I ordered a Halloween costume from this company. I got it in time for Halloween and loved it. I did try to call to get tracking and was on hold for awhile, but hey............. its a costume company. Halloween has got to be crazy for them! Anyway, I was pleased, and ended up ordering some Christmas costumes as well. Got them within 3 days from when I ordered. I see that they have a lot of pool stuff too. I will be checking out this for my pool!

Do not buy from this company I am so angry after reading all the same situations happening to multiple people Im considering a class action lawsuit. Item did not arrive and I paid for two day shipping no tracking number cant leave a voicemail their mailbox is full. My group theme costume is ruined

Brands on Sale is a deplorable company. They treat their employees poorly, regularly violate OSHA workplace safety standards, and willfully engage in trademark infringement and counterfeiting.Do not do business with them. Also ignore the review by Jen A. Jen A is an employee that works for Brands on Sale known as Jenell Abate. Any enthusiastic positive reviews of this business are typically left by employees or management who are seeking to fix their reputation.The owners of this business are repugnant narcissists. Vote with your wallets and take your business elsewhere, and youll receive better customer service.

I am horribly disappointed with the service this company provides. I ordered my sons costume on Oct. 6th. The ninth day, we called and talked to a representative that stated the costume was damaged and returned to the manufacturer. No notification, no e mail, no call to the number we provided. They said they had issued a refund, but it sure wasnt to us! Buyer Beware!After looking into other interactions customers have had with this company, I see ours isnt an isolated case. Dont waste your money here!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.This odious company allowed me to select and pay for a costume, only to inform me almost a week later that they do not have it and must cancel the order.Thanks, scamming website that collects information but does not deliver; many reviews reflect just how awful they are. Too bad I gave them a try. Dont let them disappoint you! Brandsonsale (ScamsforFree, more like), obviously needs to match inventory up with what they have for sale. Not that they will, as they are total SCAMMERS, and dont even have what they claim to be selling. ZERO satisfaction.Keep in mind that every positive review must be written by them, they are all dull, generic reviews and I dont believe there is anything good about these abysmal sellers.

I wish I could give them a lower rating. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I submitted an order on 10/22 for a wig. I never got a confirmation email (yes I checked my spam and trash), so I tried calling them to confirm the order, I was on hold for 25 minutes and gave up and tried again later. For over a week I tried calling them, I called about 8 different numbers found over the internet and none of them worked. I tried emailing the contact us option they have on their website and that didnt work, said it was not an active web page. Also on 10/23 the deduction was pending from my account so I did start to worry about fraud. So trying to be creative I called Amazon because they sold Brands on Sale merchandise, thinking they might have another number, Amazon couldnt get a hold of them either and they tried for three days. At this point I called my bank and closed my credit card and put in a claim for the purchase. My bank tried calling them and couldnt get a hold of anyone all they got was a busy signal. So now I am out $35 and no credit card for emergencies. I ordered another wig through Amazon with Costume City Wigs, I called them and they answered! shipped out the same day, got a confirmation, felt a lot better. Until I came home from work today, what was in the mail but the wig i ordered from Brands on Sale! So I called them, not too happy as you can imagine, and was on hold for about 20 minutes. Someone finally picked up, I apologized upfront to this girl who got my phone call because I was not a happy customer, I demanded a full refund, no restocking fee, and a return label sent to me. Long story short, they dont accept returns Oct 1st to Oct 31st, they would not refund me because the order went through correctly, and the only excuse I got was your order confirmation must have gone to spam.. No it didnt I checked. I am so upset that I have to support their business and will never use them again. Luckily Costume City Wigs does accept returns so I will be able to return that wig, and will use them in the future. Not sure what happens with my bank since I put in a claim that is going to look like it went through alright. I hope this helps others before they decide to order with Brands on Sale.

I ordered a Halloween costume on 10/21/14 with standard shipping, which was annotated up to 7 business days on the website, meaning my costume should have arrived by 10/30/2014. After placing my order that day, I received nothing except a receipt for my order. I called the company on 10/28/2014 and waited on hold for 15 minutes; I then discovered that my order had not been imported according to the service rep, but that she would keep an eye out for it, and make sure it [shipped] that night. The next day, I had an expected delivery date according to Fedex of 11/01/2014. After being on hold a combined 60 minutes or so throughout the day, I was assured by a few reps that it would probably arrive on time since shipping to my destination typically only takes 2 days. Finally, yesterday, after another combined 60 minutes or so on hold, I was able to speak to the supervisor, who told me she would either a) upgrade my original order to arrive by 10:30am on 10/31/14 or would b) had Fedex return that order but ship my costume anew with priority overnight so that it would arrive by 10:30am. At 10:30am today, my costume still had not been delivered. I called the supervisor again asking where my costume was; when she looked at the order, she apologized, as it had been shipped regular overnight rather than priority overnight. I would have given Brands on Sale 1 star, but at least the supervisor tried to help. I will never order anything from here again and I wont be recommending it to anyone.
