My sister told me about this boutique and I absolutely love it. It is a great place to find cute, casual clothes at a reasonable price. They also have a lot of trendy jewelry. Great stop when shopping for yourself or for gifts.

My son shopped at this store to purchase a birthday gift for my wife. The owner was talking on the phone the entire time even while ringing up the purchase. The owner apparently thought my son looked suspicious and called the police, who stopped him while he was walking home. The police searched him and found nothing other than the bracelet he purchased, which was in the store’s shopping bag. Because my son did not have a receipt, the police took him back to the store, where the purchase was confirmed on the store’s computer.My wife likes the bracelet, but the lesson is do not shop there if you do not look “normal” by Barrington standards. I have lived in this town for 25 years and support the local businesses. However, no one in my family has ever been treated like this before.
Best boutique in the area for apparel and accessories! Always find something great for myself or a gift, and the owner Jen is tremendously helpful and has great style. Prices are reasonable as well. 100% recommend!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! After supporting this local business since its opening, I was shocked and disappointed by the poor customer service I received recently. I was hoping to exchange a couple items my daughter had given me for Christmas because they didn’t fit. I was told that since I missed the exchange deadline (which I wasn’t aware of) I could no longer exchange the items. My daughter had purchased the items just three weeks prior, but I had missed the deadline by six whole days. And the items I wanted to exchange for a smaller size were still hanging on the rack. Not only that, my daughter was with me so we most likely would have spent even more money while making the exchange. In this business climate, I would think business owners would value customer loyalty more than ever. Sad that I will no longer be shopping at True Bleu.
