Coming here was a great experience! Walking in I was greeted by Kim; who works at the front desk. She went above and beyond with customer service and she was a pleasure to work with. Steve was my go to person on two different occasions. Two furnaces of mine went out a week apart from each other. He was very knowledgeable and took great care of getting the two fan motors I needed. I cant say this enough- steve is on the ball and a great guy to work with! 5 stars all the way!

We recently bought a house and had questions with our boiler which seemed to be acting funny. They were able to get someone there the same day! Mike was awesome and got everything working for us. Highly recommended! We had an issue in which our heating and central AC went out at the same time. When we called, there were quite a few other customers ahead of us following a three-day weekend, but they still managed to get Mike, their technician, out to us by lunchtime. He diagnosed the primary issue (a fuse within the system) within two minutes. He didnt stop there because he wanted to identify why it would blow. Going outside, he found that mice had gotten into our AC and had chewed through wiring. Again, he didnt just fix the issue. He was proactive in sealing some holes that had been an easy entry point and lengthening the replacement wires, so they were more difficult to access. He seemed very knowledgeable about our systems. He verified that everything worked well before he left. The entire visit took 15 min because he worked quickly and efficiently. We will definitely call this company again, if needed.

Dishonest and lied about what was wrong with the furnace for us to buy a new one. Had someone else look at it and got it running in a hour

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Our central air died. Called every local HVAC company I could find. Pointon was there and had it fixed before anyone else even called back to schedule a service time. The tech. was super nice and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue before we even got to the A/C unit. He swapped out the bad part and had the A/C up and running in under 15 minutes!This was out first time using Pointon but we will certainly be calling on them again for any of our future HVAC needs. Our furnace stopped running sometime in the late afternoon Monday, I called about 4 pm, they said they would try and get someone here as soon as possible. Got a knock on my door next day, early afternoon. Jake came in took a look see a bit, said he would be back, was back with in 15 minutes. total time 1 hour our furnace was up and running. so shocked how fast, polite, and honest they are. Thank you, I highly recommend!!

I called at 7am on one of our very cold days after our furnace quit the night before. I had two technicians arrive within a 1/2 hour! They had my furnace up and running in an hour. I was very impressed at their efficiency. Thank you for making us warm again!

Precise & Professional! Quick to answer calls, Followed through on everything they said they would do, Did not charge for drive time (yes some do), very clear and truthful about charges. Also, professional enough to work on systems not only certain brand names. Definitely professional HVAC!

Furnace had a glitch (threw an error code) and it stopped working on Christmas Eve. I called Pointon for some help. Even though the office was closed for the holidays, I was able to speak directly to a technician. Over the phone, Jake walked me through some basic troubleshooting which also saved me a very expensive holiday emergency service call. (Which we greatly appreciated btw!)Thanks to his helpful advice, we had heat again! On his recommendation, I scheduled him to come by during non-emergency hours, to perform an annual furnace inspection.I found Jake to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He even showed me a couple of things about the systems capabilities that I was previously unaware of.Scheduling was a breeze, and the office receptionist was extremely friendly, which completed this excellent experience. This may have been my first encounter with this shop, but it wont be my last. In every way, they appear to be a top run organization! I highly recommend them if youre looking for a local HVAC contractor.

I have done business with this company for many years! I have a yearly contract with them and they are always here to check my equipment when they say they are going to be here. My old AC unit (12 years old) died one day and they came and looked at, DOA so a new one was purchased and in place within a couple days. These guys are easy to work with, willing to help and very pleasant to deal with. Anyone who has problems with this company probably has problems with everyone.

It was 56 degrees in my house. I called them at 7am, and a qualified technician was at my door by 7:30. My heat was back on within 1 hour! The tech was prompt, courteous and just plain nice.

Called late morning for a water heater that would not stay lite. They came by 3, and it was fixed and working great! Thank you.

It is -5 outside. I called at 7am that my furnace would not turn on at all (the house is now at a brisk 62 degrees). At 8:45 I got a call from them saying that since I hadnt used them for a while I would have to pay the same day. I said that with the temperature what it is, maybe they should be more worried about getting the heater fixed than when they would get paid (I assumed I would pay at the time of service). I asked when someone would be by - was told the service person was already out on a call and she will call me when he is on the way. Well, that could be any time - and there really isnt another choice.

They wanted $ 480 for a draft fan. I got it for $288 so do your homework

I am very disappointed that when my furnace broke, I was charged an after hours fee. It was 4:30 in the afternoon and apparently that is after business hours. The employee was fast and efficient. He was able to fix our furnace in less that 15 minutes, so he was at my house from 4:35-4:50 p.m. What a profit the company made for the fifteen minutes of work they did as my bill was $250! I am appalled there is a $180 charge when it was before 5 p.m. yet after hours to Pointon. I understand charging if it were late at night, but it was clearly still early. They did warn us of the charge, but we had no choice but to say yes to them coming to fix the furnace and pay the charge since it was freezing outside and we didnt want our pipes to burst or something else to get ruined. I will not be doing business with them in the future.

Outaide fuse box worked on my AC unit and was check by an electrician before Pointen showed up. Pointen showed up and then no power. The fuse was blown. Then the tech tried to sell me a whole new breaker box. I told them to leave. I bought a fuse and fixed the electrical problem with a new fuse on my own. AC unit needed freon. Another HVAC company determined that and fixed the problem with no issues.

Ac unit was under 1 year old in rental unit. Called to say it did not turn on. Verified it was under 1 year old. Gave my number and renters number so they could set up a time to come. They showed up and fixed it with a bill total of over 200 dollars. They said it was the thermostat and it was not covered. A phone call would have been nice because i would have at least saved the 54 dollars they charged me for a 14 dollar simple thermostat. To go from warranty to 200 dollars with no call is as underhanded as it gets. It will take me a long time to believe that the new thermostat i put in went bad and that the one that i took out that worked fine also didnt work when i put that one back in. The repair guy said it was hooked up correctly, it just didnt work. I would suggest to make sure if they work on something to be standing there or you might come home to items you didnt ok to install. 160 in labor to test some wires and hang a thermostat. Enjoy my 200 dollars because my future furnaces in my house and rental unit will be from someone else. EDIT about a week ago the AC unit stopped working exactly the same as last time. I called and said you better not put another thermostat in. Either it is the same problem or it is just a POS ac unit. I assume my warranty is up now so i will either see if a non lenox can fix it or rip it out and put it in the yard with a sign on it. JUNK for Sale
