My husband an I just bought our 3rd Jazzee mower an our 1st from J % G an i can say that it will be our last time. We had the mower on our first yard an the thing messed up so my husband calls J&G an proceds to tell them. You know what they did? HUNG THE PHONE UP ON HIM!! So we call back they tell us to take the mower back to them( now its well over 90 miles one way) so now weve had the mower for a little over 1 week an the belt is messed up...We have never had this much trouble with these mowers an weve been using them for years. This place was so very rude to us they acted like it was our problem that the mower was messed up I will be contacting the B.B.B thats for sure.
