastries are always stocked

I used to be a Starbucks customer until I tried Coffee Bean. Ill travel the extra miles to get my favorite ice blend. I just wish there was also one in El Monte but thats fine. Quick drive thru serive for my guilty pleasure :) Love this place!

I really like Coffee Bean, but I think one of the baristas there didnt take my order seriously. I asked for soy milk in my latte because Im lactose intolerant. Instead, I ended up with a terrible stomach ache (and more) after drinking my coffee today. ***Non-dairy drinkers - think twice before you order from here; I know there are those who have it worse than me.
