I was running behind, so I called the store in advance for a product check. I asked them if they would let me in if I got there a minute or two before 6pm when they closed. They said yes as long as I got there before 6. I got a great parking spot and rushed to the door. It was locked. The girl at the register firmly told me they were closed. My eyes pleaded but no way. I walked back to my car and checked the time on my cell. It was 6:01pm when I got to my car. Im offended. They probably knew I was the phone call they just received a few minutes earlier. I feel they locked the door 1 or 2 minutes before 6 based on the time I got back to my car. Very poor customer service. Better for me to go to the store in Yucaipa.
This is a great place they really had more items. It was for everyone. Nice and very helpful and friendly staff.
Worst service. Nothing but attitude from employee over the phone. Apparently they dont know how to write down names for orders.
