We were having pressure issues in our home. It was driving us nuts, if you were showering you prayed no one flushed the toilet. My husband and I were thinking of every kind of possibility it could be, and what we would do depending on the cost.The gentleman (sorry I forgot his name) was on time and went straight to figuring out the problem. Turned out our switch on our pressure tank was bad, and the pressure tank was below the psi needed. He also recommended a different filter as we have very Sandy soil. He was so nice and answered all the questions I had.I could not be happier!!! My husband is so thrilled of the pressure we have now he bought me a new shower head! Lol it’s the little things in life. Awesome A+++++ company. Karl was exceptional and so knowledgeable. We have called them for furnace tune ups and just recently when the tornado hit our hot water tank pilot light blew out....could not get it to light..they came..same day..and no gouging of the price!!!! I cannot tell you how kind and compassionate they are; and made me feel safe again. Their employees are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and very kind hearted people. I cant say thank you enough and would recommend them above any others!

I have used Terrytown exclusively for the best ten years. They are ALWAYS on time. The technicians are friendly, fast, and professional. After having dealt with another area plumber and finding them sorely lacking in all areas, Ill never use anyone else.

Im not sure if they dont know how an answering machine works or what, but they NEVER return calls or messages. Theyve got a nice Facebook page and they keep it updated but apparently its not possible to actually contact them for anything. Other reviews suggest similar experiences with bills, which is even worse than just wanting to get in touch. Seems like a place to avoid. Great work can be completely ruined by awful customer service.

We’ve had Terrytown do a number of things from replacing a leaking pipe in the kitchen to capping a gas line, and the man who comes out is so professional and so knowledgeable, that we never have anymore problems with the stuff once he fixes it. He is friendly and understands the problems quickly. I highly recommend Terrytown.

Troy was the one who looked at my Water Heater and he did a great job finding all issues with it. First time calling a plumber, glad I called Terrytown.

Such poor customer service! We had a water heater installed a few weeks ago, and just received the bill. Because the bill had not been broken down on the statement, we called to ask if we could have it broken down. Mind you, over the phone would have been sufficient. However, the woman that we talked to stated I could break it down for you, but it is still going to be the same. It was explained to her that we understood. However she wasnt even able to do that without being rude. We asked if they just put $1,200.00 water heaters in without consulting prices with their customers. To which she replied Well did you ask? We stated that we didnt ask because we thought we would have been given an estimate. She stated Well, if you dont ask then you must not care about the price. We do not install cheap water heaters. She was very rude and chuckled while saying well I dont know what you want us to do about it. There were two men who insutled the water heater, and we were charged for three hours of labor. They were here for a grand total of 56minutes (yes, I was here the whole time, and yes, I counted. Also I thought the prices had already need discussed) So paying for three hours should not have been what we were charged. I am so unsatisfied with this business, and will not recommend to any friends or family.

I would rate them 10 stars if I could. What an amazing customer service.We have used Terrytown Pluming in the past for some repairs and they did a great job. Today however they provided above and beyond customer service and I dont think I can express of how Thankful I am for what they did. Last night my water heater started making some scary sounds and it looked like it was about to explode( literally). Since it was late I decided to unplugged it and even though I could smell some gas the carbon monoxide detector did not go off and after I aired out the house I decided I will deal with it in the morning. In the morning I made a call to couple places and everyone was too busy. Terrytown was third option on my google search so I call them and the lady that answers the phone stated that their next available appointment was a week away. I then asked her if its safe to have an unplugged water heater in the house. She immediately offered to transfer me to the technician to answer my question. The gentleman( I believe his name was Gary) stated that even though they are booked all they he will send technician over to make sure that there is no gas leak and that we will be safe until we get it fixed.Technician Pat arrived at my house not even an hour later and after testing the water heater he stated that the heater was about to explode and it needed to be replaced. He immediately made a call to ask for a new water heather to be delivered so he can install it. New water heather was installed and I cant even express of how thankful I am for Pat and entire team at Terrytown for everything they did for me and my family. My husband is gone for a couple of weeks of an army training and with not having enough knowledge about this kind of stuff and I was worried that my son and I could get carbon monoxide poisoning.Terrytown Plumbing will always be our go to company and I will refer your services to family, friends and everyone I know. THANK YOU!!!

I definitely recommend them. Removed old well, replaced with new well & laid pipe etc. They explained everything they would do and why (including why they preferred a particular well drilling company). They gave me timelines and kept to them which helped immensely when dealing with my dog (dog has kennel issues). And they came back after the soil settled and leveled out the ground which was also hugely appreciated.

Even though I didnt end up ordering my part through Terrytown Plumbing this time. Nancy was incredibly polite and pleasant and Candys ability to understand my request and speedy answers have ensured that any of my future plumbing or heating services, Terrytown will be my first call. Great work but horrible accounting and rude over the phone!! The plumber that arrived to the house was on time and did great work! The accounting or who ever answers the phones in Baraboo is extremely rude and they are not organized. I called and left a message trying to pay the bill and left a message but received no call back. So I called back in and had to argue with this woman on the phone about not having me on record and not receiving a message And I needed the invoice number that I mentioned in the message. All to find out they just spelled my name wrong and could look up the account off of my address.... I will NEVER work with this company again just out of pure resentment of that woman!!!!!!!!!

Called to have furnace and in-floor heating serviced after recent home purchase. Furnace was cleaned and filter changed, parts ordered. In floor heating was found to be damaged and parts were ordered. New parts arrived and were installed. In-floor heating was not cooperating but Karl with Terrytown made several trips back to my home to get the issue fixed, including working with the products manufacturer on troubleshooting. The system has once again stopped working while we were billed for the additional service calls to get the unit working. I argue that we should not be billed for these service calls since most companies stand behind their work; but not so with Terrytown. They agreed to cut the bills for the additional service calls in half; but that is it. I paid the bills and will take my business elsewhere to service providers that will stand behind their work. Ive no interest in calling for a sixth visit to our house if I will be billed for each visit only to have my equipment still not operating.

They charge you when they dont even show up and ignore all your calls. Sent bill for not even touching a tool or doing a singke thing and then ruined credit by sending this bill to collections. They ignore all phone calls.....YOU WERE WARNED!

Great customer service! I needed some special order replacement parts for my Bradford White HWH and Candy ordered them up and had them ready for pickup the very next day. Some of the other shops in the Madison area that were listed as OEM parts retailers didnt even return my call. Thanks Terrytown! Ill be back.

I really like their service. Prices are very reasonable and affordable. Technicians I worked with so far were great. I had this company repipe my house and maintain central air for a couple of years now. I would definately reccomend this company to anyone :)

Took 3 days to call me back then said sorry. I didnt get a quote in time so i didnt use them. The new furnace i got from S central was 3000. Were helpful on the phone. I wonder if your quote guy needs help.

No job to difficult. Despite a difficult water heater replacement (in crawl space) reinforcements were available to remove and lower the water heater into place.
