I purchase seven trumpet vases from Vase Market. I give them two stars for the excellent packaging skills. Someone made a box to fix all seven vases. The vases are sold in cases of six. The vases are not as described. I only received one vase with the correct rim thickness. I also received a vase that was shorter by 5/8 So the quality control by the manufacture is not good. They are very light because the glass is not thick. If this is for a one time use like a wedding you are fine. But I am a decorator and I have high standards.

So far so good! We have not received our items yet, but only ordered about 30 minutes ago and have already received notification that the items have been shipped. Well done! Also really appreciate the ease of getting wholesale prices when ordering in bulk. Shipping prices are a bit expensive which takes the cost per item back in the other direction, but thats what happens when you ship heavy items - thats no fault of the seller. They do offer free in-store pickup, even for their wholesale orders.We will update this review if there is a change from first impressions.

I had a very poor experience with a seller from amazon after needing to order more vase fillers for the centerpieces for my wedding. I found Vase Market sold the same product. I emailed them my concerns and they were very prompt with their response assuring me I would receive the right product in the right color. I received my product on time, even earlier than expected. It was everything I wanted and it will be perfect for my wedding! I will be using them again for other needs!

Its not remarkable on the outside, but inside they have a really neat showroom. Very accessible and youre free to walk around and browse. Its nice. Pick-up is easy and accommodating and the bulk pricing is excellent

Get these lovely planters at a great bulk price plus a discount for checking in on yelp. Really pleased with the quality of the product. Theyve got a LOT of different types of vases, mostly glass, but pretty much anything you might need for a wedding including LED lights and table scatters. They will match the lowest price you find online, so be sure to do some research before you go to pick up!

After looking around for vases this was the best deal. I bought 20 pilsner vases for my wedding. At first I was a bit sketched out because it seemed too good to be true, but they came in great condition and nicely packaged. I also saved on delivery by picking them up myself.

I ordered 20 20in cylinder vases. I absolutely love them!!!! I looked around quite a bit and these were the cheapest. They are pretty thick. Great quality!!!!I thought the shipping was a bit to much but when I received them I can see why they charge so much. Not one single vase was broken or damaged, they were very carefully packaged! I will be ordering again!

I normally order from a store in San Diego but ran across Vase Market. I really like their unique pieces, selection and that they gave quantity discounts. I had an issue with a couple of the pieces and they VERY QUICKLY took care of the issue. This made me so happy, especially since the San Diego vendor took what felt like forever to deal with issues and defects. I have already suggested to other friends.I will be doing a party next week, if I am able to post those pictures I sure will. My goal is that my client is completely delighted with this beautiful look of candlelight as I am sure she will be.Already have more in my cart for my next order! I love the selection!!

Ordered two extra wide cylindrical vases online and was afraid that they would maybe break in the mail, but they were wrapped well and arrived quickly. There are a few very small imperfections, but for the price they are high quality!

Have ordered twice from Vase Market. First time, the shipping box came open and I received about half of the order. They quickly and hassle free replaced the missing part of the order....The 2nd order was for about 50 pounds of glass stones, which arrived in 2 boxes. Unfortunately, both were the wrong color. Again, they quickly shipped the correct order. While certainly a pain to have to get things fixed, Ill give them five stars for the great customer service.PS: the Stones are wonderful.

I was so happy to receive my box of vases in a timely manner. I opened a couple and all was in order. When the florist opened the remaining boxes of vases, three were broken. I purchased ahead of time for an August wedding but didnt realize there was a 15 day return/exchange/refund policy. I am not happy that now I need to purchase 3 not matching vases for my daughters wedding...

I found this business from Yelp and I was surprised that they have all the vases that I need for my cousins wedding and locates near me. The person answered the phone patiently showed me the direction how to get there from my house (East LA area).I am giving Vase Market a high rating because the sales rep that I worked with is so helpful and friendly. He answered all our questions perfectly. He just knew their products so well. We spent at least one hour picking our vases. We just cant help it. They have so many vases that we love and price is not expensive at all. The rep even gave us a discount since we bought more than 50 pieces centerpieces and some vase filler for the wedding.

Two large rectangular vases arrived safe and sound. These were a great price-I was replacing broken ones-and they arrived well packed which is not always easy to do. Thanks again!

I typically don’t write reviews but felt compelled because this company has terrible customer service. Do not purchase vases from vase market. The liner supplied with our boxes leaked and ended up ruining $400 worth of flowers. When I contacted customer service they did not resolve the issue, but also blamed me for not calling them to make sure their vases/liners held water appropriately before I purchased them. Do not waste your time or money.

Showed up on time, packaging needed to be better, shipping label was upside down and one of the vases broken. Should definitely order a couple extras in case of breakage.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I had chosen ground shipping for my order, then I got a call saying they would like to delivery the shipment by freight and someone would need to be home to sign for - which I confirmed was fine. A few days later the freight company said they cannot bring the items to my door and someone would have to be there to unload the truck, as this was not disclosed to me that it would not deliver to my front door I requested a change of address. Then I got a call from Vase Market charging me for a change of address, I mentioned my frustration that there was a lack of communication and that I had requested ground shipping and I did not feel like i should have to pay for the $30 difference after already paying $145 in shipping charges. The manager Nefertiti went on to tell me it was not her problem and that she can cancel the order. I asked for either a change of address or to change to the lift option that delivers in to your front door. There was no budging and they would not even admit that it was a poor line of communication. Nothing is more frustrating than feel like you are talking to a brick wall and when a company does not take accountability for a mistake.Now the goods have been received and 5 vases are shattered.

Not a spectacular looking place on the outside, but inside, they have a big showroom with lots and lots of different vases. My partner and I are glad to have found the vases we needed at Vase Market at a reasonable price.

Order was exactly as I expected. Color of fire ring glass was prefect.
