Wel lets see first off there servise in maine for data is the best better then att better then verizon but they lied 2 times to me i spent 900 on my unlocked s9 from amazon so no extra charges and i got the unlimited 60 dollar card but 2 monthes in a row the bill was 110 then 85 60 is already more then straight talk i figured that would of been enough so i canceled

I went into the Broadway Bangor store yesterday. A gentleman named Ben came to assist me. I told him the issues going on with my phone. I had just paid my phone bill and my phone was going incredibly slow. He punched on the keyboard looked at me and said well I dont know what else to do. I cant just magically make it go faster I chuckled and left. He was extremely rude. Did not do any trouble shooting or even ask another co-worker or call the technical department. I ended up calling the customer service line myself and they FIXED the problem. The guy who had helped on the phone said that the gentleman working should of called instead of me calling. Not the greatest customer service. Other than typing numbers on the computer he never once looked at my phoneNever tried restarting my account or to see if my data was refreshed. I wish I have gotten the man on the phones name because he was amazing.

3 Things you should know if you just moved to Maine:1. Ive had AT&T, Verizon and US Cellular. US Cellular is the only one that works well up here.2. Not all US Cellular stores are created equal. Central Maine Wireless is the best. Ive been with them for 4 years and 5 different phones. I do have a tendency to be hard on my phones. My last switch over I got a lemon. Central Maine Wireless was wonderful. They didnt give me a hard time, they just helped get a new phone. This was particularly great, because I was going on vacation and their 30-Day equipment switch-out period was almost up.3. Yes, everyone there is great, but Paul is the best! If you’d like to get the best customer service, go to Central Maine Wireless (and see Paul if he’s available)!

We have had several experiences with Central Maine Wireless, and all have been beyond positive. The staff there is so knowledgeable, and friendly. The best part about doing business there, is you always have a friend in the business. If you ever have an issue with your account, or with your equipment, you can just reach out to them, and they will help you. No need to call the 800 numbers, and wait on hold for hours-the team at Central Maine Wireless will help you out immediately. We highly recommend doing business with them.

I was previously with a different carrier, any time I needed to make changes to my plan it often meant long lines and speaking with someone who rather be elsewhere. Not at Central Maine Wireless! On both occasions that I needed assistance I was promptly greeted by Paul, he answered my questions and promptly fixed my issue. Keep up the good work!

Terrible customer service! Went here to get a new plan/ phone.. a young lady was being trained by another women, who made the young lady in training feel awful about making a mistake.. The woman who was training this girl, was extremely rude, never mad the eye contact with me when I was asking questions (which in my opinion is very disrespectful) she had the trainee girl on edge. This made her pretty distracted and pretty rude to me. Even though I was telling her take your time, your doing great. In attempt to maybe, possibly brighten her up a little.Lack of information was provided. The woman Training the young lady was EXTREMELY impersonable, rude, unprofessional, and the tension was awful.. sales ID was (irobinson) which Im assuming was the young lady that was training. Not the woman that was. Training. The two other people that were with me, also had a terrible customer service experience. With a man they worked with. Im sure not ALL employees are this way. But I Will definitely be going to a different location to purchase my plans/phones!

Love my phone but forget about customer service here. When i paid my bill at verzion they had a dedicated greeter at the door to help the quick customers so they wouldnt have to wait, not the case with us cellular... you wont even be acknowledged or glanced at until its your turn which seems to always be about 30-40 mins after you arrive.

You get messages on your phone from US Cellular saying you have A rating for being such a good customer and then you get there and find out that they want to screw you bad. There phones suck and stop working before the year is over. I will take a different provider. I might try Verizons service as aI am very disappointed.

This was the most unfulfilling and BS cell phone store experience in all my life. Libby Scott is absolutely the most useless and dis-informed, manager? Everything she told me turned out to be lies. Please know this, US Cellular may have the best signal out of any other carrier up here, but, Their In-town Brick and mortar is just plain interfering with the publics ability to choose anything else but signing a contract. Problems with devices or hardware issues, and connectivity with other carriers phones, or even un-ocked ones, these real people just plain Stink. The one dude with the skinny slacks is helpful to a point. Read forums and educate yourselves.

This was by far the most unsatisfying and useless cell phone experience I have had. I was forced to have my local US Cellular store call to tell the Bangor workers how to do their jobs. It took 5 total trips into the store, 3 Apple representative agents, and 3 calls to my local US Cellular to get the job done. Absolutely useless. Get it together, Bangor Bullshit Store.
