Great family business. Very professional, organized, and respectful to the animals. All meat was marked, and vacuum sealed.

You wont find a nicer or more professional butcher. My family has had several animals processed with them and they are helpful, friendly, and the cuts are always as expected. Prices are also fair. Its a bit of a drive for me but worth it.

Great service & reasonable pricing.A very good friend of mine introduced me to this butcher.They have pigs, cows, & wild game dressed by Barstow & its ALWAYS delicious!Highly recommend!Also, get the honey bacon & green chili sausage, you wont be disappointed.Great job guys!

My elk was processed in a timely fashion -vacuum packed and frozen solid. After picking up the meat, we had the sausage the next day --WOW -delicious. The next night we had back strap, again, WOW! Thank you BCB.Bob T.

After harvesting a cow elk in New Mexico two days ago I called my butcher in Orland, CA as I stopped in Barstow before traveling home. I was told that he was out of the country til next Monday and his cooler was too full to take anymore meat. The Barstow folks did a great job with our pigs. Everything was labeled and packaged well. All the cuts were exactly as asked.We also had them out to our place to do the initial butchering service and they did a fast efficient job. Well be using them again.
