Shopping for nerf guns

This place is always a mad house. Kids are always going crazy in toy stores. I can never find what I go in looking for. I have to circle the store multiple times and than try to find s worker. That takes another few times around the store. Once you give up with that you have to try and ask someone at the register. They never gave adequate number of employes working. This store us definitely over priced and is very hard for anyone on a budget to try and afford anything. I know its very crowded and not very organized with product placement. Every once in awhile you do come across a sale worth getting. But its definitely a hit or miss.

I love this toys r us. I have been coming here since i was very little. So sad that its closing. There is usually a wait at the registers. But thats all. I will miss it.

I loved walking around and looking at the toys, they definitely had a wide selection, the employees were great.Three stars because a lot of things are marked the wrong price (got things for less than they were marked for), and things werent in the right place kinda of scattered everywhere.

Unfortunately this store is going out of business. Products are going fast so the pickings are becoming slim. Staff is friendly. The inside definitely could use a remodel.

The store was a little of a mess. A lot of items not priced and cashier was kinda weird. We did get help finding an item but took a bit to fins someone.

Wall to wall toys, floor to ceiling. Most anything you can imagine in all colors. Youre going to pay a premium over a simple Google or Amazon search. All the popular brands and trends are represented, and in good stock. The aisle are a bit cramped especially during a sale. Nobody seems to be in a hurry so sit back and relax, reminisce about the games and toys you had when you were a kid and wander the isles. Maybe even play with a few.

Lots of toys! Great place to run kids around. This one was very clean and well organized.

Love the price matching policy! Saved almost 40 dollars and got a free boogie board! My grandson is going to love it!

Always cleans and well stocked. We can always find a great gift for the kids!

Sad to see TRU go away for good. My last visit to satisfy childhood memories. #neverforgetTRU

Store is closing. Discounts are on overpriced merchandise as it is.. Averaging 10% on everything right now. Some items are 30%. But, there are better deals on Amazon with free 2day shipping.

As a kid i always wanted to go in. As an adult with a child of my own I briught her in and there just is nothing for them to touch..

Although there were plenty of employees standing doing nothing one couldnt be troubled to greet you as you entered the store. Ironically, we were acknowledged as we were leaving the store.

I loved shopping here when my kids were little but its been 20 years and i am now just having grandbabys and i hear they are closing

The Manager was super helpful and friendly. Toysrus does not have smart carts for people with disabilities. I needed one due to spinal issues and I cant walk very far without pain. When I asked the manager if they had a smart carts he explained that Toysrus will not buy them for the stores, but he had purchased (out of his pocket) a second hand wheelchair just for this issue. He sent someone to get it out the back and BOOM I was off shopping to buy a b-day gift for my grandson. The manager also explained a Hot wheels sales to us when he seen us looking at them. Everyone we encountered there was amazing!

Toys r us is a wonderful place, they have well stocked shelfs and everything is in precise place.

Just picked up an online order and the staff was very helpful with loading it into the truck, definitely recommend this store

Great to toy store! Besides having events for the kids they have just about anything you could be looking for when it comes to toys!

Best toy store in Bangor for selection although the prices are higher if you can find the same thing in other stores.

Overpriced on many items. This store is very depressing as an adult, I remember it being so magical as a child now its dirty and run down

Was able to find exactly what I wanted, was in and out quickly, and friendly staff.

OK why is this store closing. it had friendly staff and is the only Toy Store around. From what the store told me when it opened, it opened around when Little Mermaid, National Lampoons christmas Vacation and BAck to the Future 2 came out! I can tell they havent changed the aisles since it opened.

Quite disappointing. Each time we come here, which is now less and less, there are always things that dont have correct pricing and/or dont match the sales. When brought to any of the cashiers attention they make you feel foolish and we end up holding up a line. Then waste more time at customer service as they correct it. Seldom do they know where their items are in the store and often just point and tell you an isle which often turns out to be the wrong isle. I could go on with list of problems. It is a huge part of the reason why more and more just shop online or at places where this doesnt happen as frequently. Just left, over paid again and didnt have time to stand and wait in line for them to fix it. Very dissatisfied.

Your average location. A bit on the old side and could use a refresh - but thats all of their locations. Lots of selection though.

Came in on a Wednesday afternoon last week. Store was quite empty.A bit overpriced but cashier was very kind and helpful.

Beautiful store. Loaded with goodies for kids of all ages.

Store has not been clean or staffed well for awhile now. Staff seems to have chips on their shoulders and not very helpful to unknowing adulds about toys & games and children do not get the welcome & attention they used to, especially for their birthdays. It should always be about the kiddos.

My it was awful,, my son found way to many toys and I fell three times climbing up the shelves getting away from Pokemon and one worker pushed me in a cart threw the Lego isle and then spit on me and told me I look funny my girlfriend was slapped three times by a monkey in the baby section and I hardly got out with my life someone threw a basket ball at my son and I still cant find him and my friend LARRY is still in there looking for my son we broke he he in bike isle but I dont know,, I was also beet with a dino pool toy ...all in all had a wonder full time,, any one finds LARRY let me know

Shame it will be gone soon, everything In the store 60 percent off, be prepared for a bit of chaos, employees are working hard at the cash registers hard to find somebody to help you in the store at this point, going to miss this store!

Friendly staff but often very slow. Outside of the building looks dated but the inside is a standard small toys r us.

Everything is supposedly marked down but the prices are outrageous. Dont expect to save anything.
