My experience as an employee was awesome from 2018 to 2019. Then covid19 hit which made everything challenging and difficult. I experience some customer wearing face mask and some werent. We did everything we could to keep us and the customers safe. My job title was a opener and cashier I loved it. I enjoyed making all the customers happy. I always greeted and thank them for shopping at our store showing kindness goes along way.Once you join the jiffy mart team you arent just an employee or a number you become family. Jiffy mart was like my second home . I can say I am going to miss the employee and customers that I have built a wonderful relationship with. I will always give jiffy mart my business. I would say its a wonderful place to work there is plenty of opportunity and growth. I would recommend it has great benefits 👍

It wouldn’t be so bad but this place is loaded with second hand smoke. When I drive thru at Dunkin’ it’s impossible to go by without the crew of jiffy people smoking outside. I shouldn’t have to roll my windows up so my children don’t Breathe in that nasty stuff. Why couldn’t they make their smoking area somewhere away from customers. This behavior is both inappropriate and unacceptable and a customer service environment.

So grateful!!!! I accidentally locked myself out of the car at the pump. The employees (a lovely lady whose name I didnt get and a young man, Eric)very quickly helped me to get it open and I wasnt late to my appointment! Friendly staff and great service! Thanks guys!

I have yet to have a good experience at any jiffy mart with A rewards card, ripoffI like the luxury of paying at the pump however even with the 5 cents off per gallon .it just lowers the price to the local average at best not to get into the hassle of having to go and argue with store clerks as to why the card doesnt work I now find myself paying as much as 5 to 7 cents more just to have a smooth transaction, I am sure I am not alone, today was the last straw after going to once again to see the clerk, I never got the5 cents yes I cut the card up,

So far Ive had terrible customer service. Ive seen other customers treated poorly and when standing up for them Ive been treated poorly. The last time I didnt even make it in from the parking lot. Two employees took turns peering out the window and stairing at my passenger and I. We became uncomfortable and went to Cumberland Farms instead. When I called they acted like it was inconvenient and didnt seem to take it seriously. One star. Poor service.
