Don’t return a vehicle here! I returned a Penske Truck to this location after driving down from Mankato, MN. In spite of the fact that I filled it up at the Kwik Trip across the street, I was charged over $32 in fuel. The crooks that run it should be fired and Penske should find a new location. Spoke with one of their employees (Sam) who was completely unhelpful and rude. Don’t let it happen to you.

Heather at Secure Storage made it a very simple process from the time I arrived. I got a detailed walkthrough of the truck as we noted even the smallest of scratches. My trip to Rhinelander was very easy as the truck was very clean and the unlimited mileage was also very nice where I was even able to stop and pick up my brother in law to help with heavy furniture in Green Bay.
