Bought several thousand dollars with of craftsman light fixtures from Arroyo. The porch wall sconces were too large for the available space so we wanted to return them and get a smaller version. Arroyo would not take them back - no returns. They also wont talk directly to you. When I tried to talk to them they sent a nastygram to the local retailer I purchased them through. By contrast I ordered our kitchen and dining room fixtures from Mission Studio. When we got them, the stained glass had some auburn tones that my wife didnt like. They were made correctly, we just misjudged on the glass color we ordered. Jesse at Mission offered to take all eleven lanterns back and remake them with a different stained glass for what that glass color would have originally cost - a total of $400. That covered remaking all eleven lanterns and they even paid for shipping the old lanterns back and the new lanterns out. Dont shop at Arroyo. Call Mission Studio.
