Due to covid I could not go in. It was vast and empty. I was going to go inside and browse their selection. I settled on a gelato ice cream sandwich which was one of the few visual ads on their front door. A punch in my face and a small hole in my wallet for it. $10 in cash because their minimum card purchase is $20. But oh so deliciously sweet coconut.

Love this place. Their cakes are delicious and the service is great. my family loves their Birds Milk Cake, Ferrero Rocher and milk & berries cakes. They are always fresh, moist and perfect to satisfy our familys sweet tooth. We have tried their ice creams, cookies & desserts as well and they are just perfect. I am looking forward to ordering a custom cake from them one of these days.

This place is horrible the lady there at night is beyond rude. She complained because I used my keys to knock on her door. Instead of being respectful about she gave me the customer attitude. The only reason I used my keys is because they are always I.lm the back hanging out and I usually have to knock for 5 minutes just so I can get their attention so I used my keys to knock louder. I respectfully told her that I was there for an order and she completely ignored me and with attitude requested for me to not knock on her windows I said I was sorry about it and she said next time don’t be so blind and look at the door bell next to the door. But that door bell wasn’t there before it’s actually new. How do you come at a customer like that??? Let me teach you something. Next time say hello good evening for future references we now have a door bell that you can use. I would’ve been like okay awesome but no the lady came at me disrespectful. To top it off she wasn’t even wearing a mask. What a way to run a business imagine your cakes being made without them wearing a mask. You should take more precaution during this pandemic. I’m glad I didn’t take that cake and walked away. So unprofessional! I would rate this zero stars but it doesn’t have that option.

We love this place. Their pastries are delicious. We are kind of addicted to their croissants, Bombolonis, cannolis and cake slices. Always fresh and they are open late which is perfect for late night cravings.

The cakes taste too sweet and old. I wouldn’t eat it even if it was free. Don’t know what’s wrong with the chocolate covered strawberries. Maybe just bad quality chocolate and fruits, while charging like 5 dollars per piece??

I ordered my kids’s birthday cake and was very impressed with the quality of their cakes. So many guests told us it was the best cake they had ever had.

A true hidden gem in Baldwin park!I was planning a small gathering for my mothers birthday in April, amidst the beginning of the pandemic, and was looking for a bakery last minute that could make cake for her. LB Cake Stop was able to take my order and ended up producing one of the the prettiest and most delicious cakes I have ever had outside of my wedding cake. To my surprise, and after a few questions we decided to do a German Chocolate cake designed in the shape of a sunflower. My moms jaw hit the floor when she saw it as this is her favorite flower/color. There was so much detail in the design and the cake was delicious.Although they have been preoccupied by what is going on back in their country we are praying for you and wish for you the best. We hope to have them do a cake for my daughters birthday but undoubtedly will be a long standing customer.

I love this bakery. Its a one stop shop for me. What I love the most about this place is that they treat you like family. They know me and my girls by our names, and always treat us some unique Armenian Food. Their cakes are very fresh and after we had their cakes we have not bought cakes from anywhere else. We love their tiramisu cake and the girls love the strawberry shortcake. We also tried their bird milk and its a very unique kind of a cake that we have never had before this bakery. I love that this place is local, and time to time we also get food from them. They recently added an entire gift section to their shop which is perfect because you can buy everything from one stop - Im not a mall person so this makes me very happy.

Just now we picked up our favorite fruit tarts and napoleon from here and we all went into sweet Coma. It was delicious as always. Thank LB & Family.

I first had a bite of LB CAKE STOPs cakes at a company meeting that our manager brought for us and had to visit them after that. This shop is such a cute little place to visit. My daughters always have a blast every time I take them there - they love the macarons (the rose flavor) their sugarfina candy selection and their beautiful and delicious desserts. Their honey cake and Tiramisu cups are our favorite and we tend to always get the same dessert because theyre just so good no need to try others :) I just ordered a profiterole Christmas Tree and am excited to have their desserts for our family Christmas party. If you have not tried their cakes or desserts yet, you are missing out.

Placing an order over the phone was basically impossible. I called 3 times. Coworker called twice. Boss called once as well. Six calls and still had trouble ordering. Got hung up on twice. One call they said they’d call back. One call they said they’d text us back. Never took payment or even confirmed the order. Never even finished placing the full order, I barely got to mentioned one of the two cakes we wanted. Then they randomly texted us saying the cake was ready when we never even knew if the order was placed or not. (Plus it was ready AFTER we had already gone home for the day)Confusing and frustrating experience.Since I never actually got a cake I can’t comment on the quality of them. I can only say that trying to order two cakes was an impossible task.Update......I normally don’t post reviews (2 total to date) so I did not see the response from the owner.If I could go lower then 1 star I would. How dare you accuse me of being a liar. Or not a real customer. I still remember that day very well. I remember my coworkers and I in disbelief over the struggles to just order a cake. So much so, that my boss called and tried ordering because he didn’t believe us when we told him how difficult it was. He wasn’t able to place an order either!!! We also specified, or at least tried, to specify when we needed it by. You did call us, AFTER WE WENT HOME FOR THE DAY. So of course we ignored your call. We no longer needed it. Horrible customer service. And reading the owners response just confirms what I knew all along, she does not know how to interact with customers. And there are other reviews stating the same thing.Customer service still gets 1 star!And just a reminder to those reading this, I never tried the cake so don’t know the quality. I just know you won’t be treated right!! The owner is very rude!

I bought a tiramisu cup, tres leches cup and a creme brulee and they were overpriced and a disappointed. The tiramisu and tres leches had 2 or 3 pieces of the cake and 90% was a cream like substance not good at all. The creme brulee tasted ok but the sugar wasnt torched. Expensive and not worth it at all!

I came in looking for birthday cake very last minute and was delighted to see a wide variety to choose from. The chocolate fudge looked too good to pass up and I was not disappointed, it was just as delicious as it was beautiful. Im glad to support a family run business that pours love into their product.

Horrible experience!! Prices are ridiculously high!! They don’t tell you this; Be careful when leaving a “consultation deposit $ “ because you won’t get your money back if you don’t end up buying from them. The deposit they ask for upfront is a way of them making money using false justification! One lady is a bad communicator and the other is definitely NOT a people’s person!! I don’t recommend this place!

We live in IL and my wife makes cookies and other sweets for family or to give away to the neighbors and she bought some supplies from this place. With her shipment they included a box of stroopwaffles that ended up in my hands as the wife was happy with just her supplies. Let me tell you that Ive never had stroopwaffles that tasted that good. They tasted like the homemade stroops my grandma used to make. I called them today to have them ship me some more of those and ended up with some other interesting cookies. Cant wait to get my cookies now. Wish they were local as now I have to wait until Monday for my stroops to be shipped and few more days after that till I get my hands on it.

I bought my nieces Quince Cake and desserts from this bakery 3 years ago, and havent had any other special occasions to go back since than. I dont remember who was it that helped me years ago with my order, but she was very patient with my niece changing the cake design 3 times, and she was very helpful on the day of the event. We hired them to do the backdrop and decorations also, and everyone loved everything. Being quarantined at home i noticed they were on UberEats, so I ordered some pastries - Tiramisu, Cannoli & creme brule and they were all very tasty. I dont know why i thought they were special occasion cakes, but apparently they do regular pastries and cakes when you just have a sweet tooth. Their Creme brule is out of this world delicious. Today I noticed they have food on their menu also, and they all look soooo good - I sure will be ordering food from them soon.

I found LB Cake Stop On UberEats just recently and have ordered from them 3 times already. Ive never been in the store before, nor heard of them before, but thats because I dont really like sweets. On April 9 it was my nieces sweet 16, and I was looking to send her a cake or desserts, and remembered seeing this bakery on UberEats. I called in to see if they could do something pretty for me and the lady who helped me gave me ideas, suggested I get some candles, balloons, birthday card and a small gift that she wrapped for me. This was a one stop shop for me during Quarantine, and within 2 hours they delivered it to my niece in La Puente. I was very happy for all the attention to everything this bakery gave, and my niece and sister kept on telling me how delicious their Ferrero Rocher cake was. For Easter I ordered a box of desserts from UberEats and OMG, now I regret for not liking sweets before. Their desserts are not to sweet, theyre very moist and you can tell theyre super fresh. Their cheesecake is so creamy i had the whole thing in under a minute. Just now I ordered some food from them - Garlic Fries, Bread and hummus. Theyre soooo good. Bread is still warm when arrived, and smelled so good. My kids loved the bread and the fries, so hummus is just for me. I suggest this place and cant wait for quarantine to be over so i can visit this bakery and see what else they got.

Went to order cake on a Monday/spoke with a young lady who offered options and ideas. Great ideas and the price fit wonderfully. Picked up cake on Saturday,Feb.23rd. Had a great time and caktwas beautiful and delicious. Very, very GOOD. Highly recommended to ALL.

I love LB CAKE STOP. Ive been buying from them past 1 year, and they always go above my expectations. Just last weekend they made a beautiful Baby Shower cake that I purchased for my friend who is expecting a baby girl. Liliya suggested her version of the strawberry shortcake, and I am so thankful for the suggestion since I had no idea what flavor to get. Not even a crumble was left from the cake, but Im not that surprised anymore, because thats been the case with all of our cakes from them. Outside of the unique and creative designs, their friendly customer service, the extra attention to details, they are one of the sweetest family owned local businesses we have here in Baldwin Park. Anything Ive asked for them to make for me they have done it even more beautifully than I expected. Please LB, dont ever leave Baldwin Park and thank you for all the beautiful cakes you make for our parties.

LB Cake Stop is the Best of the Best. They always make the cakes for all of our celebrations. They are very creative and pleasant to work with. LB Cake Stop has been my go to bakery since I did a wine and cake decorating with them in August. They did a great job hosting my 25th birthday party with my girls while sipping on wine, enjoying their delicious dips and decorating a mini cake with the girls. Liliya was an amazing host and made my day very memorable. They even gave us a complementary cheese board. Since than I’ve gone back to purchase 3 cakes and just now walked out with delicious gelatos to take home. Their prices are reasonable and their service is exceptional. I’m a happy forever customer. Thanks guys and keep up the great job you do.

Omg first off let’s just say we use to get our cakes from Sams club & then stopped because they started making them a little to mushy! So we heard about this cake shop & ITS THE BEST!! I just purchase a beautiful cake here las Saturday for my nieces birthday don’t get me wrong it was a beautiful cake but when I got to cut the cake the red frosting on the cake was the worst thing I have ever try since I pay a really high price on it I though it was gonna be worth it but made the biggest mistake ever on purchasing a cake here I will never going to order cakes here. Do not recommend at all I posted a picture of the cake witch I pay $103 dollars for it it’s a beautiful Elena princess cake but the taste of it was so disgusting.

Decided to check out the cake shop really nice cakes but way too over priced ! I payed almost 200$ and my cake started to melt within 2 hours of being out of the refrigerator the next day! i dont know if it had alot of fondent but my guests really didnt enjoy the cake awsome designs dont get me wrong but dissaponted
